La evaluación: una modalidad actual de la servidumbre voluntaria

En este trabajo se relacionan los conceptos de servidumbre voluntaria y evaluación, considerando que el punto de encuentro entre ellos es la idea del necesario consentimiento del sujeto. La servidumbre voluntaria, así formulada por Étienne de La Boétie a mediados del siglo XVI, planteaba la primera paradoja: el poder que ejerce el amo no reside en su fuerza, sino en la legitimidad que le otorga el consentimiento del siervo. Durante el siglo XVII, en lo que respecta al pensamiento, fue el Santo Oficio quien ocupó el lugar del amo, y su arma fue la censura, estableciendo ya un procedimiento que había que admitir si se quería publicar. Un siglo más tarde, la idea de emancipación se convirtió en un ideal de la época, actualizando la proposición de La Boétie, ya que la emancipación ilustrada fue una llamada, un imperativo que no consideraba una realidad exterior en tanto que causa, sino que ponía el acento en el consentimiento del sujeto y en su voluntad de no ser libre. Para concluir, en el artículo se aborda la cuestión de la evaluación en tanto que una modalidad actual de la servidumbre voluntaria: la búsqueda metódica, incesante, del consentimiento del otro.This paper relates the concepts of servitude and assessment, the point of contact between them being the idea of the necessary consent of the subject. Voluntary servitude, thus formulated by Étienne de La Boétie in the middle of the 16th Century, raised the first paradox: the master’s supremacy does not lie in his power, but in the legitimacy conferred on it by the consent of the servant. During the 17th Century, it was the censorship of the Holy Office which took the place of the master. A century later, the idea of emancipation reverts to Etienne de La Bowtie's proposal to the effect that emancipation does not ascribe the cause to an external reality but puts the stress on the subject’s consent and volition not to be free. Finally, the article discusses assessment as a current form of voluntary servitude: assessment is the constant, methodical pursuit of the other’s consent

Turismo rural, una oportunidad de crecimiento para el partido de Chascomús...

Desde mediados de la década de 1990, Argentina se está incorporando a la nueva forma de turismo. El turismo rural. Hay una oferta diversificada de paquetes turísticos destinados a turismo rural a lo largo del país. Ésta situación es parte del proceso de transformación del modelo económico argentino que se originó en la década de 1990, y que incentiva a las administraciones municipales y provinciales a estudiar alternativas para la diversificación de sus economías. De éste modo surge la necesidad de poner en valor otras actividades que hasta ese entonces eran consideradas marginales para el desarrollo local. Estas actividades productivas alternativas comprenden el fomento del turismo acorde a la oferta de atractivos y a los segmentos de la demanda. El siguiente trabajo ha tomado como objeto de estudio al Partido de Chascomús, en el cual se analizó la oferta actual de turismo rural, realizando una reseña de cada una de las estancias que ofrecen éste servicio. A su vez se hizo una identificación y breve reseña de alguna de las estancias que poseen potencial suficiente como para incorporar el turismo rural a su tradicional explotación. Todo esto con el propósito de comparar la oferta actual en materia de turismo rural con el potencial con que cuenta el partido y analizar si puede pasar a ser uno de los principales destinos receptores de turismo rural a nivel nacional.Facultad de Ciencias Económica

Polymer-Based Self-Standing Flexible Strain Sensor

The design and characterization of polymer-based self-standing flexible strain sensors are presented in this work. Properties as lightness and flexibility make them suitable for the measurement of strain in applications related with wearable electronics such as robotics or rehabilitation devices. Several sensors have been fabricated to analyze the influence of size and electrical conductivity on their behavior. Elongation and applied charge were precisely controlled in order to measure different parameters as electrical resistance, gauge factor (GF), hysteresis, and repeatability. The results clearly show the influence of size and electrical conductivity on the gauge factor, but it is also important to point out the necessity of controlling the hysteresis and repeatability of the response for precision-demanding applications

Red de comercio justo del Litoral (Argentina): un ejemplo de la construcción de mercados alternativos al hegemónico

Se presenta un análisis crítico de la política de comercialización de la Red de Comercio Justo del Litoral (RCJL). Este colectivo de organizaciones cuestiona la distribución comercial tradicional y ha desarrollado prácticas de distribución alternativas, con producciones de organizaciones de la economía solidaria. Se analiza el protocolo de funcionamiento de la RCJL y se realiza un relevamiento de los vínculos económico-políticos y las formas de intercambio sostenidas en los últimos dos años (de febrero de 2013 a febrero de 2015). Este análisis se inscribe en un proyecto de vinculación tecnológica entre la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario y la Red de Comercio Justo del Litoral, que se propone fortalecer los vínculos económicos, políticos y sociales entre organizaciones de la economía social y autogestiva.Fil: Orzuza, Stella Maris. Tactile Sensors Based on Conductive Polymers

This paper presents results from a selection of tactile sensors that have been designed and fabricated. These sensors are based on a common approach that consists in placing a sheet of piezoresistive material on the top of a set of electrodes. We use a thin film of conductive polymer as the piezoresistive mate¬rial. Specifically, a conductive water-based ink of this polymer is deposited by spin coating on a flexible plastic sheet, giving it a smooth, homogeneous and conducting thin film. The main interest in this procedure is that it is cheap and it allows the fabrication of flexible and low cost tactile sensors. In this work we present results from sensors made using two technologies. Firstly, we have used a flexible Printed Circuit Board (PCB) technology to fabricate the set of electrodes and addressing tracks. The result is a simple, flexible tactile sensor. In addition to these sensors on PCB, we have proposed, designed and fabricated sensors with screen printing technology. In this case, the set of electrodes and addressing tracks are made by printing an ink based on silver nanoparticles. The intense characterization provides us insights into the design of these tactile sensors.This work has been partially funded by the spanish government under contract TEC2006-12376-C02

An approximation to city branding as an strategy for national and international insertion

La presente investigación analiza la factibilidad de construir una marca- regional y/o marca-ciudad para las localidades argentinas de Tandil, Olavarría y Azul (TOA). Para ello se analiza la valoración de la imagen de la región en los grandes medios gráficos argentinos. El trabajo propone indagar las particularidades de una de las estrategias llevadas a cabo en Argentina con la intención de funcionar como vía alternativa al desarrollo de ciudades y regiones.In this work we analyse the feasibility of a regional brand and/or a city branding for the Argentine townships of Tandil, Olavarría and Azul (TOA). We analyse the assessment of the region’s image in the largest media in Argentina.
