Mengembangkan Kreativitas Dan Peluang Usaha Digital Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Di Kota Semarang
Laju peningkatan angka pengangguran lulusan SMA berada di tingkat kedua setelah SMK. Jumlah lulusan SMA naik 1,14% dari 6,78% pada Februari menjadi 7,92%. Besarnya angka pengangguran ini dapat diperkecil dengan cara berwirausaha. Wirausaha merupakan alternatif pilihan yang tepat untuk mengatasi pengangguran. Berwirausaha berarti membuka lapangan kerja baru dan berperan serta mengatasi masalah pengangguran. Pada pengabdian semester pertama Departemen Administrasi Bisnis, akan menerapkan beberapa strategi guna mengembangkan semangat kewirausahaan siswa SMA di Kota Semarang. Mengembangkan Kreativitas dan Peluang Usaha Digital di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Semarang. Meningkatkan kreativitas anak muda dimasa pandemic untuk perlu jalinan kerjasama dengan pihak luar.
GOPAY AS A PRACTICAL PAYMENT TOOL FOR MILLENNIAL GENERATIONS IN THE DIGITAL ERA
Activities that require very high speeds make people think of shortcuts in doing their work so that they are faster and more practical. One of the activities that humans do very often is buying and selling transactions. Every human being makes transactions almost every day whether to buy food, daily necessities or even now an electronic payment system is emerging that can be used to process payments both for paying certain transportation and also for purchasing certain products, especially food. The presence of Gopay electronic payment systems in Indonesia is one of the innovations that is currently increasingly mushrooming in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and elaborated with additional information from interviews and observations. Data is processed using SPSS Version 21.0. The frequency of using Gopay in young people aged between 18-20 years on average sometimes to frequently use Gopay as a means of payment because of practical reasons, often get discounts and prefer cashless. Gopay is used for Go-ride / Go-car and Gofood payments and other payments such as Go-send payments, credit purchases, Go-me and other purchases. Dominant respondents do not agree if Gopay replaces money as a whole but agree if Gopay replaces credit cards because the origin is cheaper and there is no interest and monthly fees. Gopay refilling process can be done easily because it can be done in many ways, namely refilling through the Gojek driver, through convenient stores, through atm machines and other ways. The difficulty when refilling Gopay is very often the driver of the motorcycle does not have a balance and it often happens.
 
Green business strategy : optimization of green products towards export opportunities of SMEs products
Performance is essential for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to survive in the current competitive environment. Determining the relationship between green product distinctiveness, environmental orientation (EO), green business strategy (GBS), green product innovation (GPI), and financial performance (FP) was the objective of this study. The survey-based data was acquired from employees of Indonesian SMBs. This study employed a quantitative research methodology. The study's questionnaire was constructed using a 5-point Likert scale. In this study, the usable response rate was 69.88%. This study employed a structural equation modeling (SEM) strategy using PLS to analyze the study's data. A green business strategy, environmental focus, and product differentiation were found to have a positive and statistically significant effect on green innovation. Additionally, green innovation has a good impact on economic success. In addition, the results confirmed the mediating role of green product innovation. Kepercayaan Sebagai Pemediasi Dampak Citra Merek dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Gojek
Abstract. Ekosistem kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini telah memasukin babak baru ditandai dengan munculnya perkembangan transportasi berbasis aplikasi. Saat ini, telah terjadi transformasi di bidang transportasi yang tidak disangka dapat menggantikan kebiasaan masyarakat menggunakan transportasi berbasis konvensional. Adapun tujuan utama dari penlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepercayaan dalam menunjukkan hubungan citra merek dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Gojek. Dalam menganalisa data yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian menggunakan model survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yan digunakan sebagai responden sebanyak 100 orang. Data untuk analisis menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan outler model dan model struktural SEM sebagai representatif inner model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepercayaan tidak mampu menjadi mediasi hubungan antara citra merek kepada kepuasan konsumen. Selanjutnya variabel kepercayaan ternyata mampu menjadi mediasi hubungan antara harga kepada kepuasan konsumen

