V úvodní části je provedena analýza asistenčního systému ABS s ohledem na využití tohoto modulu pro zástavbu ve vozidle DemoCar. Součástí je také popis vzájemné spolupráce jednotlivých elektronických systémů vozidla. Část teoretického návrhu se zabývá koncepčním řešením celého elektrohydraulického brzdového systému, výběrem komponent brzdového systému, jejich analýzou a dále návrhem řídicí jednotky, tzv. BCU. Kapitola realizace popisuje vývoj softwarové části a realizaci hardware. Part of the solution is the practical realization of the brake control unit and brake system of the vehicle DemoCar. The introductory part analyzes ABS assistance system with regard to the use of this module for installations in a vehicle DemoCar. Also included is a description of the mutual cooperation between electronic systems of the vehicle. Theoretical part is deals with the conceptual solutions of the electro hydraulic brake system, selection of brake system components, their analysis and design of the control unit, called BCU. CFD analysis of turboprop engine air intake

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na CFD analýzu proudění ve vstupním ústrojí motorové gondoly turbovrtulového motoru M-601, osazeného na letounu L-410 určeném pro sběrnou dopravu. V úvodu práce je vypracována kalibrační úloha mající za cíl seznámení se s problematikou CFD. Další části práce jsou chronologicky členěny tak, že respektují postupný vývoj projektu a jsou to tyto části: tvorba vhodného geometrického modelu, následná tvorba sítě na geometrickém modelu a tím vytvoření výpočetního modelu, dále výpočet pomocí CFD metod, vyhodnocení výsledků a na závěr navržení možných změn konstrukčního řešení za účelem zlepšení charakteru proudění uvnitř vstupního ústrojí.This diploma thesis is focused on CFD analysis of M-601 turboprop engine nacelle mounted on L-410 commuter aircraft. Calibrating exercise is performed at the beginning of the thesis in order to be more familiar with CFD problems. Next parts of the thesis are chronologically divided with respect to project progress, namely suitable geometrical model creation, mesh creation in order to obtain computational model, calculation using CFD methods, results evaluation and proposal of possible construction transformation at the conclusion.

1 Nástroje ochrany věřitelů akciové společnosti Abstrakt Předkládaná práce má za cíl analyzovat nástroje, jejichž účelem je v právu obchodních korporací zajistit určitou úroveň ochrany postavení věřitelů, a to ve vztahu k akciové společnosti, která je typickým představitelem kapitálové společnosti. Klíčovou charakteristikou této formy obchodní korporace je omezení (respektive faktické vyloučení) ručení akcionářů za její dluhy a důsledné provedení zásady majetkové samostatnosti. Tato skutečnost na jednu stranu vede k jejímu využívání pro významné podnikatelské projekty, na druhou stranu ovšem také zvyšuje pravděpodobnost morálního hazardu ze strany akcionářů v určitých situacích, a to v rozporu se zájmy věřitelů. Zejména se přitom jedná o problematiku distribuce zdrojů akciové společnosti jejím akcionářům. Nástroje uplatňované na úrovni práva obchodních korporací přitom jsou schopné reagovat na nejvýznamnější rizikové situace a zároveň má jejich působení preventivní charakter. The key characteristic of this form of a business company is a limited (or more precisely de facto excluded) liability of shareholders for its debts and a strict application of a separate ownership principle. On the one hand, this fact leads to its use for important business projects, but on the other hand, it also increases a probability of moral hazard by shareholders in some situations, which is contrary to interests of creditors. This is connected especially with a distribution of sources by a joint stock company to its shareholders. Instruments applied by a business corporations law are able to react to the riskiest situations and they also have a preventative character. New Aluminium Alloys in Aircraft Structures

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nově vyvinutými tvářenými slitinami hliníku určenými pro aplikace v leteckém průmyslu. Úkolem práce je porovnat v současnosti používané letecké hliníkové slitiny s klasickými a naznačit směr vývoje v této oblasti. Porovnání je zaměřeno především na vylepšení mechanických popřípadě technologických vlastností slitin.This bachelor work deals with newly developed wrought aluminium alloys, designed for application in aerospace industry. The task of that work is to compare recent aircraft aluminium alloys with conventional alloys and indicate direction of progress in this field. The comparison is particularly focused on improvement of mechanical and/or technological properties of these alloys.

