Constitution is the collection of rules which establish and regulate or govern the government. These rules are partly legal and partly non-legal, taking the form of usages, understandings, customs or conventions.Constitutional laws are the fundamental laws that establish and govern the structure, functions and powers of main organs of government and the relation between each organ with the other and with the people. It is the collection of legal rules and non-legal rules which govern the government of a country, (K.C. Wheare, Modern Constitutions. P. 1; S.A. de Smith, Constitutional and administrative law , p.7). Constitutional government is a government that is governed based on a constitution. Constitutional monarchy refers to the monarch or the political system in which the powers and authority of the monarch are restricted to those granted under the constitution and laws of the state; or the traditions and values of the society concerned. It is a form of democratic government in which a monarch acts as nonpolitical head of state within the boundaries of a constitution whether written or unwritten. A sovereign who reigns but does not rule. This form of government differs from absolute monarchy, in which the monarch controls political decision-making and is not effectively bound by a constitutional order

Pseudonocardians A–C (2–4), three new diazaanthraquinone derivatives, along with a previously synthesized compound deoxynyboquinone (1), were produced by the strain SCSIO 01299, a marine actinomycete member of the genus Pseudonocardia, isolated from deep-sea sediment of the South China Sea. The structures of compounds 1–4 were determined by mass spectrometry and NMR experiments (1H, 13C, HSQC, and HMBC). The structure of compound 1, which was obtained for the first time from a natural source, was confirmed by X-ray analysis. Compounds 1–3 exhibited potent cytotoxic activities against three tumor cell lines of SF-268, MCF-7 and NCI-H460 with IC50 values between 0.01 and 0.21 μm, and also showed antibacterial activities on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212 and Bacillus thuringensis SCSIO BT01, with MIC values of 1–4 μg mL−1

He loves me… he loves me not: understanding relationship security

Jaremka, LisaPeople have a fundamental need to belong (Baumeister & Leary, 1995). This need is not unlike hunger and thirst, if it goes unfulfilled people’s wellbeing suffers (Leary & Baumeister, 2000). Therefore, it is crucial to understand how people develop and maintain their affiliations, specifically romantic relationships. A key ingredient for thriving high quality connections is relationship specific felt security. Prior research has determined some sources of information that people use when evaluating the security of their relationship. However, there are still some unexplored possibilities. The current paper utilized secondary analyses of 2 existing datasets to investigate whether people use emotional support provision from their romantic partner as diagnostic information when evaluating the security of their relationship. Further, I investigate if this connection is partially explained by emotional support conveying that the partner is responsive and caring (i.e., people perceive their partner as responsive). I found evidence in support of these hypotheses across 2 studies that utilize different methods. Overall, people who receive more emotional support from their partner also perceive their partner as being more responsive. In turn, perceived partner responsiveness predicts relationship specific felt security.University of Delaware, Department of Psychological and Brain SciencesM.A
