Adaptive neurofuzzy ANFIS modeling of laser surface treatments

This paper introduces a new ANFIS adaptive neurofuzzy inference model for laser surface heat treatments based on the Green’s function. Due to its high versatility, efficiency and low simulation time, this model is suitable not only for the analysis and design of control systems, but also for the development of an expert real time supervision system that would allow detecting and preventing any failure during the treatment

En situaciones de conflicto armado o de ocupación, con las vulneraciones del Derecho internacional humanitario (DIH) pueden resultar lesionados derechos básicos de las personas, sobre todo de las personas civiles, amparados por el Derecho internacional de los derechos humanos (DIDH). El genocidio, la tortura, los traslados forzosos de población, los asesinatos y otros actos reprobables, cuando son cometidos en el curso de un enfrentamiento bélico, deben condenarse como violaciones de los derechos humanos y como crímenes de guerra. Los órganos de los sistemas internacionales de protección de los derechos humanos (señaladamente los pertenecientes al sistema interamericano) suelen recurrir al DIH como parámetro de interpretación de las normas convencionales sobre derechos humanos, en la medida en que ambos sectores normativos, el DIDH y el DIH, comparten un núcleo común de derechos inderogables y una finalidad común de promover la vida y la dignidad humanasIn situations of armed conflict or occupation, basic rights of persons preserved under the International Law of Human Rights (ILHR) may be impaired at once with infringements of the International Humanitarian Law (IHL). Portable low profile antenna at X-band

An antenna which has been conceived as a portable system for satellite communications based on the recommendations ITU-R S.580-6 and ITU-R S.465-5 for small antennas, i.e., with a diameter lower than 50 wavelengths, is introduced. It is a planar and a compact structure with a size of 40×40×2 cm. The antenna is formed by an array of 256 printed elements covering a large bandwidth (14.7%) at X-Band with a VSWR of 1.4:1. The specification includes transmission (Tx) and reception (Rx) bands simultaneously. The printed antenna has a radiation pattern with a 3dB beamwidth of 5°, over a 31dBi gain, and a dual and an interchangeable circular polarization

Numerosos verbos que expresan el comienzo de un evento se retrotraen a raíces cuyo significado original es «agarrar». Aunque existen otros patrones recurrentes, lo que llamaremos raíces «hápticas» parecen ser la fuente metafórica más común para codificar este concepto secuencial-temporal en las lenguas indoeuropeas. Esto sienta las bases para el establecimiento de una correspondiente trayectoria de gramaticalización. Este artículo presenta datos de más de 20 lenguas que apoyan la no arbitrariedad de esta evolución semántica, y ofrece un modelo teórico sobre los principios cognitivos que la sustentan
