Share pledge in a corporation Abstract The thesis deals with the share pledge in a corporation. In the beginning I analyse the meaning and purpose of the lien. The following section deals with pledgeability of a share in a corporation. Firstly, I discuss the pledgeability of a share as an intangible movable asset that represents a set of rights and obligations arising from participation in a corporation and, further, the share pledge in each type of corporation, including the association and unit owners' association. The different rules for shares depend on whether they are in a form of a security or not. Subsequently, I deal with the formation of a lien, while focusing on the various titles from which the lien can arise and the question of the moment of creation of the lien. I analyse in detail the creation of a consensual lien, i.e. on the basis of a pledge contract. This is followed by the creation of an ex actu lien on the basis of a court's approval of an agreement of the heirs to divide the estate, and on the basis of a tax administrator's decision pursuant to the Tax Code, where I also provide practical information communicated by the General Financial Directorate. In the part of the work that I consider...Zastavení podílu v korporaci Abstrakt Rigorózní práce se zabývá zástavním právem k podílu v korporaci. Hned ze začátku rozebírám smysl a účel zástavního práva. Následuje část zabývající se zastavitelností podílu v korporaci. Nejprve rozebírám zastavitelnost podílu jakou nehmotné věci movité, která představuje soubor práv a povinností vyplývajících z účasti v korporaci, a následně i zastavitelnost podílů v jednotlivých typech korporací, včetně spolku a společenství vlastníků jednotek. Rozdíly spočívají také v tom, zda podíl je či není představován cenným papírem. Následně se zabývám vznikem zástavního práva, přičemž se zaměřuji na různé tituly, z nichž zástavní právo může vzniknout, a také otázkou okamžiku vzniku zástavního práva. Detailně rozebírám konsenzuální vznik zástavního práva, tedy na základě zástavní smlouvy. Následuje vznik zástavního práva ex actu, a to na základě schválení dohody dědiců o rozdělení pozůstalosti soudem a na základě rozhodnutí správce daně dle daňového řádu; uvádím k tomuto i praktické informace sdělené Generálním finančním ředitelstvím. Poté rozebírám zástavní právo vznikající ex lege, přičemž dovozuji několik možností, kdy by teoreticky mohlo vzniknout. Truck Driver Assistant for Android Platform

Import 03/08/2012Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh a implementace asistenta profesionálního řidiče na platformě Android. Aplikace obsahuje serverovou i klientskou část pro sdílení informací jako jsou čerpací stanice nebo parkoviště s danými záznamy. Součásti aplikace je i záznam trasy a záznam rychlosti na dané trase. Na serverové části se ukládají veškeré záznamy, ke kterým má přístup dispečink. Sdílení informací mezi klientem a serverem probíhá přes protokol HTTP.The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design and implementation of an professional driver Assistant on the Android platform. The application includes server and client parts designed for information sharing (such as gas stations or parking lot availability). Additional parts of the application are used to record routes and speed details on a given route. The server part provides the control centre with access to all recorded information. Source Code Generation from Descriptions in a Natural Language

Tato diplomová práce představuje CodeFormer, nový model neuronové sítě, schopný na základě popisu úlohy v anglickém jazyce generovat funkce v programovacím jazyce Python. Tento model, založený na architektuře modelu BART, je předtrénovaný na 230 milionech funkcích získaných z veřejných GitHub repozitářů. Po dotrénování na CodeSearchNet datasetu náš model překonává konkurenční modely a nastavuje tak nové state of the art s 46,12 BLEU, což představuje zlepšení o 13,86 BLEU. Vedle CodeFormer modelu tato práce představuje nový Stack Overflow Code Generation Dataset (SOCGD), který je určený k trénování generativních modelů zdrojových kódů. Na tomto datasetu náš model dosahuje výsledku 47,68 BLEU. Výsledný model lze integrovat do vývojových prostředí a umožnit tak programátorům generovat části zdrojových kódů s cílem zvýšit efektivitu jejich práce. V rámci našeho výzkumu jsme také objevili lepší přístup k trénování modelu BART na úloze strojového překladu. Použitelnost tohoto přístupu na jiných doménách je třeba ověřit v navazující práci.ObhájenoThis work introduces CodeFormer, a Python source code generator pre-trained on a massive GitHub crawl consisting of 230M Python functions. The released model, built on BART architecture, generates Python functions based on descriptions in English. On a CodeSearchNet dataset, the CodeFormer sets a new state of the art with 46.12 BLEU, representing an improvement of 13.86 BLEU. We also release a new parallel corpus for code generation called Stack Overflow Code Generation Dataset (SOCGD), on which our model sets a baseline of 47.68 BLEU. The resulting model is ready to be integrated into a source code suggestion system in an IDE, where it can improve software developers' productivity. During our research, we discovered a better way of training the BART for machine translation. However, the applicability of our approach to other domains must be verified in subsequent work

Vibration measurement using a high-speed camera

Moderní vysokorychlostní kamery umožňují nahrávat video ve vysokém rozlišení (HD) snímkovací frekvencí vyšší než 1000 snímků za sekundu. Díky takto vysoké frekvenci snímkování jsou ve videu zaznamenány vibrace natáčených objektů. Pokud je video zpracováno algoritmem pro zvětšení pohybu (motion amplification), je možné zaznamenané vibrace vidět pouhým okem. Příspěvek se zabývá metodikou měření vibrací zařízení a staveb pomocí vysokorychlostní kamery využívající algoritmus pro zvětšení pohybu, diskutovány jsou přednosti této zkušební metody i její limity.A state-of-the-art high-speed camera is capable of recording a video at more than 1000 frames per second (fps) at high definition (HD) resolution. Thanks to such a high frame rate, vibrations of the captured objects are recorded in the video. The vibrations are invisible to the naked eye unless the video is post-processed using a motion amplification algorithm. The motion amplification algorithm is introduced in this paper. Furthermore, a typical measurement workflow is described and advantages and limits of the introduced method are discussed

Systematic position of Eulachnus cembrae Borner with description of hitherto unknown sexual morphs of E. pumilae Inouye (Hemiptera, Aphididae, Lachninae)

The identity of Eulachnus cembrae Börner, 1950, stat. rev. from Europe, treated as a synonym of E. pumilae Inouye, 1939 from East Asia is clarified based on characters of sexual morphs. The oviparous female and alate male forms of E. pumilae are described and figured in detail for the first time and the poorly known sexual forms of E. cembrae are redescribed and figured in detail as well. Sexual morphs of the two similar species are compared, and significant differences clearly distinguishing those species are presented. A key to the identification of oviparous females and males of E. cembrae and E. pumilae as well as notes on host plants and distribution of these species are provided. The status of E. pumilae in the European aphid-fauna is clarified. Morphological characters of the sexual generation that may be useful for species identification are discussed
