The article explores on regions economically stable in relation to the many languages spoken in a particular area hence boost the economy, however, the division of Africa and the lenient of some Europeans nations in teaching the indignant people in the area reflects the probability of being influenced by many languages incorporated in that particular region or country. Why don’t people learn many languages? This article has been researched by several researchers but it was not been concluded due to research gap and methodological gap in the field of research. Researchers have also long highlighted the individual benefits of speaking more than one language. This is crucial aspect for verifying the credibility of the article, the researcher used the qualitative methodology in collecting data by triangulating the information concluding that multilingualism boost the economic development in a region or country

Efficiency of School Heads in the Utilization of School Funds in the Department of EducationMimaropa Region

The study determined the school heads’ efficiency in the utilization of school funds in DepEd MIMAROPA region. The descriptive method of research applying the quantitative approach was employed. Data were obtained through the use of the survey questionnaire. Descriptive statistics involving the use of frequency, mean, and weighted mean while Analysis of Variance and t-test were applied to affirm the significance of correlation and comparisons. Results of the study showed that higher number of school head and teacher respondents were from the Division of Oriental Mindoro. As for the school heads, most of them were females with master’s degree and were between 51 to 59 years old with Head Teacher plantilla. They had been school heads for less than or equal to 10 years

And also decrease the contamination of harmful material to the environment. Because transportation system is one of the vast contribution to the global warming and also recommended those who to drive old cars in the large populated urban city and prevent them from driving old cars in the urban city. The existence transportation system and the crowded urban city that particulate large quantity of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxides, nitrous oxides, methane and other harmful material to the environment. Which is dangerous for the existence ecosystem of world.the clean environment for the existence of ecosystem is very essential because that impair the growth of ecosystem. And also struggle to create attractive environment for the existence and development of ecosystem. Thus, to rebuild green and sustainable environment for the ecosystem. And should undertake to handle that tools and machines to particulate vast amount of harmful material into the atmosphere.and to rebuilt clean, green, safe, affordable, accessible, secure and less harmful transport for the city

This researсh provides an analysis of Сultural tourism of Uzbekistan and its attraсtiveness and сompetitiveness of destinations. It reviews national or regional experienсes and praсtiсes of destinations where сultural resourсes are driving overall attraсtiveness. It also examines the development of сulture and tourism and distribution proсesses in relation to сultural resourсes, identifying the key faсtors. To plan and implement this, different management and deсision making tools were used inсluding interviews and questionnaire surveys as well as SWOT analysis.
