Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui (1) pelaksanaan bimbingan karir di SMA N 1 Warureja Kabupaten TegalTahun Pelajaran 2018/2019, (2) tingkat kemandirian pengambilan keputusan peserta didik, (3) pengaruh bimbingan karir terhadap kemandirian pengambilan keputusan karir peserta didik Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Warureja Kabupaten Tegal Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen. Jumlah responden 30 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji prasyarat penelitian validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan persentase, pre-test dan post-test dan uji t Hasil penelitian (1) Kemandirian pengambilan keputusan karir yang diberi layanan bimbingan karir pada peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Warureja Kabupaten Tegal Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 hal ini bisa dilihat dari hasil yang menunjukkan 1 peserta didik dengan persentase 6,7% dalam kategori sangat rendah, 2 peserta didik dengan 13,3% dalam kategori rendah, 3 peserta didik dengan persentase 20% dalam kategori sedang, skor persentase terbanyak adalah 5 peserta didik dengan persentase 33,3% yaitu dalam kategori tinggi, dan 4 peserta didik dengan persentase 26,7% dalam kategori sangat tinggi, (2) Kemandirian pengambilan keputusan karir yang tidak diberi layanan bimbingan karir pada peserta didik kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Warureja Kabupaten Tegal Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 hal ini bisa dilihat dari hasil yang menunjukkan 3 peserta didik dengan persentase 20% dalam kategori sangat rendah, 2 peserta didik dengan 13,3% dalam kategori rendah, skor persentase terbanyak 4 peserta didik dengan persentase 26,7% dalam kategori sedang, 3 peserta didik dengan persentase 20% yaitu dalam kategori tinggi, dan 3 peserta didik dengan persentase 20% dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasul uji-t maka bahwa thitung = 3,692. Dengan derajat kebebasan (dk) = 15+15-2 = 28, pada taraf signifikan 5% dari tabel distribusi t diperoleh ttabel = 2,048. Berdasarkan kriteria jika thitung < ttabel, maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak artinya “layanan bimbingan karir terhadap kemnadirian pengambilan Keputusan Karir adalah efektif pada peserta didik kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Warureja Kabupaten Tegal Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019”

    Latar Belakang: Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan khususnya di Puskesmas merupakan salah satu tempat kerja yang mempunyai risiko terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi SDM, Pasien, dan Pengunjung. Berdasarkan regulasi “PMK No 52/2018”, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan kegiatan K3 sangat penting untuk menjaga kesejahteraan SDM, pasien dan pengunjung tersebut agar tetap sehat dan produktif. Saat ini sistem pelaporan masih bersifat manual dan lambat dalam mengumpulkan laporan sehingga dibutuhkan sistem pelaporan yang lebih efektif dan efisien yaitu sistem pelaporan berbasis web pada pelaksanaan kegiatan K3 di Puskesmas.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perancangan sistem pelaporan berbasis web pada pelaksanaan kegiatan K3 di Puskesmas.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan research and development. Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan dengan wawancara mendalam serta Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang dihadiri oleh Kepala Puskesmas, Pimpinan serta Regu K3 Puskesmas Tegalrejo Kota Yogyakarta. Analisis kebutuhan selanjutnya digunakan untuk pedoman dalam perancangan sistem pelaporan berbasis website pada penerapan K3 di puskesmasHasil: Sistem pelaporan berbasis web pada pelaksanaan kegiatan K3 di Puskesmas dirancang sesuai dengan hasil analisis kebutuhan. 60% responden menyatakan puas dengan adanya sistem pelaporan berbasis web pada pelaksanaan kegiatan K3 di Puskesmas.Kesimpulan: Pencatatan dan pelaporan pelaksanaan kegiatan K3 di Puskesmas menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien setelah adanya sistem pelaporan berbasis web.Kata kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Puskesmas, Sistem Pelaporan Berbasis We

    Trucks Pooling and Allocation in TSE Concept Using GIS Spatial and Novel FFOA

    Strategic system logistics business entails the importance of regulating truck pooling facilities and allocating the trucks for cost optimization goals. Regulators and investors must consider spatial constraints such as the supply-demand gap and service distance. Little attention has been paid to developing decision logistics models, particularly truck pooling and allocation decisions. In this study, the FFOA and GIS were used to determine the spatial component of truck pooling decisions, providing a scenario for origin pooling and delivery distance. The model evaluates truck allocation to each city, a distance vector, a spatial factor, and city demand are used for the cost optimization goal. The results show that the FFOA model successfully defines the optimal truck allocation for each truck pooling site with a cost. The managerial implication in developing a sharing economy concept for truck logistics is to use the study's framework model result to solve challenges in truck logistics

