What Is Classical Philology?

Wykorzystanie rachunku kosztów jako elementu wspomagającego podejmowanie decyzji ekonomicznych i finansowych w jednostce gospodarczej na przykładzie Przedsiębiorstwa Usług Komunalnych Korzenna Sp. z o.o.

W pracy omówiono znaczenie rachunkowości zarządczej oraz jej roli w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem. Potem opisano zagadnienia związane z wykorzystaniem rachunku kosztów, przybliżając pojęcie kosztów i ich klasyfikację. Ponadto podjęto tematykę wykorzystania kosztów jako elementu wspomagającego proces decyzyjny. Następnie skoncentrowano się na problematyce analizy kosztów działalności przedsiębiorstwa. W procesie badania empirycznego wykorzystano dane liczbowe wykazane w sprawozdaniach finansowych Spółki oraz szczegółowe dane analityczne pochodzące z ewidencji księgowej. Celem niniejszej pracy było przedstawienie sposobu wykorzystania rachunku kosztów w procesie podejmowaniu decyzji ekonomicznych i finansowych na przykładzie Przedsiębiorstwa Usług Komunalnych Korzenna Sp. z o.o. w latach 2014 – 2016. Całość analizy kosztów podzielono na dwa aspekty. Pierwszym była ogólna analiza kosztów. Natomiast kolejnym była szczegółowa analiza, która umożliwiła identyfikację czynników wpływających na koszty, ich poziom, strukturę, dynamikę oraz odchylenia od przyjętych kryteriów. Analizując pozyskane dane należy wnioskować, że analiza kosztów jest niezbędna w procesie podejmowania trafnych decyzji zarządczych. Rynek świadczonych usług jest w obecnych czasach bardzo zmienny, dlatego konieczne jest dbanie o rentowność prowadzonej działalności. W toku analizy ustalono, iż należy systematycznie monitorować poziom kosztów działalności. Poza tym ustalono, iż spółka sprawnie zarządza finansami, a osiągnięte zyski wykorzystuje w sposób zapewniając ciągły rozwój jednostki. Podjęta problematyka badawcza i postawiony cel zdeterminowały wybór metod badawczych, takich jak: przegląd literatury, aktów normatywnych oraz analiza danych empirycznych omawianego przedsiębiorstwa. Wyniki badań przedstawiono w formie opisowej oraz zamieszczono w tabelach i pokazano graficznie na wykresach.In my thesis I discussed the significance of management accounting and its role in business management. Then I pondered the issues connected with the use of expense account, moving closer the term of costs and their classification. Moreover, the problem of using total costs was undertaken as an element supporting a decision making process. Afterwards I focused on the issues of cost analysis in company’s activities. In the process of empirical research the figures reported in financial statements of a company and detailed analytical data coming from accounting records were used. The aim of this study was the presentation of the way of using the cost accounting in the process of making economic and financial decisions on the basis of the Public Utility Company LTD in Korzenna, for the years 2014 – 2016. Analysis of the costs was divided into two aspects. The first one was the overall cost analysis. The second one was the detailed analysis that enabled to identify factors affecting the costs and their level ,organization, dynamics and deviation from the criteria adopted. Analyzing obtained data, it must be concluded that cost analysis is necessary for the process of taking pertinent management decisions. At present the services provided is very changeable ,therefore it is essential to take care of profitability of carried out activity. After analyzing it was found that the level of costs should be monitored in the systematic way. In addition it was established, that the company efficiently manages its finances and achieved profits are used in the way that ensures the continuous development of the individual. The undertaken research problems and the objective that was set have determined the choice of the test method such as the literature review ,normative acts, as well as, the analysis of the empirical data of the company discussed in this thesis. The research results was presented in a descriptive form, provided in tables and graphically depicted in diagrams
