Analisis Positioning Fast Food Restaurant di Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the positioning of fast food restaurants in Indonesia. the number of samples collected was 60 respondents. The research instrument used in collecting data in this study was using a questionnaire filled out by respondents and a Likert scale. while for technical data analysis used is discriminant. The results of the study show that the positioning maps of fasfood brands A, B, C, and D are known to have different positions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Attributes that are considered important by consumers. (2) Brand A is good in terms of Drive Thru (3) Brand B is good in terms of taste. (4) Brand C is good in terms of taste. (5) Brand D is good in both attributes that are considered important, namely Taste and Drive Thru, so it must maintain and improve the service quality and speed of Drive Thru and improve the taste so that it can be superior in the minds of consumers

Project Based Learning: An Attempt To Develop Student'S Academic Writing Skills

This study aims to see the effectiveness of project based learning on the academic writing skills of STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja students. The research method used in this study was a pre-experiment with a research design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample of this study amounted to 60 students. The data collection technique used a test technique which was divided into pretest and posttest. The data processing technique used a t-test calculation with the SPSS 20 program. The results showed that project based learning was effective on students' academic writing skills. Furthermore, students who can improve their score at least 10 points better than the score they get from the initial test with a score above 90 there are 11 students. Furthermore, students who have a score of more than 78 there are 14 students. A total of 35 students got a minimum score of 78 after using PBL in their writing activities

Project-Based Writing dalam Pembelajaran Menulis Akademik Mahasiswa

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas project-based writing (PBW) terhadap keterampilan menulis akademik mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah praeksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 60 mahasiswa STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sehingga keseluruhan populasi dalam penelitian dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes berupa pretest dan posttest. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan perhitungan uji-t dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBW efektif terhadap keterampilan menulis akademik mahasiswa. Nilai rata-rata posttest mengalami peningkatan dari nilai pretest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka disimpulkan bahwa penerapan PBW efektif meningkatkan keterampilan menulis akademik mahasiswa Manajemen pada mata kuliah wajib kurikulum Bahasa Indonesia. AbstractThe research aimed to measure the effectiveness of project-based writing (PBW) on students' academic writing skills. Pengaruh Devidend Payout Ratio, Devidend Yield, Ukuran Perusahaan, Volume Perdagangan, Nilai Tukar, Inflasi, dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Terhadap Volatilitas Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2012-2016

The aims of this study is to look at the effect of Devidend Payout Ratio, Devidend Yield, Company Size, Trading Volume, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rate Against Stock Price Volatility. With a purposive sampling technique, this study took 7 companies as samples of 153 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Regression. The results of the study show that the Devidend Payout Ratio has an effect on Stock Price Volatility, while the Devidend Yield, Company Size, Trading Volume, Exchange Rate, Inflation and Interest Rate do not affect the Stock Price Volatility. While simultaneously all the independent variables tested showed a significant effect on Stock Price Volatility in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016

Tulisan ini bersifat library research dan studi empiris yang disajikan secara deskriptif, ditunjang oleh beberapa literatur yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang dikaji, kemudian disusun dalam bentuk karya tulis ilmiah. Tekhnik pengumpulan data berasal dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, buku cetak, artikel dan web resmi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diidentifikasi, dianalisis, sehingga disusun menjadi sebuah karya yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Permainan ludo carp akan mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam kegiatan membaca sambil bermain terkait sejarah indonesia. Siswa akan dituntut untuk lebih memahami dan mencintai indonesia. Hal tersebut akan menciptakan rasa kepemilikan yang tinggi kepada Indonesia dan jiwa nasionalis peserta didik akan terbentuk.

TRADISI RITUAL BEPAPAI SUKU BANJAR: MANDI TOLAK BALA CALON PENGANTIN SUKU BANJAR KUALA-TUNGKAL PROVINSI JAMBI, INDONESIA

The goals of this study is to learn more deeply and comprehensively about Bepapai. The Bepapai is a hereditary tradition that lasted until this modern era in Banjar Kuala Tungkal Tribe of Jambi Province, especially for the prospective bride before the wedding ceremony. This article uses the phenomenological qualitative research approach. The collecting data methods used the indept interviews, observation and documentation. The research found that the “Bepapai” tradition is one of the ceremonies to prevent problems for the people of the Banjar Kuala-Tungkal Tribe especially for the prospective bride and groom who are getting married. Bepapai is interpreted as a bridal bath which aims to be a means to protect oneself from psychological problems and disorders, both from outside and inside a person. In other words, the people of Banjar Kuala Tungkal Tribe of Jambi Province believe that the Bepapai tradition or bridal bathing is a means to ward off disease, both physical and mental illness, and as an antidote from evil deeds. In essence, the Bepapai ritual is a bridal shower ceremony to get rid of problems and calamities and is a symbol as a room for oneself, both physically and mentally. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam & komprehensif ritual Bepapai yang merupakan tradisi turun temurun berlangsung sampai era modern ini pada masyarakat Suku Banjar Kuala Tungkal Provinsi Jambi, terutama bagi calon mempelai mengantin menjelang acara pernikahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tradisi “Bepapai” merupakan salah satu upacara tolak bala masyarakat Suku Banjar Kuala-Tungkal  dikhususkan untuk calon pengantin yang akan menikah. Bepapai dimaknai mandi-mandi pengantin bertujuan menjadi sarana untuk membentingi diri dari masalah dan gangguan kejiwaan, baik gangguan yang datang dari luar maupun dalam diri seseorang. Dengan kata lain, bagi masyarakat Suku Banjar Kuala Tungkal Provinsi Jambi berkeyakinan dan percaya bahwa tradisi Bepapai atau mandi-mandi pengantin merupakan sarana untuk menangkal penyakit, baik penyakit lahir atau batin serta sebagai  penangkal dari perbuatan-perbuatan jahat. Pada hakikatnya ritual Bepapai adalah upacara mandi-mandi pengantin untuk menghilangkan petaka, bala dan musibah yang merupakan simbol sebagai pernyataan tanda pembersihan diri, baik fisik maupun jiwa.

Pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia, Komitmen Organisasi, Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Basis Akrual Di Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe

This study aims to determine the effect of human resources, organizational commitment, information and communication technology on the application of accrual-based accounting standards at the Lhokseumawe City Government. This research uses quantitative methods. The total population of 33 SKPDs in the Lhokseumawe City Government. The sample of this study consisted of 2 respondents from each SKPD, namely the head of finance and employees who operate the SIMDA application as many as 66 respondents. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a liker scale measurement. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resources have no effect on the application of accrual-based accounting standards at the Lhokseumawe City Government. Organizational commitment and information technology have an effect on the application of accrual-based accounting standards in the Lhokseumawe City Government. Communication has no effect on the application of accounting standards in the Lhokseumawe City Government.Keywords: Human Resources, Organizational Commitment, Information Technology, Communication, Application of Accrual Basis Accounting Standards
