An institutional perspective in the industry 4.0 scenario: A systematic literature review

Purpose: The growing adoption of Industry 4.0 offers opportunities and promotes changes in markets, business models, supply chains and operations. However, adopting new technologies and practices is beyond the simple rational decision and the search for efficiency. There are contextual social and cultural systems that influence the behavior of people and organizations. Hence, institutional theory can yield interesting insights in the study of Industry 4.0. The purpose of this article is to examine how and to what extent institutional theory has been used to explain Industry 4.0. Design/methodology/approach: A systematic literature review of Industry 4.0 and the broader field of digitalization was performed using Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar. The authors analyzed the results using multivariate techniques (Descending Hierarchical Classification and Correspondence Factor Analysis) with the aid of the IRAMUTEQ software. Findings: Results indicate there is little research that uses an institutional perspective to investigate Industry 4.0. Most of them are quantitative and are based on the concept of institutional isomorphism. Qualitative studies, e.g., case studies and the use of theories such as institutional logics and institutional work could generate a richer comprehension of Industry 4.0. Besides, consideration of meso (e.g., organizational fields) and macro (e.g., countries) level of analysis should be more extensively explored. Originality/value: This paper identifies research gaps and points to relevant issues frequently not considered by researchers and practitioners. It reinforces a call for an institutional perspective where the concept of Industry 4.0 can be understood as a rationalized myth. Institutional rite in tribute to Anna Nery: Salvador (BA), 19th century

Objective: the study aims to analyze the institutional rite on the unveiling of the screen in tribute to Anna Nery exposed in the Chamber of the Imperial Palace of Salvador, Bahia, in 1873. Method: The document analyzed was a meeting register's book about institutional rite in them approach imposed on sociological theorist referential by Pierre Bourdieu. Results: pointed to new questions, whereas the context at the time caused it to women, to the detriment of man, by male domination, being recognized, but, on the other hand, confined to the private means and when in public was to talk with her masculine gender. Conclusion: of the study direct to the various thoughts, one is that there is a lot to search about the honoree to better understand the reason of being the only woman honored for having gone to war in Paraguay, not that the tribute is not deserved

TESES E DISSERTAÇÕES SOBRE HISTÓRIA DA ENFERMAGEM BRASILEIRA PRODUZIDAS ENTRE 1979 E 2013

Objetivo: caracterizar a produção sobre História da Enfermagem nas teses e dissertações no Brasil. Método: estudo quantitativo, de natureza histórica, sendo utilizado o método história serial. Resultados: o total de teses em História da Enfermagem representa 5,39% de toda a produção no CEPEn e na Capes essa produção representa 4,17%. Já nas dissertações temos para o CEPEn a representavidade de 4,01% e na Capes a de 2,85%. A pesquisa evidenciou que a região Sudeste é um forte propagador da pesquisa em história da enfermagem. Conclusão: ossistemas de pós-graduação em Enfermagem ocupam uma posição fundamental no processo de modernização e desenvolvimento do conhecimento científico, o que também vem fortalecendo a pesquisa em História da Enfermagem.Descritores: História da Enfermagem. A imagem do cuidado prestado pelas enfermeiras de saúde pública veiculada na Revista da Semana (1929)

OBJECTIVE: to analyze the images of Public Health Nurses in care delivery to society, disseminated by the Revista da Semana, in 1929. METHOD: historical-semiotic study. The documents used were images, to which an analysis matrix was applied, including fashion and body language literature, besides others to address the study object. The data were interpreted in the light of the sociologist Pierre Bourdieu's notions of object representations and body hexis. RESULTS: the distinctive use of uniforms for the Public Health Nurses' activities was a non-verbal communication strategy to gain visibility and credibility during home visits . CONCLUSIONS: Public Health Nurses were particularly responsible for patient care and guidance to prevent illnesses, with a view to the qualitative development of Public Health. The intent in this study was to produce knowledge on image records about nurses' care practice at the National Public Health Department's School of Nurses, as well as to strengthen Public Health Nursing History research in Brazil, thus contributing to a better understanding about the construction process of nurses' image.OBJETIVO: fue analizar las imágenes de las Enfermeras de Salud Pública en la prestación de los cuidados a la sociedad, en el año de 1929, publicadas por la Revista de la Semana. MÉTODO: estudio histórico-semiótico. Los documentos utilizados fueron fotografías (a las cuales les fue aplicada la técnica de análisis de imágenes), y textos, incluyendo literatura de la moda, lenguaje corporal y otras de aproximación con el objeto de estudio. Los datos fueron interpretados a la luz de las nociones de representaciones objetales y hexis corporal del sociólogo Pierre Bourdieu. RESULTADOS: se constató que la distinción en el uso de los uniformes, para las actividades ejecutadas por las Enfermeras de Salud Pública, era una estrategia de comunicación no verbal para hacerse ver y hacerse creer en las visitas domiciliares. CONCLUSIÓN: la Enfermera de Salud Pública es responsable, especialmente, por ofrecer cuidados a los enfermos y orientarlos en el sentido de prevenir enfermedades, en pro del desarrollo de la calidad de la Salud Pública. El estudio tuvo la intención de producir conocimiento sobre registros de imágenes acerca de la práctica del cuidado realizado por la enfermera de la Escuela de Enfermeras del Departamento Nacional de Salud Pública, y fortalecer las investigaciones de la Historia de la Enfermería en Salud Pública, en Brasil, contribuyendo para entender mejor el proceso de construcción de la imagen de la enfermera.OBJETIVO: analisar as imagens das enfermeiras de saúde pública na prestação dos cuidados à sociedade, no ano 1929, veiculadas pela Revista da Semana. MÉTODO: estudo histórico-semiótico. Os documentos utilizados foram imagéticos, aos quais foi aplicada uma matriz de análise e escritos, incluindo literatura da moda, linguagem corporal e outras de aproximação com o objeto de estudo. Os dados foram interpretados à luz das noções de representações objetais e hexis corporal do sociólogo Pierre Bourdieu. RESULTADOS: constatou-se que a distinção no uso dos uniformes, para as atividades executadas pelas enfermeiras de saúde pública, era uma estratégia de comunicação não verbal para se fazer ver e fazer crer nas visitas domiciliares. CONCLUSÃO: cabia à enfermeira de saúde pública, em especial, prestar cuidados aos doentes e orientá-los no sentido de se prevenir doenças, em prol do desenvolvimento da qualidade da saúde pública. O estudo teve a intenção de produzir conhecimento sobre registros imagéticos da prática do cuidado realizado pela enfermeira da Escola de Enfermeiras do Departamento Nacional de Saúde Pública, e fortalecer as pesquisas de história da enfermagem em saúde pública, no Brasil, contribuindo para um melhor entendimento do processo de construção da imagem da enfermeira

