Brasa : trajetos e processos criativos tomando forma

O presente projeto de graduação apresenta um memorial descritivo dos meus processos de composição e produção musical em home studio. Nele serão contemplados uma exposição, faixa a faixa, das três canções do meu primeiro EP, intitulado Brasa, contemplando escolhas e gestos, a partir de memórias e documentos de processo: manuscritos, esboços de letras, versões e gravações utilizando o celular. Cecília Almeida Salles, Gloria Anzaldúa e Clarissa Pinkola Estés são algumas das vozes que trago comigo no referencial teórico. A unicidade do EP se dá pela atmosfera espacial, flutuante, intimista, sensual, sensorial e imagética abordada pelo eu-lírico e posteriormente traduzida na escolha de timbres e efeitos de produção. Além dos meus processos, narro a minha trajetória com a arte, minha experiência no curso de Música Popular da UFRGS, minhas referências musicais e literárias, minha imersão no campo da produção musical durante o período de quarentena e minha reflexão sobre ser uma mulher artista detentora de subjetividade. Sendo escritora, formada em Escrita Criativa, escolhi trazer um tom livre e poético de escrita, como uma conversa reflexiva com a leitora/ o leitor.This project presents a descriptive memorial of my composition and music production processes in home studio. It will include an exposition, track by track, of the three songs of my first EP Brasa, contemplating choices and gestures, based on memories and process documents: manuscripts, letter sketches, versions and recordings using the cellphone. Cecília Almeida Salles, Gloria Anzaldúa and Clarissa Pinkola Estés are some of the voices that I bring with me in the theoretical framework. The EP's uniqueness is given by the spatial, floating, intimate, sensual, sensory and imagery atmosphere approached by the lyrical self and later translated into the choice of timbres and production effects. In addition to my processes, I narrate my trajectory with art, my experience in the Popular Music course at UFRGS, my musical and literary references, my immersion in the field of music production during the quarantine period and my reflection on being a female artist of subjectivity. As a writer, graduated in Creative Writing, I chose to bring a free and poetic tone of writing, like a reflective conversation with the reader

Il secondo convegno congiunto ACNP / NILDE: ecosistemi per la ricerca è stato ospitato dal 22 al 23 maggio 2014 dall’Università di Trieste. Sono stati affrontati in un’ottica internazionale i temi del rapporto tra cataloghi collettivi e servizi interbibliotecari, e il più generale ambito dei servizi bibliografici per la ricerca scientifica. ACNP e NILDE possono essere considerati un vero e proprio ecosistema. Le biblioteche e i bibliotecari collaborano tra di loro in maniera reciproca e secondo modalità interconnesse, offrendo agli utenti servizi sempre più evoluti e dinamici. Questo ecosistema, essendo aperto, mette i propri servizi a disposizione della ricerca scientifica in senso generale. Il convegno di Trieste ha offerto l’occasione di investigare e proporre soluzioni innovative, interconnessioni e relazioni nuove e più proficue

Relação entre Manipulação Amoral, Identificação Organizacional e Satisfação com a vida: Um Estudo com Gestores do Setor de Serviços

O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a relação entre a identificação organizacional e a manipulação amoral de gestores de empresas, a fim de testar essa relação com a satisfação com a vida. Para a realização deste, utilizou-se de uma survey com 188 participantes, por meio da Escala de Satisfação com a Vida (SWL), a Escala de Identificação Organizacional (EIO) e a Escala de Personalidade Maquiavélica (MPS), que abordam as dimensões necessárias para a investigação da problemática do estudo. Pelos resultados obtidos foi possível evidenciar que a influência da manipulação amoral na satisfação com a vida é negativa, na percepção dos pesquisados. Os comportamentos não éticos em que prevalecem as formas de trapacear os demais, não são vistos como satisfatórios para o alcance de uma vida boa ou desejada, justificando assim que “os fins não justificam os meios”. Por meio da testagem da variável moderadora identificação organizacional, evidenciou-se que quanto mais essa identificação é percebida pelo indivíduo, menos entendimento de manipulação amoral existe, aumentando assim a satisfação com a vida e confirmando o efeito moderador nesta relação

This research aims to understand the underlying processes driving the effect, and it explores potential moderators that may mitigate the negative effects on consumer satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach – This research employs a meta-analysis on retail crowding effects and potential moderators. Findings – The integrative model of retail crowding reveals that social needs, crowd similarity, crowd expectation and uncertainty avoidance mitigate the negative retail crowding effects on satisfaction. Research limitations/implications – The authors advance the retailing literature by synthesizing recent studies on retail crowding. The findings also provide a clearer understanding of the mediating role of negative emotions in the relationship between retail crowding and satisfaction. Practical implications – This research offers guidance for retail managers on how to mitigate the harmful effects of crowding on customer satisfaction. Originality/value – This research contributes to the retailing literature and offers guidance for retailers on how to mitigate the harmful effects of crowding on customer satisfaction.
