(The article considers the issues of a new form of communication – political Internet-communication that in turn led to the emergence of new digital genres. The paper also analyzes communicative functions in the genre twitting in the Englishlanguage political Internet communication and the means of their linguistic implementation.

    Identification of species in the genus Nitraria L. (Nitrariaceae) based on nucleotide variability of nuclear ribosomal DNA

    Intragenomic polymorphism of ITS1 and ITS2 of nuclear ribosomal DNA sequences was analysed in 33 samples belonging to the Nitraria species N. schoberi, N. sibirica, and N. komarovii. The nucleotide variability of the ITS region was detected in the Nitraria species as single-nucleotide substitutions (mainly transitions) and single-nucleotide deletion. Information about the nucleotide variability of fragments is given for the first time by us. The ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 region contained 17 phylogenetically informative single-nucleotide polymorphisms. Eleven single-nucleotide substitutions (transitions, C/T) were detected in ITS1. The ITS2 spacer contained 273–274 bp and was more conservative. A total of 5 phylogenetically informative single-nucleotide polymorphisms (4 transitions: C/T, G/A, one transversion: G/C), one single-nucleotide deletion (T/–) were detected in ITS2. The average GC content was 61.5 %. The GC content was lower in N. sibirica (59.2 %) than in N. schoberi and N. komarovii (62.7 %). It has been shown that the shorter ITS2 is a suitable molecular marker separating these species, due to the low interspecific variability and simultaneous available intraspecific variability. Phylogenetic ML and BI trees constructed separately for the ITS1 and ITS2 spacers, as well as separately for the full-size ITS region and the ITS2 spacer, were congruent. The results obtained on the intraspecific differentiation of N. sibirica revealed two main ribotypes among the samples of this species: the main Siberian sibirica-ribotype and the main Kazakh sibiricaribotype. Geographical features of the distribution of N. sibirica ribotypes, as well as the presence of significant differences between the main Siberian and Kazakh sibirica-ribotypes (3 single-nucleotide substitutions) indicated significant inter-population differences and taxonomic heterogeneity of N. sibirica. Most likely, the processes of homogenization of nuclear ribosomal DNA of N. sibirica samples, the origin of which is associated with hybridization and speciation, are currently continuing

    Assessment of genetic diversity of some Siberian and Far Eastern species of the genus Spiraea (Rosaceae) by newly developed multiplex panels of nuclear SSR loci

    Taxonomic and population genetic studies of the genus Spiraea (Rosaceae) species require new informative genetic markers. We screened 37 previously published heterologous oligonucleotide primer pairs for nuclear microsatellite loci and selected eight polymorphic and most reproducible of them for PCR multiplexing which substantially increases performance of routine mass genotyping. Three multiplex sets of 3, 3 and 2 loci, respectively, were developed and tested for ability to estimate the parameters of genetic variability and  population  structure in closely related species Spiraea ussuriensis, S. f lexuosa, S. chamaedryfolia representing seven natural populations of the Russian Far East and Siberia. Allele number ranged among loci from twelve (Spth20) to three. Among 41 alleles found, 7 were unique in some species/populations. Analysis of parameters of genetic variability in Spiraea spp. showed similar values of allele number per locus and observed heterozygosity among populations and slightly greater estimates of expected hete rozygosity in the samples of S. f lexuosa (NA = 2.387; HO = 0.387 ± ± 0.052; HE = 0.540 ± 0.055) as compared to S. ussuriensis (NA = = 2.781; HO = 0.385 ± 0.079; HE = 0.453 ± 0.072) and S. chamaedryfolia (NA = 2.875; HO = 0.331 ± 0.071; HE = 0.505 ± 0.069). The observed values of genetic polymorphism parameters indicate the average level of genetic diversity of the studied species typical to previous studies in Spiraea. About 19 % of the observed variability occurred among populations (FST = 0.191) while 81 % of the total genetic variation concentrated within the populations. The loci VS11, VS12, VS2, and VS6 contributed most to the observed differentiation. Nei genetic distances  between populations ranged from 0.049 to 0.585. Genetic differentiation patterns among studied populations based on allele frequencies of nuclear microsatellite loci correspond with their geographical location.     Observation of an Excited Bc+ State

    Using pp collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 8.5 fb-1 recorded by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of s=7, 8, and 13 TeV, the observation of an excited Bc+ state in the Bc+π+π- invariant-mass spectrum is reported. The observed peak has a mass of 6841.2±0.6(stat)±0.1(syst)±0.8(Bc+) MeV/c2, where the last uncertainty is due to the limited knowledge of the Bc+ mass. It is consistent with expectations of the Bc∗(2S31)+ state reconstructed without the low-energy photon from the Bc∗(1S31)+→Bc+γ decay following Bc∗(2S31)+→Bc∗(1S31)+π+π-. A second state is seen with a global (local) statistical significance of 2.2σ (3.2σ) and a mass of 6872.1±1.3(stat)±0.1(syst)±0.8(Bc+) MeV/c2, and is consistent with the Bc(2S10)+ state. These mass measurements are the most precise to date