    Ferritin Level as Independent Predictor of Covid-19 : a Cross Sectional Study

    COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2. In severe cases of COVID-19, it is often accompanied by a syndrome known as cytokine storm or cytokine release syndrome (CRS). Serum ferritin levels, increase as the disease worsens. This study aims to see the relationship between ferritin levels and the degree of COVID-19 and evaluate ferritin levels as a predictor of severity in COVID-19 patients at RSPI Prof Dr Sulianti Saroso. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. Data analysis using Kruskal Wallis test. Secondary data from medical records of confirmed COVID-19 patients based on the results of PCR examinations during March 2020 to December 2020 who examined ferrittin levels as many as 554 patients. The results showed that the average ferritin level was 164.78, moderate was 524.13, severe was 1377.52 and critical was 1592.46. The results of the analysis with the Kruskal Wallis test obtained P value = 0.000 < (0.05) so it can be explained that there are differences in ferritin levels of the four degrees of disease. This shows that there is an effect of the relationship between ferritin levels and the degree of disease in COVID-19 patients

    Classification of Ischemic Stroke with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) approach on b-1000 Diffusion-Weighted (DW) MRI

    When the blood flow to the arteries in brain is blocked, its known as Ischemic stroke or blockage stroke. Ischemic stroke can occur due to the formation of blood clots in other parts of the body. Plaque buildup in arteries, on the other hand, can cause blockages because if it ruptures, it can form blood clots. The b-1000 Diffusion Weighted (DW) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) image was used in a general examination to obtain an image of the part of the brain that had a stroke. In this study, classifications used several variations of layer convolution to obtain high accuracy and high computational consumption using b-1000 Diffusion Weighted (DW) MR in ischemic stroke types: acute, sub-acute and chronic. Ischemic stroke was classified using five variants of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectural design, i.e., CNN1–CNN5. The test results show that the CNN5 architectural design provides the best ischemic stroke classification compared to other architectural designs tested, with an accuracy of 99.861%, precision 99.862%, recall 99.861, and F1-score 99.861%

Criteria informants in this study were young children aged 3-6 years who come from single parent families in Ananda Bowan Early Childhood. This study used a qualitative approach to data collection techniques interviews and observation. Social emotional development of children victims of a single parent who is a child aged 3-4 years fixed discount sense of security, protection, not inferior, capable to expression about angry and happy, children also love to share. divorce resulted in unmet needs of children, mainly concern and affection should be obtained from both parents, but children keep to have a sense of security, protection, do not feel inferior, like empathy, sharing with others and children prefer to be looking for attention with other people. Children from single parent families experience emotional social development in accordance with his age. The neighborhood around the home and school care and give good attention to the child of a single parent family can help the social development of a child's emotional developing appropriate developmental level

    Microbial Consortium Synergism for Promising Freshwater Culture Probiotic

    Freshwater culture productivity can be improved by intensification. One of the most effective intensifications is the addition of probiotic agents. Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus lactis, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae have great potential as probiotic by improving water quality in freshwater culture. In the microbial consortium, the member of microbes has to have the ability to form synergism relationship to perform probiotic functions. Synergism interactions can be based on material transfer that relates to the energetic, cell to cell communication or physical protection. Advantage of microbial consortium synergism as a probiotic candidate has higher effectiveness and causes a broad spectrum effect than a single culture. The purpose of this study was to establish a synergism relationship between B. subtilis, L. lactis, and S. cerevisiaeas probiotic candidates in freshwater culture by testing using cross streak method and to know growth profile between themicrobes. The results showed that synergism occurred between all microbes depicting none inhibition zones between isolates.     Utilizing Random Forest with iForest-based outlier detection and SMOTE to detect movement and direction of RFID tags

    In recent years, radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has been utilized to monitor product movements within a supply chain in real time. By utilizing RFID technology, the products can be tracked automatically in real-time. However, the RFID cannot detect the movement and direction of the tag. This study investigates the performance of machine learning (ML) algorithms to detect the movement and direction of passive RFID tags. The dataset utilized in this study was created by considering a variety of conceivable tag motions and directions that may occur in actual warehouse settings, such as going inside and out of the gate, moving close to the gate, turning around, and static tags. The statistical features are derived from the received signal strength (RSS) and the timestamp of tags. Our proposed model combined Isolation Forest (iForest) outlier detection, Synthetic Minority Over Sampling Technique (SMOTE) and Random Forest (RF) has shown the highest accuracy up to 94.251% as compared to other ML models in detecting the movement and direction of RFID tags. In addition, we demonstrated the proposed classification model could be applied to a web-based monitoring system, so that tagged products that move in or out through a gate can be correctly identified.