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of work family conflict, work stress, work load and turnover intention. The study was conducted at women workers in the PT. Bank BNI Tbk Semarang. The data is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by the application program of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 18.0. According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: work family conflict has a positive effect on work stress (CR = 2.347); work load has a positive effect on work stress (CR = 4.472); work family conflict has a effect on turnover intention (CR = 2.084); work load has a positive effect on turnover intention (CR = 2.208) and work stress has a not effect on turnover intention (CR = 1.616

Central Java has various tourism potentials with uniqueness that can become a magnet to attract tourists. The number of tourist visits to Central Java in 2018 was 30.271.679 people, this number and continues to increase until in 2019 it was recorded at 58.592.562 people. Marketing strategy is an effort that can be done to introduce tourism products that can increase the number of visitors. However, in Glagah Wangi Beach tourism, online marketing has not been carried out optimally. Based on this phenomenon, the Department of Business Administration Diponegoro University held training on optimizing social media as a marketing medium for Glagah Wangi Beach tourism at BUMDES Istanbul Karya. The Effect of Individual Learning To Technology Capability
The spread of Covid-19 throughout the world prompted the WHO to establish a pandemic status. This situation encourages the government to make social distancing policies through the work from home (WFH) program. No exception, the Ministry of Education determines the status of WFH from early childhood education to higher education. For higher education, e-learning has become a program in learning, especially in the 4.0 era. However, not all lecturers and students have e-learning capability. The purpose of this study explores individual learning to improve technology capabilities, especially in overcoming the Covid-19 Pandemic. The study was carried out throughout Indonesia by distributing questionnaires via a google form. The distribution is carried out for 6 (six) weeks through various networks. The responses from distributing questionnaires were 420 respondents. Data analysis was performed using regression and factor analysis through SPSS. The factor analysis confirms that individual learning consists of three elements (1) recognizing learning opportunities, (2) applying new knowledge, and (3) self-directedness. The result shows that individual learning has an effect on technology capability, and applying new knowledge has a greater effect to achieve technology capability. This finding supports Cognitive Learning theory, which states that individual learning supports actual behavior change and promotes adaptation to environmental conditions. Entrepreneurship as an endeavor to create value through the introduction of business opportunities, appropriate risk-taking management, and through communication and management skills to mobilize people, money, and other raw materials or resources needed to produce projects to run well. An entrepreneur, a person who has sales skills, starts offering ideas up to commodity services. As an independent business actor in the form of health services, he is required to know well business management. A midwife who opens an independent practice in accordance with their expertise can be called an entrepreneur (Vocational entrepreneurship). Entrepreneurship principles that are held firmly, can help the management of the Midwife Practice to be able to produce promising profits. Being a midwife who is superior in the field of entrepreneurship / interprenuership in the form of independent practice is able to create jobs, especially entrepreneurs engaged in midwifery services [1] Midwives as independent business actors are required to be able to be managerial and business executors, supported by the ability to make plans based on a vision that is implemented strategically and have good personal abilities to achieve success. It is hoped that midwives will be able to provide professional health services, be able to manage service management, and have an entrepreneurial spirit [2] Opening an independent home practice, trying to boost new innovations in business management, starting with the existence of capital, medical devices, room arrangement, financial management, and others, so that the expected profit can be realized without reducing the quality of service provided given [3] Opening a Midwife Practice is a form of community service, both from a social perspective and to apply the knowledge that is owned with the hope of increasing the degree of public health, especially maternal and child health. The COVID-19 pandemic situation requires health workers including midwives to adapt to continue to serve patients optimally, providing maternal and child health services from the Independent Midwives Practice (PMB). (ulfah) Based on the central IBI report as of June 7, 2020, there were 974 out of 9,296 PMBs that closed their practice locations.
