    IMPLEMENTATION OF PANCASILA VALUES THROUGH GOVERNMENT POLICIES IN THE EDUCATION SECTOR IN THE ERA OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

    The outbreak of Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia has prompted the government to issue many new policies related to various areas of people's lives. One of them is a policy in the field of education, namely through the establishment of LFH (Learning from Home) policies for all levels of education. The problem that arises is the demand for changes in student behavior from traditional learning methods to independent learning patterns. The purpose of this study was to find out how students apply Pancasila values ​​in carrying out learning in the Covid-19 Pandemic era in line with government policies. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach, starting with a literature study to find out aspects related to Pancasila values, LFH learning methods, and health policies in the Covid-19 Pandemic era. Based on the results of the literature study, a questionnaire was developed to collect data from students. The online version of the questionnaire is made so that it is easy to fill out by respondents, namely 114 college students. The research findings are interesting to observe, namely, the majority of respondents (56.2%) think that government policies in the field of education in the current Covid-19 Pandemic era have not been carried out effectively. Even (73.6%) of students stated that there was a decrease in learning motivation among students. This finding needs to be immediately anticipated by decision makers in universities considering that the start of the next semester will soon begin. The values ​​of Pancasila that are applied at this time are just and civilized humanity and the unity of Indonesia. &nbsp

    Local projection finite element stabilization for the generalized Stokes problem

    We analyze pressure stabilized finite element methods for the solution of the generalized Stokes problem and investigate their stability and convergence properties. An important feature of the method is that the pressure gradient unknowns can be eliminated locally thus leading to a decoupled system of equations. Although stability of the method has been established, for the homogeneous Stokes equations, the proof given here is based on the existence of a special interpolant with additional orthogonal property with respect to the projection space. This, makes it a lot simpler and more attractive. The resulting stabilized method is shown to lead to optimal rates of convergence for both velocity and pressure approximations

    Virtuel: ce mot dénote plusieurs sens. Dans un premier temps, le mot virtuel fait référence à Internet qui  est le lieu de notre recherche. Deuxièmement, la philosophie explique le mot virtuel en termes de ce qui est possible. Nous en arrivons à l’objet de notre article : une réflexion sur les futurs possibles des  nouveaux mondes virtuels. Toujours dans le même sens, le mode virtuel fait référence à notre objectif principal qui est de cerner la réflexion des internautes algériens à l’égard d’Internet. L’objet de cette contribution est l’analyse des discours sur l’informatique depuis ses premiers balbutiements, du milieu du siècle jusqu’à nos jours. Le questionnement sur la pensée informatique a évolué au rythme de la technologie; elle est passée d’une vision très pessimiste à des débats plus intenses sur le réseau Internet. Cette analyse nous permet d’atteindre notre objectif principal, celui d’évaluer d’une part, à travers le discours des internautes, l’impact que provoque l’utilisation du réseau Internet sur l’identité et la culture et d’autre part, d’identifier l’état de l’art de la réflexion des internautes algériens face aux enjeux sociaux débattus sur le réseau.MOTS CLES: Monde virtuel, appropriation d’Internet, identité et culture, enjeux sociaux, néo-tribalisme

    A research reported that the ratio of engaged employees in Saudi Arabia is lesser than the world’s average rate, in which only four out of ten males and women Saudis are engaged, compared to six in every ten as the average in the world. This study aims to examine the link between women teachers in Saudi Arabia’s public schools and their job. To make them love their jobs and enjoy being teachers rather than just accept it as it is their destiny. Examining the level of psychological capital, leaders will know how to trigger the teachers’ work engagement. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing work engagement of women teachers in Saudi Arabia public schools. This study also investigates the moderating effect of personorganisation fit. The scope of this research was to evaluate work engagement among women teachers in Saudi Arabia’s public schools, specifically, Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam. A total of five constructs were investigated after a review of literature on the field of work engagement and psychological capital, especially in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia. The Gain Spiral concept, The Broaden and Build theory and JD-R model, formed the basis of the conceptual framework of the proposed model of work engagement, psychological capital and leadership style. Based on the literature review, a conceptual model of work engagement, psychological capital and leadership style was proposed and a suitable research method was selected to test the hypothesized model

    Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui gambaran Promosi Perpustakaan melalui Instagram terhadap Pemanfaatan Koleksi Buku di Perpustakaan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan yang masih belum memadai sehingga siswa kurang mengetahui informasi apa saja yang ada di perpustakaan, maka perlu dilakukan promosi perpustakaan untuk dapat memberikan informasi kepada siswa agar mereka dapat memanfaatkan koleksi buku di perpustakaan dengan baik. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan 1) Pengaruh promosi perpustakaan pada aspek Attention melalui Instagram terhadap pemanfaatan koleksi buku di perpustakaan; 2) Pengaruh promosi perpustakaan pada aspek Interest melalui Instagram terhadap pemanfaatan koleksi buku di perpustakaan; 3) Pengaruh promosi perpustakaan pada aspek Desire melalui Instagram terhadap pemanfaatan koleksi buku di perpustakaan; 4) Pengaruh promosi perpustakaan pada aspek Action melalui Instagram terhadap pemanfaatan koleksi buku di perpustakaan. Keunikan pada promosi perpustakaan yang dilihat dari aspek Attention, interest, desire, dan Action memberikan daya tarik tersendiri bagi siswa untuk dapat memanfaatkan koleksi buku dengan baik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yakni teknik sample random sampling dengan jumlah responden 85 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket dengan pernyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh promosi perpustakaan melalui instagram terhadap pemanfaatan koleksi buku di perpustakaan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa promosi perpustakaan melalui instagram berada dalam kategori yang kuat dan pemanfaatan koleksi buku di perpustakaan yang dilakukan oleh siswa-siswi berada dalam kategori yang kuat.;--This study aimed to find out the picture of Library Promotion through Instagram on the Utilization of Book Collections in the Library. This research is motivated by the inadequate facilities and infrastructure of the library so that students do not know about what information they could find in the library. So, it is necessary to promote the library to be able to provide information to students so they can utilize the collection of books in the library well. The purpose of this research is to explain 1) The effect of library promotion on the aspect of Attention through Instagram in the use of book collections in the library; 2) The effect of library promotion on the aspect of Interest through Instagram in the use of book collections in the library; 3) The effect of library promotion on the aspect of Desire through Instagram in the use of book collections in the library; 4) The effect of library promotion on the aspect of Action through Instagram in the use of book collections in the library. The uniqueness of library promotion which is seen from the aspects of Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action provides its own attraction for students to be able to utilize the book collection well. The sampling technique used was the sample random sampling technique with 85 respondents. This research used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, and data analysis used regression tests. Data collection techniques used by researcher, was by using research instruments in the form of a questionnaire with statements. The results showed that the influence of library promotion through Instagram in the use of book collections in the library has a strong effect. This can be seen from the results of research showing that the picture of library promotion through Instagram is in the strong category and the description of the use of book collections in the library by students is in the strong category

    The purpose of writing this article is to find out the role of Civics subjects in shaping students' nationalism at SMP N 2 Kebakramat and to find out the obstacles faced by Civics teachers in fostering a sense of nationalism in students. In this study, researchers used a qualitative description approach. This research was conducted at SMP N 2 Kebakramat. The subjects in this study were junior high school teachers. Data collection techniques used interview techniques with Civics teachers. In the process of implementing Civic Education learning, it experiences several obstacles such as being boring, unattractive, and seemingly trivial so that students are unable to receive knowledge and the character education that has been taught is not conveyed properly. Civics teachers have a big role in instilling character education in students. Teachers must be able to set an example and carry out learning innovations so that students are able to filter information and are able to form character according to what was proclaimed by the Ministry of Education and Culture.Keyword : Nationalism, Civic Education

    Strategi Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Desa Pemerintah Desa Panggungharjo Kecamatan Sewon Kabupaten Bantul

    Pemerintah Desa memiliki kewenangan untuk mengatur dan mengurus urusan rumah tangganya sendiri yang disebut dengan otonomi desa. Untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa maka Pemerintah Desa memiliki kewenangan secara luas untuk memanfaatkan segala sumber kekayaan desa, termasuk didalamnya tanah kas desa atau bangunan milik desa yang merupakan salah satu kekayaan pemerintah desa sebagai sumber Pendapatan Asli Desa. Pemerintah Desa Panggungharjo, Kecamatan Sewon, Kabupaten Bantul memiliki strategi dalam rangka peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Desa. Strategi tersebut dirumuskan berdasarkan identifikasi kondisi internal dan kondisi eksternal yang dimiliki oleh Desa Panggungharjo, dan tertuang dalam Peraturan Desa Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 Tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa Tahun 2019-2024.Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Instrumen data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi untuk melihat secara langsung keadaan Desa Panggungharjo khususnya mengenai peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Desa, kemudian metode wawancara dengan melakukan tanya jawab secara langsung kepada informan yang berkaitan dengan strategi peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Desa, dan terakhir menggunakan metode dokumentasi yang berupa foto, tulisan, grafik yang berhubungan dengan penelitian menyangkut rumusan (dokumen) tentang RPJM Desa yang memuat tentang visi dan misi serta analisa potensi desa.Dari penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menemukan bahwa Pemerintah Desa Panggungharjo merumuskan strategi peningkatan pendapatan asli desa dengan menyusun visi, misi, menganalisis potensi keadaan internal dan keadaan eksternal yang dimiliki Desa Panggungharjo. Kemudian menyusun rencana jangka panjang, merumuskan strategi alternative dan memilih strategi alternative yang menjadi prioritas

