    Organization of virtual interaction in the context of the coronavirus pandemic

    The organization of the educational process should be carried out taking into account the epidemiological situation and following the requirements that are due to quarantine measures. The leadership of vocational schools is looking for ways to conduct classes in a safe environment, assessing the potential risks for teachers and students. Higher schools implement the possibilities of electronic technologies as a factor in ensuring the safety of subjects of the educational process for communication between students and teachers at a distance. The purpose of the article is to review the experience of organizing virtual interaction between students and teachers within the framework of e-learning during the spread of coronavirus infection. The article reveals the possibilities of electronic technologies that allow communicating at a remote distance. The preparation of students in critical conditions is carried out using various electronic means that promote active interaction. The results of the study reflect the opinion of students of higher educational institutions about the use of virtual interaction tools. The results obtained using the Likert scale allow us to say that the majority of the respondents are active participants in virtual interaction and are ready to continue to communicate using the presented means despite the existing difficulties

    main purpose of vocational training in higher education is training of a competitive highly qualified graduate. The requirements for his professional and creative level of development increase with increasing role of creative abilities in professional activities implementation. The purpose of the article is to describe experience of students’ creative abilities development. The authors identified the stages of students’ creative abilities development: organizational and preparatory; activity-evaluation; designing, during which students develop original projects, develop creative abilities and readiness for creative activity. The article describes the experience of project training in the branch of Tyumen industrial University in Surgut. The stages of project preparation "Drilling rig, combined with installation of a rod depth pump (hereinafter –RSP) are analyzed in detail. The paper also provides examples of project tasks performed by students in the study of pedagogical courses. Criteria for evaluating creative abilities were developed. In order to achieve high results, students plan their own individual activities and team activities in detail, make non-standard decisions during the project, show flexibility in resolving conflicts and originality of ideas. Modern high school, acting in terms of competence approach, using project activities, contributes to developing an independent and creative personality of future professional.El objetivo principal de la formación profesional en la educación superior es la formación de un graduado competitivo altamente calificado. Los requisitos para su nivel de desarrollo profesional y creativo aumentan con el papel cada vez mayor de las habilidades creativas en la implementación de actividades profesionales. El propósito del artículo es describir la experiencia del desarrollo de habilidades creativas de los estudiantes. Los autores identificaron las etapas del desarrollo de las habilidades creativas de los estudiantes: organizacionales y preparatorias; evaluación de actividad; diseño, durante el cual los estudiantes desarrollan proyectos originales, desarrollan habilidades creativas y preparación para la actividad creativa. El artículo describe la experiencia de capacitación en proyectos en la rama de la Universidad industrial de Tyumen en Surgut. Las etapas de preparación del proyecto "Plataforma de perforación, combinadas con la instalación de una bomba de profundidad de varilla (en adelante, RSP) se analizan en detalle. El documento también proporciona ejemplos de tareas de proyectos realizadas por estudiantes en el estudio de cursos pedagógicos. Criterios para evaluar habilidades creativas se desarrollaron. Con el fin de lograr altos resultados, los estudiantes planean sus propias actividades individuales y actividades de equipo en detalle, toman decisiones no estándar durante el proyecto, muestran flexibilidad para resolver conflictos y originalidad de ideas.     The article reveals the structure of the content of in-house training and retraining of employees, reflects the principles on which training is based and the functions that are performed by in-house professional training. Throughout the world and in Russia in particular, the subject of increased attention is the introduction of information technology. Therefore, the authors consider the in-house training of employees of the service company using the designated technologies. The agency Registration Agency, a limited liability company, was considered in the article. In 2018, among its employees, a survey was conducted that revealed the desire of employees to improve their skills through electronic courses provided by Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University. It was attended by 30 respondents. After the meeting, employees were asked to undergo training on the organization of personal effectiveness. The training was conducted successfully and, based on the data obtained, we concluded that there is a need for further closer cooperation between organizations, therefore, we presented a plan of interaction between Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after Kozma Minin and the Registration Agency limited liability company, the result of which in the future should be the achievement of benefits for both parties, that is, an increase in the intensification of the organization’s activities "and The effectiveness of the training of future graduates of the “Service” field of study.El artículo revela la estructura del contenido de la capacitación interna y el reciclaje de los empleados, refleja los principios en los que se basa la capacitación y las funciones que realiza la capacitación profesional interna. En todo el mundo y en Rusia en particular, el tema de mayor atención es la introducción de la tecnología de la información. Por lo tanto, los autores consideran la capacitación interna de los empleados de la empresa de servicios utilizando las tecnologías designadas.     PERSONALIZED PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF IMMUNE SYSTEMS, METABOLIC AND NEUROPSYCHIC PARAMETERS IN CHRONIC BRAIN ISCHEMIA OF STAGE I AND II ON THE BACKGROUND OF HYPERTENSION DISEASE

