El periodo álgido de la parodia en España tiene lugar en el siglo XIX y fue posible gracias al reconocimiento social de este género. La literatura romántica se convirtió en blanco favorito, porque sus características eran susceptibles de ser parodiadas. Se estudian en este artículo no solo los textos dramáticos sino también las propias representaciones paródicas.The golden period of dramatic parody in Spain took place in the XIX century and it was possible thanks to the social respect that this genre had obtained. One of the parodist's targets was Romantic literature, because its characteristics were so suitable to parodic encoding. Malnutrition management of hospitalized patients with diabetes/hyperglycemia and liver cirrhosis

La DM2 se asocia con resultados adversos en pacientes con cirrosis, incluyendo una mayor tasa de ingresos hospitalarios, una mayor prevalencia de carcinoma hepatocelular y un mayor riesgo de mortalidad. La desnutrición es otra complicación frecuente en la cirrosis, cuya prevalencia aumenta con el grado de disfunción hepática, empeorando el pronóstico. El presente artículo describe los resultados del consenso de expertos y las respuestas de los panelistas sobre el manejo nutricional en la práctica clínica habitual de los pacientes con diabetes/hiperglucemia hospitalizados en planta (no críticos) con cirrosis hepática.Liver cirrhosis is a progressive and chronic disease of the liver, of diverse etiology, which is frequently associated with glucose intolerance and in some cases concurs with type 2 diabetes (DM2). DM2 is associated with adverse outcomes in patients with cirrhosis, including a higher rate of hospitalizations, a higher prevalence of hepatocellular carcinoma, and an increased risk of mortality. Malnutrition is another frequent complication of cirrhosis, the prevalence of which increases with the degree of liver dysfunction, worsening the prognosis. Mediating role of inclusive leadership in innovative teaching behavior

Purpose: The prime purpose of current research is to investigate the mediating role of inclusive leadership between teaching policy, teachingresources,and innovativeteaching behavior. Design/methodology/approach: This research has collected data on a Likert scale questionnaire and the structural equation modeling technique is applied in data analysis.The population of this research are teachers in Peru. Findings: The findings of this research highlighted that the mediating role of inclusive leadership is significant between teaching policy, teachingresources,and innovative teaching behavior.Furthermore, the research highlighted that the direct impact of teaching policy, teachingresources, and inclusiveleadership are significant in innovative teaching behavior.Research limitations/implications: This research has theoretical implications as it has enhanced the model of innovative teaching with mediating role of inclusive leadership. Furthermore, the practical implications of this research can improve teaching behavior innovatively by adopting new policies for teaching and utilizing appropriate resources for it. Resumen Ejecutivo del tratamiento antibiótico domiciliario endovenoso: Directrices de la Sociedad Española de Enfermedades Infecciosas y la Sociedad Española de Hospitalización a Domicilio

Outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT) programmes make it possible to start or complete intravenous antimicrobial therapy for practically any type of infection at home, provided that patient selection is appropriate for the type of OPAT programme available. Although the clinical management of infections in the home setting is comparable in many respects to that offered in conventional hospitalization (selection of antibiotics, duration of treatment, etc.), there are many aspects that are specific to this care modality. It is essential to be aware of them so that OPAT continues to be as safe and effective as inpatient care. The objective of this clinical guideline is therefore to provide evidence-and expert-based recommendations with a view to standardizing clinical practice in this care modality and contribute to a progressive increase in the number of patients who can be cared for and receive intravenous therapy in their own homes.Los programas de tratamiento antibiótico domiciliario endovenoso (TADE) permiten iniciar o completar el tratamiento antimicrobiano por vía endovenosa de prácticamente cualquier tipo de infección en el domicilio, siempre y cuando se realice una selección del paciente acorde al tipo de programa de TADE que se dispone. Aunque hay aspectos del manejo clínico de las infecciones en el domicilio que son superponibles en la mayoría de los casos a la realizada en la hospitalización convencional (selección de la antibioterapia, duración del tratamiento, etc.), existen numerosos aspectos que son específicos de esta modalidad asistencial. Resulta imprescindible conocerlos para que el TADE siga siendo igual de eficaz y seguro que la hospitalización convencional. El objetivo de esta guía clínica es por tanto proporcionar recomendaciones basadas en la evidencia realizadas por expertos para homogeneizar la práctica clínica de esta modalidad asistencial y contribuir a que se incremente progresivamente el número de pacientes que pueden ser atendidos y recibir tratamiento endovenoso en su propio domicilio
