    Pre-service teachers’ training for the innovative extracurricular work

    The research proves that the level of pre-service teachers’ readiness for innovative extracurricular work at school will be increased together with the general index of their satisfaction with the extracurricular work at university after the implementing the designed holistic programme of their training. The participants of the pedagogical experiment were 148 students, divided into experimental and control groups; the experts were 18 teachers of Philological Faculty of the Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav and 10 General Secondary Schools teachers (Pereiaslav, Ukraine). After implementation of the programme, 27% of participants were ready for innovative extracurricular work at the high level, 62% of students increased their level of readiness for innovative extracurricular work to the middle one. The suggested programme also increased the students' satisfaction with the extracurricular work at university. On the basis of the research results, the authors suggest methodical recommendations for educators

    Industry 4.0 and accounting: directions, challenges, opportunities

    The purpose of the study was to reveal the directions, challenges and opportunities that arise in the accounting system in the conditions of Industry 4.0, when innovative solutions based on the capabilities of new digital technologies become the management of in-demand enterprises. The role of Industry 4.0 is shown, the features of modern Industry 4 technologies are revealed, the main technologies and production processes are demonstrated, interconnected using industrial protocols to create intelligent data. The rating of digital competitiveness and their readiness to implement Industry 4.0 technologies for 64 countries of the world is given and analyzed. These factors hinder the process of digitalization in countries with a low rating. The influence of Industry 4.0 on the accounting system is determined and the technologies affected by the fourth industrial revolution in terms of accounting (Big Data or Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, AI, Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), Robotic Process Automation) and changes waiting for the profession of accountant.     Logistical component of sustainable development of regions in the context of decentralization processes: Ukranian case

    The aim of the study is to reveal the logistical component of sustainable development of regions in the context of decentralization reform in Ukraine. The role of logistics in ensuring the balanced development of regions and united territorial communities to gain their competitive advantages is shown. The dynamics of the Logistics Efficiency Index (LEI) of Ukraine in comparison with some other countries and the dynamics of the components of LPI in Ukraine for the period 2007-2018 are analysed. A number of problems that cause a low level of logistics in Ukraine have been identified and ways to improve the logistics activities of the regions have been proposed. A system for managing the logistics activities of the united territorial communities has been developed, which is the starting point for the organization of the social development management system.     Application of fuzzy controllers in automatic ship motion control systems

    Automatic ship heading control is a part of the automatic navigation system. It is charged with the task of maintaining the actual ship’s course angle or actual ship’s course without human intervention in accordance with the set course or setting parameter and maintaining this condition under the effect of disturbing influences. Thus, the corrective influence on deviations from a course can be rendered by the position of a rudder or controlling influence that leads to the rotary movement of a vessel around a vertical axis that represents a problem, which can be solved with the use of fuzzy logic. In this paper, we propose to consider the estimation of the efficiency of fuzzy controllers in systems of automatic control of ship movement, obtained by analysis of a method of the formalized record of a logic conclusion and structure of the fuzzy controller. The realization of this allows to carry out effective stabilization of a course angle of a vessel taking into account existing restrictions

    Hranidbena i mesna svojstva mladih svinja različitog intenziteta formiranja u ranoj ontogenezi i unutarpasminske diferencijacije prema genu za melanokortin 4 (Mc4r) receptor