Economic Analysis of Law in the Field of Liability for Damage

Resumé Ekonomická analýza práva v oblasti odpovědnosti za škodu Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití ekonomické analýzy práva, jakožto přístupu, který díky svým specifickým metodologickým postupům umožňuje alternativní pohled na jednotlivé právní instituty. Ačkoliv jde svým původem o teoretický směr vzniklý v prostředí angloamerického práva, které je nadále jeho doménou, práce poukazuje také na eventuální přesahy do oblasti kontinentálního právního systému. Jako příklad možné aplikace jsou pak zkoumány otázky spojené s občanskoprávní odpovědností za způsobenou škodu. Úvodní kapitola práce se zabývá obecným představením směru ekonomické analýzy práva. Nejdříve je stručně popsán jeho historický vývoj včetně vazeb na některé příbuzné směry a školy. Dále je věnována pozornost základním východiskům, zaměření výzkumu, pojmům a také metodologii. Ve druhé části jsou zmíněna specifika aplikace ekonomického přístupu vztahující se k otázce odpovědnosti za škodu. Je tak popsán pohled na volbu mezi subjektivní a objektivní formou odpovědnosti, problematika příčinné souvislosti a procesních aspektů uplatňování nároků vyplývajících ze způsobené škody. Tato metoda je přitom...Economic Analysis of Law in the Field of Liability for Damages This thesis focuses on the application of economic analysis of law, which is an approach enabling an alternative view of legal institutions because of its specific methodology. Although this theoretical school originated in the common law system, which is still its realm, the thesis shows potential overlaps to the system of civil law. Questions concerning civil liability for damages are examined as an example of a possible application. The initial chapter of the thesis is concerned with introducing the economic analysis of law. At first, it briefly describes its historical development including links to some related schools. Foundations, areas of resesarch, basic concepts and methodology are also examined in this chapter. The specific application of economic approach in relation to civil liability for damages is discussed in the second part. It describes the choice between negligence and strict liability, problem of causation and procedural aspects of claims for compensation for damage. Special attention is drawn to the Learned Hand test established by case-law as a method to assess the conditions of liability. Import 05/08/2014Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou elektro-pneumatických systémů. Zaměřuje se konkrétně na výrobky od firmy Festo. Základ tvoří výukový stůl Festo Didactic s jednotlivými elektro-pneumatickými komponentami. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, která obsahuje popis elektro-pneumatických prvků a dalších komponentů spojených s elektro-pneumatikou. Praktická část obsahuje návrh elektro-pneumatických úloh se zaměřením na využití v automobilech a v procesu výroby automobilů. Tyto úlohy jsou ověřeny v simulačním prostředí FluidSim a také fyzicky ověřeny na výukovém stole Festo Didactic. Dále obsahuje návrh a realizaci elektronického panelu pro spínání a zobrazování stavu připojených elektro-pneumatických prvků.The bachelor thesis deals with electro-pneumatic systems. It focuses specifically on products from Festo. The base consists of learning table Festo Didactic with individual electro-pneumatic components. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem zařízení pro cyklické testování únavy magnetické fólie na rehabilitační kostce. Testovací zařízení je sestaveno z poskytnutých prvků od firmy Festo. V teoretické části práci je popsána testovaná rehabilitační kostka a principy únavových testů. Dále se praktická část zaměřuje na výběr a popis elektropneumatických komponentů, návrh a následné otestování elektropneumatického zapojení v simulačním prostředí FluidSim, tvorbu programu pro programovatelný logický automat, v poslední řadě sestavení zařízení na profilované desce a praktické ověření funkce navrženého obvodu.This thesis deals with the constructional plan of a device for cyclic fatigue testing of magnetic foil on a rehabilitation cube. The test facility consists of components provided by Festo. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part describes the tested rehabilitation cube and the principles of fatigue tests. Increasing the Energy Efficiency of a Digital Pneumatics System by Using Industry 4.0 Components

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním a software návrhem zařízení pro zvýšení energetické účinnosti pneumatického systému. Výsledné zařízení je sestaveno z poskytnutých prvků od firmy Festo. V teoretické části práci jsou popsané možnosti úspor energií ve stlačeném vzduchu a z toho vycházející analýzy a optimalizace. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na principy a metody průmyslu 4.0. a možné zasazení této digitalizace do pneumatických systémů. Praktická část se zabývá navržením, sestavením dvou pneumatických obvodů. První pneumatický obvod pracuje na obecně známých principech pneumatických systémů. Druhý pneumatický obvod je sestavený z digitální pneumatiky, který pracuje a optimalizuje řízení spotřeby stlačeného vzduchu. Oba modely obsahují sběr dat pro vyhodnocení, analýzu a porovnání obou systémů.This thesis deals with the design and software design of equipment to increase the energy efficiency of a pneumatic system. The resulting device is assembled from components provided by Festo. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the possibilities of energy saving in compressed air systems and the resulting analysis and optimization. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the principles and methods of Industry 4.0. and the possible embedding of this digitalization in pneumatic systems. The practical part deals with the design, assembly of two pneumatic circuits. The first pneumatic circuit works on the generally known principles of pneumatic systems. The second pneumatic circuit is assembled from a digital pneumatic system that operates and optimizes the compressed air consumption control. Different Susceptibility to the Parkinson's Toxin MPTP in Mice Lacking the Redox Master Regulator Nrf2 or Its Target Gene Heme Oxygenase-1

This is an open-access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License.-- et al.[Background]: The transcription factor Nrf2 (NF-E2-related factor 2) and its target gene products, including heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), elicit an antioxidant response that may have therapeutic value for Parkinson's disease (PD). However, HO-1 protein levels are increased in dopaminergic neurons of Parkinson's disease (PD) patients, suggesting its participation in free-iron deposition, oxidative stress and neurotoxicity. Before targeting Nrf2 for PD therapy it is imperative to determine if HO-1 is neurotoxic or neuroprotective in the basal ganglia. [Methodology]: We addressed this question by comparing neuronal damage and gliosis in Nrf2- or HO-1-knockout mice submitted to intraperitoneal injection of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) for five consecutive days. Nrf2- knockout mice showed exacerbated gliosis and dopaminergic nigrostriatal degeneration, as determined by immunohistochemical staining of tyrosine hydroxylase in striatum (STR) and substantia nigra (SN) and by HPLC determination of striatal dopamine and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC). On the other hand, the severity of gliosis and dopaminergic degeneration in HO-1-null mice was neither increased nor reduced. Regarding free-iron deposition, both Nrf2- and HO-1-deficient mice exhibited similar number of deposits as determined by Perl's staining, therefore indicating that these proteins do not contribute significantly to iron accumulation or clearance in MPTP-induced Parkinsonism. [Conclusions]: These results suggest that HO-1 does not protect or enhance the sensitivity to neuronal death in Parkinson's disease and that pharmacological or genetic intervention on Nrf2 may provide a neuroprotective benefit as add on therapy with current symptomatic protocols.This work was supported by grant SAF2007-62646 from the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation.