    The objective was to study the clinical features of symptomatic hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) depending on the form (familial / non-familial), the age of onset and the presence of arterial hypertension (AH).Methods and materials. During 6 years, we examined 250 HCM patients, 100 patients with symptomatic HCM aged from 18 to 86 years were included in the study. Results. Patients with the clinical manifestations onset at a young age more often had a familial form of the disease, an autosomal dominant type of inheritance, an asymmetric HCM with reverse curve interventricular septal morphology. On the contrary, patients with the clinical manifestations onset at the age of ≥45 years had non-familial form of the disease and asymmetric HCM with basal interventricular septal hypertrophy. The young HCM patients with associated AH more often were obese, had CHF of III–IV functional class (NYHA), larger anteroposterior left atrial diameter than patients without AH and more often needed interventricular septal reduction. HCM patients and associated AH with the disease onset at the age of ≥45 years significantly more often had angina syndrome. Absolute indications for interventricular septal reduction in HCM patients with the disease onset ≥45 years of age were determined only for HCM patients and associated AH. At the same time, 50 % of HCM+AH patients both at a young age and in the older group, had obesity. Conclusions. The interventricular septal morphology differs significantly depending on the age of clinical manifestations onset. Co-existing AH and obesity are predictors of the progressive HCM course and an increase in the proportion of patients with absolute indications for interventricular septal reductions regardless of the age of clinical manifestations onset.Цель – изучить особенности течения симптомной гипертрофической кардиомиопатии (ГКМП) в зависимости от формы (семейная/несемейная), возраста дебюта клинических проявлений и наличия артериальной гипертензии (АГ). Методы и материалы. В течение 6 лет обследовано 250 пациентов, в исследование включено 100 пациентов с симптомным течением ГКМП в возрасте от 18 до 86 лет. Результаты. При дебюте клинических проявлений в молодом возрасте чаще диагностирована семейная форма заболевания, аутосомно-доминантный тип наследования, асимметричная ГКМП с морфологией МЖП по типу двояковыпуклой. Напротив, при дебюте в возрасте 45 лет и старше чаще выявлена несемейная форма заболевания и асимметричная ГКМП с морфологией МЖП по типу максимально выраженной гипертрофии в базальной части МЖП. Пациенты с ГКМП и сопутствующей АГ молодого возраста чаще имели ожирение, ХСН III–IV ФК NYHA, больший передне-задний размер ЛП по сравнению с пациентами без АГ и чаще нуждались в редукции МЖП. Пациенты с ГКМП и сопутствующей АГ с дебютом заболевания в возрасте 45 лет и старше значимо чаще имели синдром стенокардии. Абсолютные показания к редукции МЖП с дебютом ГКМП в возрасте 45 лет и старше определены только у пациентов с сопутствующей АГ. При этом 50 % пациентов с ГКМП+АГ как в молодом возрасте, так и в старшей группе, имели ожирение. Заключение. Паттерн морфологии МЖП имеет значимые отличия в зависимости от возраста дебюта клинических проявлений. Сосуществующие с ГКМП артериальная гипертензия и ожирение являются предикторами прогрессирующего течения ГКМП и увеличения доли пациентов с абсолютными показаниями к редукции МЖП независимо от возраста дебюта клинических проявлений

    Physical therapy program for young people who specialize in wrestling sports after treatment of coronavirus disease

Наголошено, що поетапне і збалансоване використання засобів фізичної терапії забезпечить: підвищення індивідуального рівня фізичної (спеціальної фізичної), техніко-тактичної та психологічної готовності юнаків 14-15 років, які спеціалізуються у греко-римській боротьбі (інших видах спортивної боротьби) до змагальної діяльності.According to the results of the analysis of scientific-methodical, special and reference literature established, insufficient number of scientific and methodological works on the development of specialized programs, applied methods, technologies of physical therapy (occupational therapy) of athletes, in particular young men aged 14-15, who specialize in martial arts after treatment of coronavirus disease, which requires further research and emphasizes the relevance (practical component) of the chosen area of research. The main purpose of the study is to develop a program of physical therapy for young people aged 14-15 who specialize in Greco-Roman wrestling after treatment of coronavirus disease. During the theoretical research the following methods were used: abstraction, questionnaire, measurement, expert evaluation, survey, comparison, observation, etc. In the process of research and analytical work developed a program of physical therapy for young people 14-15 years old, who specialize in Greco-Roman wrestling after treatment of coronavirus disease. The program developed by the members of the research group provides for the young people to go through the following stages of the research category: corrective stage (17 classes); stage of general physical training (10 classes); stage of technical-tactical and functional training (18 classes). We believe that the gradual and balanced use of physical therapy will provide: increase the individual level of physical (special physical), technical, tactical and psychological readiness of young people 14-15 years’ old who specialize in Greco-Roman wrestling (other sports) for competitive activities. Prospects for further scientific research include approbation of an experimental program of physical therapy for young people aged 14-15 who specialize in Greco-Roman wrestling after treatment of coronavirus disease.Разработана программа физической терапии юношей 14-15 лет, специализирующихся в греко-римской борьбе после лечения коронавирусной болезни. Отмечено, что поэтапное и сбалансированное использование средств физической терапии обеспечит повышение индивидуального уровня физической (специальной физической), технико-тактической и психологической готовности юношей 14-15 лет, специализирующихся в греко-римской борьбе (других видах спортивной борьбы)