    The aim of this study was to investigate young pig fattening and meat quality due to the varying formation intensities in early on- togenesis and two genotypes based on the mel- anocortin receptor 4 (Mc4r) gene. To calculate the correlations between traits and the econom- ic efficiency of using animals of experimental groups in industrial complex conditions, the assessment of animals for fattening and meat quality examined the following characteris- tics: average daily live weight gain during the control fattening period in grams; age of reaching 100 kg live weight in days, chilled car- cass length in centimetres; length of the bacon half of the cooled carcass in centimetres; lard thickness at the thoracic vertebrae T6-T7 in millimetres. Further, the biometric processing of research results and calculation of the eco- nomic efficiency was performed. Young pigs of the controlled population met the requirements of the 1st class and the elite class for fattening and meat qualities. In examining the interbreed differentiation of large white breed animals, the melanocortin 4 receptor (Mc4r) gene deter- mined that the Mc4rAG genotype outperformed the Mc4r AA genotype for average daily live weight gain, age at live weight of 100 kg, lard thickness at T6-T7, and chilled carcass length by an average of 4.50%. The difference between groups for the Tyler B\u27s index was 11.82 points, and according to the average daily increase in live weight, the disparity between young pigs of interbreed differentiation according to the formation intensity index was 4.69%, the age of reaching 100 kg live weight was 3.10%, and the chilled carcass length was 1.23%. The num- ber of reliable connections between fattening and meat qualities, and the formation inten- sity and Tyler B indices was 75.0%, indicating their promise for use in selection and breeding work. The maximum increase in additional production was obtained from young pigs of the Mc4r AG genotype (+2.71%) and of group I, in which the formation intensity index ranged from 0.935 to 1.087 points (+2.65%).Cilj je ovog rada bio istražiti tovne i mesne kvalitete mladih svinja različitog intenziteta formiranja u ranoj ontogenezi i različitih genotipova prema genu za melanokortin receptor 4 (Mc4r); izračunati razinu korelacije između svojstava, kao i ekonomsku učinkovitost korištenja životinja pokusnih skupina u uvjetima industrijskog kompleksa. Ocjenjivanje životinja za tov i kvaliteta mesa provedeni su uzimajući u obzir sljedeće značajnosti: prosječni dnevni prirast žive vage u razdoblju kontrolnog tova, g; dob dostizanja 100 kg žive vage, broju dana, duljina ohlađenog trupa u cm; duljina polovice slanine ohlađenog trupa u cm; debljina slanine na razini 6-7 torakalnih kralježaka u mm. Biometrijska obrada rezultata istraživanja i izračun ekonomske učinkovitosti rezultata istraživanja provedeni su prema općeprihvaćenim metodama. Utvrđeno je da mlade svinje kontrolirane populacije u tovu i kvaliteti mesa zadovoljavaju uvjete I. klase i elitnog razreda. Uzimajući u obzir unutarpasminsku diferencijaciju velikih bijelih pasmina, genom za melanokortin 4 receptor (Mc4r) utvrđeno je sljedeće: mlade svinje genotipa Mc4r AG nadmašuju vršnjake genotipa Mc4r AA po prosječnom dnevnom prirastu žive vage, dobi u kojoj je živa vaga 100 kg, debljini sala na razini 6-7 torakalnih kralješaka i duljini ohlađenog trupa za prosjek od 4,50 %. Razlika između skupina prema indeksu Tylera B. iznosi 11,82 boda (td=3,70;P<0,01). Prema prosječnom dnevnom prirastu žive mase, razlika između mladih svinja različite unutarpasminske diferencijacije prema indeksu “intenzitet formiranja” je 4,69 %, dob dostizanja 100 kg žive vage je 3,10 %, a duljina ohlađenog trupa iznosi 1,23 %. Broj pouzdanih veza između tovnih i mesnih kvaliteta, kao i indeksa „intenzitet formiranja“ i Tyler B. iznosi 75,0 %, što ukazuje na njihovu primjenu u selekcijsko-oplodnom radu. Najveće povećanje dodatnog uzgoja ostvareno je kod mladih svinja genotipa Mc4r AG (+2,71 %) i životinja I. skupine, kod kojih se indeks “intenziteta formiranja” kreće od 0,935 do 1,087 bodova (+2,65 %)

