Correspondencias estético-simbólicas en Ordo Virtutum de Hildegarda de Bingen: palabra, imagen, música

Ordo Virtutum is the only dramatic-musical piece composed by Hildegard ofBingen, usually translated in Spanish as El drama de las Virtudes . Its composition– in Latin language– dates back to around 1150, during the completionof her first visionary book, Scivias Domini or Know the ways of the Lord. Asa XIIth century figure with the particular visionary gift and familiarized withthe style of the Scriptures, it is possible to consider that the symbol for Hildegardhas become the most appropriate mode to express herself. In addition,as mystical woman, the symbolic correspondence of multiple aesthetic languages suggests a creative work in which only one of the expressions wouldnot have been enough. From the literary field, in dialogue with other arts, thispaper will look at how the symbols from aesthetic languages used by Hildegardconcur and agree, constellated, to broaden the spectrum of meaning ofthe play.Ordo Virtutum es la única pieza dramático-musical de Hildegarda de Bingen, traducida generalmente en español como El drama de las Virtudes. Su composición –en lengua latina– data del año 1150 aproximadamente, durante la finalización de su primer libro visionario, el Scivias Domini o Conoce los caminos del Señor. Como figura del siglo XII con la particularidad del don visionario y familiarizada con el estilo de las Sagradas Escrituras, es posible considerar que el símbolo se haya convertido para Hildegarda en el medio más adecuado para poder expresarse. Y como mística, la correspondenciasimbólica de múltiples lenguajes estéticos lleva a pensar en un trabajo de creaciónen el cual una sola de las expresiones no hubiera bastado. Desde el ámbito literario en diálogo con otras artes, en este trabajo observaremos cómo los símbolos provenientes de los lenguajes estéticos empleados por Hildegarda se corresponden y concuerdan, constelados, para ampliar el espectro de sentido de la obra

Símbolo y experiencia visionaria en el Epistolario de Hildegarda de Bingen (1098-1179)

El epistolario de Hildegarda de Bingen (1098-1179) reúne en sus casi cuatrocientas cartas un material biográfico rico en matices históricos y culturales del siglo XII, y a su vez presenta un estilo muy particular, vinculado estrechamente con el don visionario que poseía la abadesa renana. Esta experiencia de exploración del mundus imaginalis da lugar a una experiencia verdaderamente estética: las constelaciones de símbolos que se observan en los textos -extraídos en gran parte de la naturaleza- se corresponden con imágenes similares que proveen los otros lenguajes de los que se vale Hildegarda: el pictórico y el musical. A través del análisis de algunos ejemplos, se indagará de qué manera esta perspectiva amplía el horizonte hermenéutico del texto epistolar.Hildegard of Bingen's epistolary gathers, in its almost four hundred letters, a very rich biographic material with XII century historic and cultural data. It also presents a particular style, closed related to her visionary gift. Inside the exploration of this mundus imaginalis, a real aesthetic experience takes place: the symbols constellations that appear in these texts (mainly from nature) correspond with similar images from other languages used by Hildegard such as pictorial and musical ones. By means of some examples, this article inquires to what extent and in which way this perspective broadens the hermeneutic horizon in the epistolary texts

La investigación tiene como objetivo Determinar la influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral del personal de la empresa SERVINORTE EIRL - Cajamarca – 2016 Para lo cual se ha realizado una investigación de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño no experimental transversal. Para esto se elaboró y aplico una encuesta elaborada mediante la escala de Likert con (20 ítems), a una población de 12 personas y que a la vez se tomó como muestra por ser una población pequeña. Y como resultados tenemos que el 84% por lo tanto si hay influencia entre las dos variables del trabajo de investigación

Digital collections of cultural heritage of the Canary Islands: current situation and proposal for action

Se presentan los resultados obtenidos en un estudio realizado entre finales del 2015 y principios del 2017 sobre el estado del patrimonio de Canarias digitalizado y accesible a través de Internet, de cara a plantear una futura biblioteca digital regional en el ámbito de las tecnologías de la web semántica. Se analizan los 87 proyectos existentes. La mayoría de ellos están liderados por instituciones públicas, pero con una clara desconexión entre ellas. Se están llevando a cabo muchas iniciativas, pero este trabajo pone de manifiesto las carencias que existen. Estas provocan una falta clara de interoperabilidad que impide a muchos de los proyectos participar en plataformas colectivas mayores como Hispana o Europeana. Se observa que cada administración camina, a nivel general, en su propia dirección y con sus propios objetivos y planteamientos, pareciendo que la difusión digital de su patrimonio debiera ser más un reflejo de su propia estructura administrativa que de la propia idiosincrasia del patrimonio que se publica en la red. Se proponen soluciones para paliar estas deficiencias y poder hacer realidad una biblioteca digital regional de Canarias adaptada a otros usos nacionales e internacionales.The results obtained in a study carried out between the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2017 on the state of the heritage of the Canary Islands digitized and accessible through the Internet are presented, with a view to proposing a future regional digital library in the field of semantic web technologies. The 87 existing projects are analyzed. Most of them are led by public institutions, but with a clear disconnection between them. Many initiatives are being carried out, but this work highlights the shortcomings that exist. These lead to a clear lack of interoperability between the different initiatives, which prevents many of the projects from participating in major collective platforms such as Hispana or Europeana. It is observed that each administration walks, at a general level, in its own direction and with its own objectives and approaches, it seems that the digital dissemination of its heritage should be more a reflection of its own administrative structure than of the very idiosyncrasy of the heritage published on the network. Solutions are proposed to alleviate these deficiencies and to make a regional digital library of the Canary Islands adapted to other national and international uses a reality

Bronchogenic cysts. Importance of infection in adults. Study of 12 cases

AbstractBackgroundBronchogenic cyst is a rare congenital malformation and commonly located in the mediastinum and lung parenchyma.ObjectiveTo determine the clinical characteristics of the patients with diagnosis of bronchogenic cysts, their location and the infectious bacteria when the cysts are infected. The cases were collected from 1st January 2005 to 1st January 2013, in a third level hospital.Material and methodsThe cases with bronchogenic cysts resected by thoracotomy were confirmed by histological study. Age, sex, admission diagnosis, location, size, imagenologic studies, and bacteriological cultures were evaluated.ResultsOf the12 cases with diagnosis of bronchogenic cysts surgically resected by thoracotomy, six were male and six female, with 50% located in lung parenchyma and 50% in mediastinum, one of the latter was para-oesophageal. Bacteriological study of the cystic content demonstrated bacterial infection in seven (58%) cases.ConclusionsBronchogenic cysts are rare congenital benign lesions. They must be resected because their content might be infected. The histopathology study is necessary to confirm the diagnosis, together with bacteriological examination. Thoracotomy is a safe procedure to resect bronchogenic cysts

Palladium-Catalyzed Dehydrogenative Coupling: An Efficient Synthetic Strategy for the Construction of the Quinoline Core

Palladium-catalyzed dehydrogenative coupling is an efficient synthetic strategy for the construction of quinoline scaffolds, a privileged structure and prevalent motif in many natural and biologically active products, in particular in marine alkaloids. Thus, quinolines and 1,2-dihydroquinolines can be selectively obtained in moderate-to-good yields via intramolecular C-H alkenylation reactions, by choosing the reaction conditions.
