Bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí železničního svršku a úpravou geometrických parametrů koleje na vybraném úseku železniční tratě Vsetín – Velké Karlovice. Při návrhu je brán zřetel především na stávající objekty tratě, a to přejezdy, propustky, zastávky, mostní objekty apod. Součástí práce je také návrh obnovy odvodnění tratě a technologie prací. Veškeré úpravy jsou v souladu s platnými právními předpisy.Bachelor´s thesis deals with design of permanent way and track geometry parameters of the selected section of Vsetín – Velké Karlovice railway track. The design should be considered primarily on existing objects such as railway crossings, culverts, railway stops, bridges , etc. Thesis includes restoration of drainage and track laying technology. It should be noted, that all proposed adjustments are designed according to current regulations and legislation.

Railway track deflection analysis by using evolutionary algorithms

In contrast to numerical methods, analytical modelling of the railway track is one of the less time-consuming and computationally demanding methods which, in combination with the computing power commonly available today, can form an effective tool for analysing the behaviour of the railway track.This paper deals with the use of iterative methods of evolutionary algorithms, together with analytical modelling, for the purpose of reverse analysis of the measured deflection caused by moving loads acting on the railway track. The theoretical assumptions of the analytical model used, the data collection methodology and the method used for the reverse analysis are presented. The results of the analysis are also presented

Práce je zaměřena na sdílenou ekonomiku, převážně na sdílenou dopravu v Plzni. Hlavním cílem práce je vypracování případové studie na společnost Karkulka a její zhodnocení. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na definici sdílené ekonomiky a pojmů, které s ní souvisí, modely sdílené ekonomiky, její vývoj a výhody a nevýhody. Druhá kapitola popisuje oblasti sdílené ekonomiky a platformy, které se v těchto oblastech vyskytují. Třetí kapitola se zabývá případovou studií, která se zabývá analýzou společnosti karkulka, popisuje, jak společnost funguje a je zaměřena na srovnání cen mezi sdílenou dopravou a vlastním automobilem. Na základě výsledků případové studie je společnost zhodnocena a jsou navržena doporučení.ObhájenoThe thesis is focused on sharing economy, mostly on sharing transport in Pilsen. The third chapter deals with the study, that is focused on analysis of an organization Karkulka, describes, how the organization works and its focused on price comparison between sharing transport and owned car. The organization is evaluated based on the results of the case study and recommendations are suggested

Inhalation of ZnO nanoparticles: Splice junction expression and alternative splicing in mice

Despite the wide application of nanomaterials, toxicity studies of nanoparticles (NP) are often limited to in vitro cell models, and the biological impact of NP exposure in mammals has not been thoroughly investigated. Zinc oxide (ZnO) NPs are commonly used in various consumer products. To evaluate the effects of the inhalation of ZnO NP in mice, we studied splice junction expression in the lungs as a proxy to gene expression changes analysis. Female ICR mice were treated with 6.46 x 10(4) and 1.93 x 10(6) NP/cm(3) for 3 days and 3 months, respectively. An analysis of differential expression and alternative splicing events in 298 targets (splice junctions) of 68 genes involved in the processes relevant to the biological effects of ZnO NP was conducted using next-generation sequencing. Three days of exposure resulted in the upregulation of IL-6 and downregulation of BID, GSR, NF-kB2, PTGS2, SLC11A2, and TXNRD1 splice junction expression; 3 months of exposure increased the expression of splice junctions in ALDH3A1, APAF1, BID, CASP3, DHCR7, GCLC, GCLM, GSR, GSS, EHHADH, FAS, HMOX-1, IFN, NF-kB1, NQO-1, PTGS1, PTGS2, RAD51, RIPK2, SRXN1, TRAF6, and TXNRD1. Alternative splicing of TRAF6 and TXNRD1 was induced after 3 days of exposure to 1.93 x 10(6) NP/cm(3). In summary, we observed changes of splice junction expression in genes involved in oxidative stress, apoptosis, immune response, inflammation, and DNA repair, as well as the induction of alternative splicing in genes associated with oxidative stress and inflammation. Our data indicate the potential negative biological effects of ZnO NP inhalation.Web of Science168120019

Dynamic Analysis of Track