La abundante presencia de temas penales en los medios de comunicación genera en la sociedad una percepción distorsionada sobre la inseguridad y transmite el discurso de que las leyes penales son insuficientes. En España, el poder político ha respondido con constantes reformas penales que, en los años 2000 a 2003, supusieron un endurecimiento de la política criminal, alentado y legitimado por los medios.The excessive incidence of penal issues in the mass media provides an unreal fear of crime in the society and communicates the message that penal laws are insufficient. São Camilo de Léllis: Caridade e bondade na prestação do cuidado

O objeto do estudo é a representação pictórica do cuidado prestado por Camilo de Léllis, tendo por objetivo: apresentar a trajetória de vida de Camilo de Lellis; mostrar os cuidados prestados por Camilo de Léllis, por meio da representação pictórica de Pierre Hubert Subleyras (1745) e comentar a trajetória dos cuidados por ele prestada, como contribuição para a construção do conhecimento da História da Enfermagem. Método: Os passos seguidos para atendimento da investigação foram à busca de literatura de aderência articulada à representação pictórica proposta. Isto implicou, em síntese, na apresentação da biografia de Camilo de Léllis e a decodificação dos atributos em tela analisada. O resultado evidenciou o cuidado, para além do corpo físico, mas da alma, na cura das enfermidades com normas e sistematização no século XVIII.El objeto de estudio es la representación pictórica de los cuidados prestados por Camilo de Lelis, teniendo como objetivo: presentar la trayectoria de vida de Camillus de Lellis; mostrar los cuidados realizados por Camilo de Léllis, por medio de la representación pictórica del Pierre Hubert Subleyras (1745) y comentar su trayectoria de los cuidados como contribución a la construcción del conocimiento de la historia de la enfermería. Método: los pasos seguidos para la investigación se ciñeron a la búsqueda de la literatura de la propuesta de adhesión articulada representación pictórica propuesta. Esto exigió, en resumen, la presentación de la biografía de Camilo de Léllis y la descodificación de los atributos de pantalla examinados. El resultado mostró el cuidado, además del cuerpo físico, sino el alma, la curación de enfermedades con estándares y sistematización en el siglo XVIII.The object of this study is the pictorial representation of the care provided by Camilo de Léllis, which has as objective: to present the life trajectory of Camillus de Lellis; to show the care provided by Camilo de Léllis, through the pictorial representation of Pierre Hubert Subleyras (1745) and comment the trajectory of caring given by him, as a contribution to the construction of the knowledge of the history of nursing. Method: steps followed for the investigation were the search of the literature of the articulated pictorial representation adhesion proposal. This entailed, in summary, a presentation of a biography of Camilo de Léllis and the decoding of the screen attributes examined. The result showed a care of the soul, beyond the physical body, in healing of illnesses with standards and systematization in the 18th century

: OBJETIVO: analisar o rito institucional sobre o descerramento da tela em tributo à Anna Nery exposta na Câmara do Paço Imperial de Salvador, Bahia, em 1873. MÉTODO: O documento central de análise foi uma ata do livro de reunião sobre o rito institucional na abordagem da micro-história balizada no referencial teórico sociológico de Pierre Bourdieu. RESULTADOS: O resultado apontou para novos questionamentos, considerando que o contexto à época silenciava à mulher, em detrimento do homem, pela dominação masculina, sendo reconhecida, mas, por outro lado, confinada ao meio privado e quando em público cabia ao gênero masculino falar por ela. CONCLUSÃO: a conclusão do estudo se dirigiu a várias ideias, com destaque, que se há muito a se pesquisar sobre a homenageada para melhor se entender o motivo de ser a única mulher homenageada, por ter ido a Guerra do Paraguai, não que o tributo não seja merecido