    The high level of competition in the transport sector and the non-decreasing trend of its further increase necessitate the constant search by transport companies’ ways to improve the efficiency of organizing business processes. As one of the options for ensuring effective management is the project methodology and project-oriented management. Transport enterprises are not an exception and some of them are also involved in reorienting business processes to the requirements of the project approach. But the actual implementation of project-oriented management in the transport sector is difficult due to the practical absence of any theoretical basis. Thus, today a need to eliminate this contradiction – the lack of a theory of project-oriented management of transport companies in the presence of real requests from the transport business arises. This study is aimed at developing a theoretical base for the creating a system model of a project-oriented transport company (on the example of the freight forwarding). The uniqueness of the delivery service – the product of the operating activities of forwarding companies is justified; the sources of its uniqueness based on decomposition according to the corresponding levels and aspects are identified. The project “delivery of goods” is presented as an integrated set of works, most of which correspond to the operational activities of the interrelated participants of the delivery process. The specifics of the product of this project are formulated, two groups of the specified product’s characteristics are defined – delivery parameters (final result) and characteristics of the delivery process (the process of the obtaining the result). The “portfolio" nature of the main activity of the forwarding company and the specifics of the management implementation at two levels – the level of a project (delivery) and the level of the portfolio (the company) were identified. The advantages of introducing project-oriented management for freight forwarding companies are determined. The project approach, on the one hand, allows to provide the best results for the implementation of core activities (by linking business processes not to operations, but to the final product of the project), on the other hand, – better coordination and planning of the resources at the company level as a whole, focusing on the specifics of each project as a whole.Представлені результати розроблення теоретичної бази щодо побудови системи організації проєктно-орієнтованої транспортної компанії (на прикладі транспортно-експедиторської). Обґрунтовано унікальність послуги з доставки – продукту операційної діяльності транспортно-експедиторських компаній, визначені джерела її унікальності на базі декомпозиції за відповідними рівнями і аспектами. Проєкт «доставка вантажів» представлено у вигляді інтегральної сукупності робіт, більша частина яких відповідає операційній діяльності взаємопов'язаних учасників процесу доставки. Сформульовано специфіку продукту цього проєкту, визначено дві групи характеристик зазначеного продукту: параметри доставки (кінцевий результат) і характеристики процесу доставки (процесу отримання результату). Ідентифікована «портфельна» сутність основної діяльності транспортно-експедиторської компанії і специфіка реалізації управління на двох рівнях: рівні конкретного проєкту (доставки) і рівні портфеля (компанії в цілому).     The object of this research is the composition of the suppliers of a project-oriented transport and forwarding company. The work is aimed at determining the composition of the suppliers of a project-oriented transport and forwarding company, the purpose of which is to obtain a synergistic effect, which manifests itself in reducing the costs of performing individual operations of the transport process while meeting local requirements for each project. This study proposes an optimization model that allows to determine the composition of suppliers of a project-oriented organization in order to obtain the maximum systemic effect – a synergistic effect. The proposed approach is based on the creation of a virtual project management office, the work of which is based on the corresponding information system. The proposed model is a flexible tool that allows to quickly form the composition of suppliers of a project-oriented company. The model is developed for the service sector and, in particular, for the transport industry, where suppliers are not responsible for material objects, resources, but for services, the set of which forms the essence of the project. Thus, the product of the project and its parameters in such a situation are directly formed due to the specifics of suppliers and the parameters of their services. For the transport industry, this approach has not been used before and can serve as a theoretical basis for building a project-oriented management system in the transport sector. The synergistic effect taken as a basis in this model provides the greatest difference between the «declared» delivery costs and the «actual» ones, which are formed taking into account the amount of work for all projects. Since the freight forwarding company is the «holder» of the portfolio of all deliveries/projects, a certain part of the synergy effect can be used to reduce delivery costs for customers in order to increase competitiveness and attractiveness. Experimental studies have substantiated the reliability of the results of the developed model and confirmed its practical applicability. This model is quite universal and can be supplemented with restrictions that take into account the specifics of a project-oriented organization, its projects and requirements for suppliers.