Por isso, pensamos que o resultado deste trabalho dentro do PIBID/ Universidade Estadual de Londrina, sub-projeto Pedagogia/ Educação de Jovens e Adultos seria analisar os dados levantados pelos estagiários (as) do PIBID, da escola Municipal Zumbi dos Palmares onde funciona no período da noite a Educação de Jovens e Adultos, para entendermos a frequência e a permanecia destes e sua relação com as condições de gênero imposta por gerações. Este texto beneficia tanto a nós quanto a educadores para que procurem conhecer mais as especificidades que há na Educação de Jovens e Adulto

Productive Structure and Income Distribution: the Brazilian Case.

This study deals with the impacts of structural changes on income distribution in Brazil in the period 1992-2002. A Pure Leontief Model and a Leontief-Miazawa Model were utilized to portray the structure of the economy in both years, and to perform counterfactual simulations on some important changes occurring during the period. The methodology allowed for the identification of the high and low inequality sectors in both years, and to their contribution to the increasing inequality during the period. It is interesting to notice that some sectors with low internal inequality ended-up provoking increased global inequality through their interaction pattern with other sectors in the economy,and through the consumption structure. The results also indicate that the change in sectoral shares in the period contributed to diminishing inequality. Therefore, the causes for increasing inequality remains within the distribution of wages within the sectors.

A violência nas escolas

Orientadora : Ana Paula de CastroMonografia (especialização) - Universidade Federal do Paraná, Setor de Educação, Curso de Especialização em Gestão EscolarResumo: O presente artigo aborda sobre a violência, considerando-se a frequência com que esse fato vem ocorrendo dentro do espaço escolar. A prática de violência encontrada nas escolas aponta para as formas que vão desde a depredação de prédios e instalações, à violência física e verbal entre alunos, alunos e professores, família e aluno, família e professores, destacando também assaltos e até mesmo casos que ocorrem homicídios no recinto. Surgem entre as principais causas: famílias desestruturadas, desigualdades sociais, grupos de referências, representados pelos amigos de alunos, tanto os de dentro como os de fora da escola, sobrevivência básica, trabalho infantil, narcotráfico e uso de drogas, porte de armas de fogo e falta de policiamento. Salienta-se que tais ações afetam o clima escolar, dificultando e impossibilitando o processo de ensino aprendizagem, logo a descrição das práticas de violência presentes no levantamento bibliográfico demonstra que na realidade a escola é atualmente, um dos alvos mais destacados nesse sentido. Para observar esse aspecto, um estudo de caso foi realizado em um colégio situado no município de Apucarana, Estado do Paraná, em que os pais questionam sobre a segurança de seus filhos, e quais seriam os fatores que estariam envolvidos na promoção das ações violentas no espaço escolar. Após a análise dos resultados, considera-se que o colégio se faz presente no combate à violência, não ocorrendo causas maiores. Conclui-se que com a contribuição da Associação de Pais e Mestres, Conselho Escolar e da comunidade escolar, trabalhando em ações voltadas ao combate à violência escolar como: a educação o respeito às leis, ao próximo e à propriedade, é possível reduzi-la, e a escola poderá preparar seus alunos para a educação e a cidadania plena, beneficiando também toda a sociedade

A reputação da Coordenação de Atenção à Saúde do Servidor do Senado Federal durante a Pandemia da COVID-19

Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade de Economia, Administração, Contabilidade e Gestão de Políticas Públicas, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Administração, MBA em Gestão de Pessoas no Setor Público, 2021.Este estudo teve por objetivo medir a reputação da Coordenação de Atenção à Saúde do Servidor do Senado Federal (COASAS) perante as pessoas lotadas na Secretaria de Gestão de Pessoas do Senado Federal. A base metodológica para o estudo foi adaptada do modelo utilizado por Pahins (2012) em estudo de avaliação de um órgão público brasileiro. Foi aplicado o questionário eletrônico, que recebeu respostas de 73 pessoas. A análise dos dados revelou uma reputação altamente positiva da COASAS perante o público analisado, com destaque para o oferecimento de serviços de qualidade e para o comportamento ético. Ao final, foram apresentadas conclusões, limitações e sugestões para trabalhos futuros