    BPAG1a and b Associate with EB1 and EB3 and Modulate Vesicular Transport, Golgi Apparatus Structure, and Cell Migration in C2.7 Myoblasts

    BPAG1a and BPAG1b (BPAG1a/b) constitute two major isoforms encoded by the dystonin (Dst) gene and show homology with MACF1a and MACF1b. These proteins are members of the plakin family, giant multi-modular proteins able to connect the intermediate filament, microtubule and microfilament cytoskeletal networks with each other and to distinct cell membrane sites. They also serve as scaffolds for signaling proteins that modulate cytoskeletal dynamics. To gain better insights into the functions of BPAG1a/b, we further characterized their C-terminal region important for their interaction with microtubules and assessed the role of these isoforms in the cytoskeletal organization of C2.7 myoblast cells. Our results show that alternative splicing does not only occur at the 5′ end of Dst and Macf1 pre-mRNAs, as previously reported, but also at their 3′ end, resulting in expression of additional four mRNA variants of BPAG1 and MACF1. These isoform-specific C-tails were able to bundle microtubules and bound to both EB1 and EB3, two microtubule plus end proteins. In the C2.7 cell line, knockdown of BPAG1a/b had no major effect on the organization of the microtubule and microfilament networks, but negatively affected endocytosis and maintenance of the Golgi apparatus structure, which became dispersed. Finally, knockdown of BPAG1a/b caused a specific decrease in the directness of cell migration, but did not impair initial cell adhesion. These data provide novel insights into the complexity of alternative splicing of Dst pre-mRNAs and into the role of BPAG1a/b in vesicular transport, Golgi apparatus structure as well as in migration in C2.7 myoblasts

    СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ СТОИМОСТИ ЛЕКАРСТВЕННОЙ ТЕРАПИИ САМЫХ ВЫСОКОЗАТРАТНЫХ ОНКОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ В ГОРОДЕ МОСКВЕ

    Objectives. According to literature and experts, prostate cancer (PC), breast cancer (BC), colon cancer (CC), melanoma (MEL) and renal cell carcinoma (RCC) are the most high-cost oncological diseases. The aim of our study was to calculate the charges for each of these nosologies from the point of view of Moscow’s budget and compare them with each other.Methods. To assess the annual costs of drug therapy in Moscow in patients with PC, BC, CC, MEL and RCC there has been developed an analytical model in MS Excel software, considering the data of Cancer Register, as well as literature sources.Results. There has been estimated that if the costs of drug therapy for all five of assessed types of cancer are taken as 100 %, then the most costly is BC (41 % of costs), then MEL (20 %), RCC (15 %), CC (13 %) and PC (12 %). There has been also calculated, that if the number of patients with all five types of assessed cancer undergoing drug therapy, we would consider as 100 %, the highest percentage of them is in BC (50 % of all patients), then PC (36 %), CC (9 %), MEL (3 %) and RCC (1 %).Conclusions. The structure of drug therapy costs in patients with PC, BC, MEL, CC and RCC in Moscow shows that the most expensive is the treatment of patients with melanoma (for 3 % of patients Moscow City Health Department spends 20 % of charges) and RCC (1 % of patients spends 15 % of charges).Введение. По данным литературы и оценкам экспертов, рак предстательной железы (РПЖ), рак молочной железы (РМЖ), рак ободочной кишки (РОК), меланома кожи (МК) и почечно-клеточный рак (ПКР) являются самыми высокозатратными онкологическими заболеваниями.Целью исследования стал подсчет медицинских затрат на каждую из этих нозологий с точки зрения бюджета г. Москвы и их сравнение.Методы. Для оценки медицинских затрат на лекарственное обеспечение в г. Москве пациентов с РПЖ, РМЖ, РОК, МК и ПКР построена аналитическая модель в программе MS Excel с учетом данных Канцеррегистра, а также литературных источников.Результаты. Посчитано, что если принимать затраты на лекарственную терапию всех пяти рассматриваемых видов рака за 100 %, то самым затратоемким является РМЖ (41 % затрат), затем МК (20 %), ПКР (15 %), РОК (13 %) и РПЖ (12 %). Если принимать количество проходящих ЛТ больных всеми рассматриваемыми пятью видами рака за 100 %, самый большой процент занимает РМЖ (50 % от общего числа), затем РПЖ (36 %), РОК (9 %), МК (3 %) и ПКР (1 %).Выводы: Представленная в модели структура затрат на лекарственную терапию больных РПЖ, РМЖ, МК, РОК, МК и ПКР в г. Москве показывает, что самым дорогим является лечение пациентов с МК (на 3 % больных уходит 20 % затрат) и ПКР (на 1 % больных уходит 15 % затрат)
