Import 27/01/2012Diplomová práce se zabývá zmapováním problematiky humanitární pomoci v České republice se zaměřením na její financování. První část práce se věnuje financování humanitární pomoci ČR do zahraničí z úrovně státu, jejímu právnímu rámci a způsobům poskytování humanitární pomoci. Dále je zde uvedeno financování humanitární pomoci nestátními subjekty a působení mezinárodních humanitárních organizací v ČR. Druhá část popisuje koordinaci humanitární pomoci na mezinárodní úrovni a analyzuje tok peněz při zapojení ČR do mezinárodní humanitární pomoci v letech 2002-2010. V závěrečné části diplomové práce jsou vyhodnoceny získané poznatky a případné návrhy ke zlepšení fungování systému financování humanitární pomoci.This thesis deals with the mapping of humanitarian aid in the Czech Republic with regard to its funding. The first chapter of thesis devotes to funding humanitarian aid to abroad CR on state level; the legal framework and ways of providing humanitarian aid. There is described the financing of humanitarian aid non-governmental organizations and the operation of international humanitarian organizations in the CR. The second chapter describes the coordination of humanitarian aid on international level and analyzes the money flow in the involvement of CR to international humanitarian aid in the years 2002-2010. New-Built Detached House in Šitbořice

Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací novostavby rodinného domu v Šitbořicích. Objekt je navržen na rovinatém terénu a skládá se ze dvou nadzemních podlaží. Objekt je navržen v systému HELUZ. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou ze dvou střešních rovin opačného sklonu.This thesis deals with the design documentation new-built detached house in Šitbořice. The building is designed on a flat terrain and consists of two up floors. The building is designed in the system HELUZ. The building is covered with a shed roof of the two roof planes of the opposite slope.

Actividades biológicas de polifenoles de Polygonum lapathifolium

Polygonum lapathifolium es una planta invasora cuya presencia se extiende por todo el mundo y que ha sido utilizada en la medicina tradicional por sus actividades biológicas. Analizamos el perfil químico de la parte superficial utilizando HPLC/DAD/ESI-MS. Ocho flavonoides, dos chalconas y ácido gálico fueron aislados, identificados y analizados en relación a sus actividades en siete modelos experimentales (de actividad antioxidante, α/β-glucosidasa inhibitoria, antimicrobiana, anticholineserasa). Nuestros resultados demuestran que P. lapathifolium es una valiosa fuente de compuestos con actividades biológicas prometedoras

<scp>ReSurveyEurope</scp>: A database of resurveyed vegetation plots in Europe

AbstractAimsWe introduce ReSurveyEurope — a new data source of resurveyed vegetation plots in Europe, compiled by a collaborative network of vegetation scientists. We describe the scope of this initiative, provide an overview of currently available data, governance, data contribution rules, and accessibility. In addition, we outline further steps, including potential research questions.ResultsReSurveyEurope includes resurveyed vegetation plots from all habitats. Version 1.0 of ReSurveyEurope contains 283,135 observations (i.e., individual surveys of each plot) from 79,190 plots sampled in 449 independent resurvey projects. Of these, 62,139 (78%) are permanent plots, that is, marked in situ, or located with GPS, which allow for high spatial accuracy in resurvey. The remaining 17,051 (22%) plots are from studies in which plots from the initial survey could not be exactly relocated. Four data sets, which together account for 28,470 (36%) plots, provide only presence/absence information on plant species, while the remaining 50,720 (64%) plots contain abundance information (e.g., percentage cover or cover–abundance classes such as variants of the Braun‐Blanquet scale). The oldest plots were sampled in 1911 in the Swiss Alps, while most plots were sampled between 1950 and 2020.ConclusionsReSurveyEurope is a new resource to address a wide range of research questions on fine‐scale changes in European vegetation. The initiative is devoted to an inclusive and transparent governance and data usage approach, based on slightly adapted rules of the well‐established European Vegetation Archive (EVA). ReSurveyEurope data are ready for use, and proposals for analyses of the data set can be submitted at any time to the coordinators. Still, further data contributions are highly welcome.</jats:sec