    PENGEMBANGAN BUKU SAKU FISIKA DENGAN TEKNOLOGI AUGMENTED REALITY BERBASIS ANDROID PADA MATERI PEMANASAN GLOBAL

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kelayakan buku saku fisika dengan teknologi Augmented Reality berbasis Android pada materi Pemanasan Global.Uji coba terbatas dilakukan di XI IPA SMA Muhamadiyah 4 GempolPasuruan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode ADDIE dengan tahapan penelitian analysis (menerapkan), design (merancang), develop (mengembangkan), implementation (menerapkan), dan evaluate (evaluasi). Hasil pengembangan buku saku fisika dengan teknologi Augmented Reality berbasis Android pada materi pemanasan global adalah layak untuk dipergunakan.Kelayakan media tersebut dapat ditinjau dari kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifannya.Nilai validasi media didapatkan persentase rata-rata 93,5% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Nilai kepraktisan media didapatkan dari keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan aktivitas peserta didik. Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran mendapatkan persentase rata-rata 95,3% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan aktivitas peserta didik mendapatkan persentase rata-rata 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Nilai keefektifan media didapatkan dari respon dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil respon peserta didik didapatkan persentase rata-rata 94,3% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan hasil belajar peserta didik didapatkan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 86,36% dengan 19 peserta didik dinyatakan tuntas dan 3 peserta didik dinyatakan belum tuntas dari jumlah keseluruhan peserta didik adalah 22

    PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PBL DAN MPK TIPE STAD SERTA KEMAMPUAN METAKOGNITIF TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN DASAR DAN PENGUKURAN LISTRIK

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan perbedaaan hasil belajar pada ranah kognitif dan psikomotor antara siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah dan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, (2) mendeskripsikan perbedaan hasil belajar pada ranah kognitif dan psikomotor antara siswa yang memiliki kemampuan metakognitif tinggi dan kemampuan metakognitif rendah, (3) mendeskripsikan interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan metakognitif siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif dan psikomotor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pre-test dan post-test desain yang akan diterapkan pada dua kelas dengan perlakuan yang berbeda. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Varian (Anava) dua jalur  dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Pada proses pembelajaran, peneliti menggunakan software Multisim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaaan hasil belajar pada ranah kognitif antara siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah dan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Pada ranah kognitif diperoleh signifikansi sebesar 0,032 sedangkan pada ranah psikomotor tidak terdapat perbedaaan hasil belajar siswa dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,366, (2) tidak terdapat  perbedaan hasil belajar pada ranah kognitif dan psikomotor antara siswa yang memiliki kemampuan metakognitif tinggi dan kemampuan metakognitif rendah dengan signifikansi berturut-turut sebesar 0,101 dan 0,058, (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan metakognitif siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif dan psikomotor dengan signifikansi berturut-turut sebesar 0,254 dan 0,663. Kata kunci: kognitif, psikomotor, anava dua jalur. Abstract The research aimed to (1) describing the differences  in learning outcomes between cognitive and psychomotor domains among students who taught by problem based learning model and STAD-type cooperative one, (2) describing the differences in learning outcomes on the cognitive and psychomotor domains among students who have high and low metacognitive skills, (3) describing the interaction between the learning model and the students’ metacognitive skills toward student learning outcomes on the cognitive and psychomotor domains. The research was an experimental study. The research design employed pre-test and post-test which would be applied to two classes with different treatments. The data analysis technique used two ways variant analysis (Anava) with 2x2 factorial designs. In the learning process, the researcher used Multisim software. The research results showed that: (1) there were differences in cognitive learning outcomes among students who taught by problem based learning model and STAD-type cooperative one. The cognitive domain obtained the significance of 0.032 while the psychomotor one got no difference in students’ learning outcomes with the significance of 0.366, (2) there was no difference in learning outcomes on the cognitive and psychomotor domains among students who have  high and low metacognitive skills  with the significance of 0.101 and 0.058 consecutively, (3) there was no interaction between learning models and students’ metacognitive skills toward the students’ learning outcomes on the cognitive and psychomotor domains with consecutive significance of 0.254 and 0.663.