Объектом данного исследования является состав поставщиков проектно-ориентированной транспортно-экспедиторской компании. Работа направлена на определение состава поставщиков проектно-ориентированной транспортно-экспедиторской компании, цель которого связана с получением синергетического эффекта, проявляющегося в снижении расходов на выполнение отдельных операций транспортного процесса при выполнении локальных требований по каждому проекту. В данном исследовании предлагается оптимизационная модель, позволяющая определять состав поставщиков проектно-ориентированной организации с целью получения максимального системного эффекта – синергетического эффекта. В основе предлагаемого подхода – создание виртуального офиса управления проектами, работа которого основывается на базе соответствующей информационной системы. Предлагаемая модель является гибким инструментом, позволяющим в оперативном режиме времени формировать состав поставщиков проектно-ориентированной компании. Модель разрабатывалась для сферы услуг и, в частности, для транспортной отрасли, где поставщики отвечают не за материальные объекты, ресурсы, а за услуги, набор которых формирует суть работ по проекту. Таким образом, продукт проекта и его параметры в такой ситуации непосредственно формируются за счет специфики поставщиков и параметров их услуг. Для транспортной отрасли такой подход ранее не использовался и может послужить теоретической основой для построения системы проектно-ориентированного управления в транспортном секторе. Принятый за основу в данной модели эффект синергизма обеспечивает наибольшую разницу между «заявленными» стоимостями доставки и «фактическими», которые формируются с учетом объема работы по всем проектам. Так как транспортно-экспедиторская компания является «держателем» портфеля всех доставок/проектов, то определенная часть эффекта синергизма может использоваться в качестве снижения расходов по доставкам для клиентов с целью повышения конкурентоспособности и привлекательности. Экспериментальные исследования обосновали достоверность результатов разработанной модели и подтвердили ее практическую применимость. Данная модель является достаточно универсальной и может быть дополнена ограничениями, учитывающими специфику проектно-ориентированной организации, ее проектов и требования к поставщикам.Об'єктом даного дослідження є склад постачальників проєктно-орієнтованої транспортно-експедиторської компанії. Робота спрямована на визначення складу постачальників проєктно-орієнтованої транспортно-експедиторської компанії, мета якого пов'язана з отриманням синергетичного ефекту, який проявляється в зниженні витрат на виконання окремих операцій транспортного процесу при виконанні локальних вимог по кожному проекту. В даному дослідженні пропонується оптимізаційна модель, що дозволяє визначати склад постачальників проєктно-орієнтованої організації з метою отримання максимального системного ефекту – синергетичного ефекту. В основі запропонованого підходу – створення віртуального офісу управління проєктами, робота якого ґрунтується на базі відповідної інформаційної системи. Пропонована модель є гнучким інструментом, що дозволяє в оперативному режимі часу формувати склад постачальників проєктно-орієнтованої компанії. Модель розроблялася для сфери послуг та, зокрема, для транспортної галузі, де постачальники відповідають не за матеріальні об'єкти, ресурси, а за послуги, набір яких формує суть робіт по проєкту. Таким чином, продукт проекту та його параметри в такій ситуації безпосередньо формуються за рахунок специфіки постачальників і параметрів їх послуг. Для транспортної галузі такий підхід раніше не використовувався та може послужити теоретичною основою для побудови системи проєктно-орієнтованого управління в транспортному секторі. Прийнятий за основу в даній моделі ефект синергізму забезпечує найбільшу різницю між «заявленими» вартостями доставки та «фактичними», які формуються з урахуванням обсягу роботи за всіма проектами. Так як транспортно-експедиторська компанія є «власником» портфеля всіх доставок/проєктів, то певна частина ефекту синергізму може використовуватися в якості зниження витрат з доставки для клієнтів з метою підвищення конкурентоспроможності та привабливості. Експериментальні дослідження довели достовірність результатів розробленої моделі та підтвердили її практичне застосування. Дана модель є досить універсальною та може бути доповнена обмеженнями, які враховують специфіку проєктно-орієнтованої організації, її проєктів і вимоги до постачальників