Reporting and controlling in a multinational company

The thesis on the topic of "Reporting and controlling in a multinational company" deals with the role reporting and controlling play in the decision-making of the company's management and in the evaluation of business performance. The aim is to describe the reporting and controlling methods as applied in practice of a multinational group of companies, to analyze the categories and the indicators used and to assess their information value with regards to the management decision-making process. Once the concept and function of reporting and controlling theoretically defined, the reporting process and its outcomes are described with the company Alcatel-Lucent as an example. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the structure of a profit and loss statement as used for management purposes in Alcatel-Lucent and the content and information value of all P&L accounts. Finally, a few examples of reports provided on demand to the top management are presented.Diplomová práce na téma "Reporting a controlling v nadnárodní společnosti" se zabývá úlohou reportingu a controllingu jako nástrojů podpory manažerského rozhodování a hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. Cílem práce je analyzovat metody reportingu a controllingu, tak jak jsou uplatňovány v praxi globálně působící skupiny podniků. Pozornost je věnována současnému stavu řízení hodnotových veličin, posouzení vypovídací schopnosti zkoumaných ukazatelů a možnostem jejich využití pro rozhodování řídících pracovníků. Po teoretickém vymezení reportingu a controllingu je na příkladu společnosti Alcatel-Lucent popsán proces reportingu a jeho výstupy. Dále je analyzována struktura manažerské výsledovky, rozebrán obsah a vypovídací schopnost jednotlivých výsledkových účtů. Nakonec je uvedeno několik příkladů reportů sestavených na požádání pro vrcholový management

Rehabilitation and prevention of the most common injuries of judoists

Judo, like other sports, brings the danger of all sorts of injuries, the more that it is a combat sport. The task of the trainer and the judoka himself should be prevention of injuries. If an accident occurs, it should be taken care of with proper and long-term rehabilitation. Judokas often encounter injuries of joints especially knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows or knuckle joints. We can also meet with fractures and muscle injuries, their bruising or tearing. These injuries can be caused by insufficient warm-up. They can be influenced by tiredness, dehydration and by overload of individual muscle groups. When preventing the injuries, we should put emphasis on the right technique of exercise, sufficient warm-up, regeneration and use of compensatory exercises. The aim of this work is to find out the most common causes of injuries of judokas, suggest the possibilities of rehabilitation and prevention of these injuries. The practical part is elaborated in the form of mixed research. It contains a questionnaire for judokas fifteen years old and older, case studies of two probes from the judo club TJ Sokol Tábor, their input and output kinesiological analyses, semi-structured interview and therapy procedure. The last part deals with the possibility of inclusion of balance exercises into judo training, which could have the preventive effect of some injuries. This work could be used by sport physiotherapists and judo trainers. It can also be used as an educative material for sportsmen

Import 01/09/2009Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování a vyhodnocení dostupných informací týkajících se havárie tramvají ve Vřesině a zásahu jednotlivých složek Integrovaného záchranného systému v místě nehody. První část práce je věnována tramvajové dopravě v Ostravě, její historii i současnosti a vozovému parku. Dále je zde popsána trasa tramvajové linky č. 5, místo havárie a příčina jejího vzniku. Druhá část popisuje provedení zásahu z pohledu jednotlivých složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce jsou vyhodnoceny získané poznatky a případné návrhy ke zlepšení připravenosti složek IZS.The bachelor thesis is aimed at processing and evaluation of available information regarding collision of trams in Vřesina followed by intervention of individual units of the Integrated rescue system at the point of accident. The first part of the paper deals with tram transport in Ostrava, its history and presence including the fleet. Moreover, the track of the tram line No. 5 is described here, including the point of accident and cause of its occurrence. The second part describes the system of intervention as viewed by particular units of the Integrated rescue system. Compositing System of Heating and Hot Water Preparation for Family House

Import 29/09/2010Úkolem diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodný systém pro vytápění objektu a přípravu TUV s využitím tepelného čerpadla a solárních kolektorů. Jedná se o objekt ležící v obci Potštát a celoročně využívaný dvěma obyvateli důchodového věku. Vzhledem k věku obyvatelů byl kladen důraz na jednoduchost obsluhy celého systému a na vyšší tepelný komfort. Diplomová práce obsahuje výpočet tepelných ztrát objektu dle normy ČSN 06 0210, výpočet potřeby tepla pro vytápění a přípravu TUV, návrh plochy solárních kolektorů, výkonu tepelného čerpadla. Jsou stanoveny investiční náklady, provozní náklady a enviromentální dopad daného řešení.The task of this thesis is to design an appropriate system for building heating and hot water preparation using heat pumps and solar collectors. It is an object lying in the village Potštát and used year-round population of pensionable age two milliamperes. Given the age of the inhabitants of the emphasis was on simplicity of the system and the higher thermal comfort.