Regulação do saneamento básico: do poder normativo à norma de referência

This article approaches particularities of the normative power granted to subnational regulatory agencies of water supply and sanitation services in their institutional role of sector regulation. The scenario designed by the Law of National Guidelines for Sanitation (Law 11,445/2007) on this topic has received significant changes proposed by Law 14,026/2020, notably due to publication of reference standards for sanitation regulation. This study aimed to investigate characteristics of the normative power and its scope in view of that legal perspective, together with demonstration of practical effects of the regulatory standardization prerogative granted to the National Water and Sanitation Agency.O presente artigo aborda as particularidades do poder normativo concedido às agências reguladoras infranacionais de saneamento básico em seu papel institucional de regulamentação do setor. O cenário desenhado pela Lei de Diretrizes Nacionais para o Saneamento Básico (Lei 11.445/2007) nesse tema recebe significativas alterações propostas pela Lei 14.026/2020, notadamente diante da edição de normas de referência para a regulação do saneamento. Pretende-se, diante dessa perspectiva legal, apresentar as características do poder normativo e seu alcance, conjuntamente com a demonstração dos efeitos práticos da prerrogativa de uniformização regulatória concedida à Agência Nacional de Águas e Saneamento Básico

Boundary-crossing

Gegenstand der Untersuchung sind Bewegungsereignisse der Art "Er rannte in das Zimmer" oder "Der Geist kam durch die Wand herein", in welchen ein Übergang über eine räumliche Grenze stattfindet. Solche räumliche Grenzen können verschiedener Natur sein, wie etwa die Türschwelle im ersten Beispiel oder die Wand im zweiten. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden derartige Grenzübertritte (genannt "boundary-crossing") und deren Lexikalisierung im Deutschen, Französischen und Spanischen erforscht. Zunächst werden grundlegende Konzepte für die Erfassung der Bewegung im Raum diskutiert, wie u. a. "boundary" (Grenze) und "boundedness" (Begrenztheit), um anschließend zentrale Eigenschaften von boundary-crossing herauszuarbeiten. Es wird gezeigt, dass boundary-crossing mit der Kategorisierung einer semantischen Komponente von Bewegungsereignissen namens "Path" (kurz der "Weg", dem im Laufe der Bewegung gefolgt wird) einhergeht. Für die Analyse der Lexikalisierung wird eine Korpusuntersuchung durchgeführt. Insgesamt werden 1500 boundary-crossing-Ereignisse aus sogenannten "Komplettlösungen" (Texte, in denen beschrieben wird, wie man ein Videospiel erfolgreich beendet) gesammelt. Wesentliche sprachübergreifende Gemeinsamkeiten sowie bedeutende sprachspezifische Unterschiede in der Darstellung von boundary-crossing-Konstellationen werden im Laufe der Arbeit ersichtlich.The present study focuses on motion events like "He ran into the room" or "The ghost came in through the wall". In these events, a spatial boundary is being crossed. Such spatial boundaries can be of a diverse nature like the threshold of the first example or the wall of the second one. In this dissertation, I will investigate these kinds of "boundary-crossing" situations and their lexicalization in German, French and Spanish. First, I will survey fundamental concepts such as "boundary" and "boundedness" which determine the conceptualization of motion in space. Thereafter, I will examine important features of boundary-crossing in order to shape a characterization of this motion type. It will be shown that boundary-crossing is linked to the categorization of the semantic component of motion events called "Path" (in short the path followed during the motion). In order to analyse the lexicalization, a corpus research will be carried out. A total of 1500 boundary-crossing events will be gathered from so-called "walkthroughs" (i.e. texts in which someone describes what to do in order to complete a video game). Throughout the dissertation, it will be possible to observe a number of essential cross-language parallels and relevant language-specific differences in the linguistic representation of boundary-crossing situations

Audio folios management system for foreign language learning

Teaching and learning using technology has, for some years, been the focus of various researchers. From vocational schools, through basic education to higher education, the use of teaching aids based on information technologies is now a common practice. Today, more than making large computing solutions to support the activities of e-learning, it is important to focus on software specific solutions whose cost of production/implementation has a quick return. In this context the need emerged to move forward with a system to support teaching and learning of foreign languages to facilitate communication between teachers and students. It is on this issue that we present a proposal to develop a computing solution that enables students to develop the skills of reading and speaking foreign languages within the classroom context or outside the classroom. In this specific case we address the English language. We also present a working prototype, which is available as freeware for the educational and the scientific community and can be used without restriction. Experimentally, tests were made with 20 volunteer students from ESTGL. They used the prototype, in order to validate the usability tests. Finally, we present some results that show the progression of learning in those students who used the syste