    The study aimed to develop a personalized pharmacological correction of immune, metabolic and neuropsychiatric disorders in chronic cerebral ischemia (CCI) stages I and II. The study included 104 patients, of which 76 were female and 28 were male, with CCI on the background of grade II hypertension, of which 52 patients were with stage I and 52 with stage II at the age of 50±5 years. Clinical and laboratory parameters were studied in 22 healthy donors of the same age who formed a control group. Patients with CCI were randomized according to gender, age, treatment method, concomitant pathology, and duration of the disease. Evaluation of clinical and laboratory data was carried out at the beginning of treatment and 2 weeks after its end. The sorption capacity of erythrocytes and the sorption capacity of the glycocalyx (SEG), the activity of lipid peroxidation processes, the state of the antioxidant system were determined in blood plasma and erythrocytes, the level of stable metabolites of nitric oxide (SMNO), neopterin, C-reactive protein, cytokines (TNFα, IL-1β, IL-8, IFNγ, IL-18, G-CSF, IL-4, IL-10), immunoglobulins (IgM, IgG, IgA), complement system components (C3, C4, C5, C5A), phagocytic and oxygen-dependent activity of polymorphonuclear blood leukocytes. It has been established that for patients with CCI I with high concentrations of IL-8, IL-10, SMNO and a low SEG index, the intake of Cereton and Actovegin or Ceraxon and Mexicor will be insufficient for effective correction of immunometabolic disorders, which requires additional administration of an immunomodulator. Patients with CCI II, who have a higher plasma level of TNFα, IL-10 and low SEG values, need to prescribe Ceraxon, Mexicor and Glutoxim or Ceraxon, Mexicor and Polyoxidonium in order to obtain the maximum clinical and laboratory positive effect

    Las profundas transformaciones que se han producido en el ámbito de la formación profesional de los estudiantes se han convertido en una respuesta a los cambios socioeconómicos del país. Los procesos innovadores tienen como objetivo satisfacer las necesidades del Estado y la sociedad en el desarrollo de un nuevo tipo de especialista capaz de pensar creativamente fuera de la caja. La formación de su potencial intelectual y competencia profesional se está convirtiendo en una tarea primordial para las instituciones educativas profesionales. Los procesos cognitivos, que incluyen creatividad, inteligencia y atención, actúan como base psicológica para la capacidad de los estudiantes de implementar soluciones innovadoras. El propósito del artículo es considerar la experiencia de la formación de la capacidad de los estudiantes para la actividad cognitiva como una de las actividades punteras en el desarrollo de la competencia de los estudiantes. Los procesos cognitivos son responsables del desempeño de la función cognitiva. La actividad cognitiva tiene como objetivo encontrar por parte del alumno soluciones a las tareas. En el proceso de esta actividad mental, el estudiante llega a comprender la esencia del problema y su solución. El estudio presenta la compleja dinámica de la actividad cognitiva, lo que propicia la aparición de soluciones innovadoras no estándar. Los resultados del estudio muestran un aumento en el nivel de actividad cognitiva de los estudiantes luego de la implementación de métodos, medios y tecnologías modernos en la formación de los estudiantes

Опрос молодежи, проведенный в городах Польши, Румынии, Армении, России, и серии кейс-стади в этих странах позволяют определить ресурс молодежи разных стран в брендинге городов. Кейс о волонтерах фестиваля «Уральская ночь музыки» подтверждает гипотезу авторов о том, что верно определенные специалистами ценностные основания этой деятельности могут влиять на полноту реализации ресурсов молодежи, степень ее вовлеченности в события и проекты по формированию бренда.Understanding branding as endowing the territory with additional value senses, the authors determine the motives and potential of youth participation in this socio cultural process. A survey of young people conducted in the cities of Poland, Romania, Armenia, Russia and a series of case studies in these countries allows us to determine the resource of young people from different countries in city branding.     Functional characterization and biological significance of Yersinia pestis lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis genes

    The Gram negative bacterium Yersinia pestis is the etiological agent of flea transmitted fulminant systemic rodent zoonosis and the reason of the three devastating pandemics of plague Lipopolysaccharide (LPS, endotoxin) is an impor tant factor of pathogenicity of Gram negative bacteria. The full LPS molecule (S form LPS) consists of three well defined domains: i) lipid A composed of sugars, fatty acids, and phosphate; it represents the endotoxic princi ple of the LPS and anchors it in the outer membrane; ii) a core oligosaccharide containing charged groups; and iii) an O specific polysaccharide (O antigen), which carries ISSN 0006 2979, Biochemistry (Moscow), 2011, Vol. 76, No. 7, pp. 808 822. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd., 2011. Published in Russian in Biokhimiya, 2011, Vol. 76, No. 7, pp. 989 1005 Abstract-In silico analysis of available bacterial genomes revealed the phylogenetic proximity levels of enzymes responsible for biosynthesis of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Yersinia pestis, the cause of plague, to homologous proteins of closely relat ed Yersinia spp. and some other bacteria (Serratia proteamaculans, Erwinia carotovora, Burkholderia dolosa, Photorhabdus luminescens and others). Isogenic Y. pestis mutants with single or double mutations in 14 genes of LPS biosynthetic path ways were constructed by site directed mutagenesis on the base of the virulent strain 231 and its attenuated derivative. Using high resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, the full LPS structures were elucidated in each mutant, and the sequence of monosaccharide transfers in the assembly of the LPS core was inferred. Truncation of the core decreased sig nificantly the resistance of bacteria to normal human serum and polymyxin B, the latter probably as a result of a less effi cient incorporation of 4 amino 4 deoxyarabinose into lipid A. Impairing of LPS biosynthesis resulted also in reduction of LPS dependent enzymatic activities of plasminogen activator and elevation of LD 50 and average survival time in mice and guinea pigs infected with experimental plague. Unraveling correlations between biological properties of bacteria and partic ular LPS structures may help a better understanding of pathogenesis of plague and implication of appropriate genes as potential molecular targets for treatment of plague

    Effective suckling in relation to naked maternal-infant body contact in the first hour of life: an observation study

    Background Best practice guidelines to promote breastfeeding suggest that (i) mothers hold their babies in naked body contact immediately after birth, (ii) babies remain undisturbed for at least one hour and (iii) breastfeeding assistance be offered during this period. Few studies have closely observed the implementation of these guidelines in practice. We sought to evaluate these practices on suckling achievement within the first hour after birth. Methods Observations of seventy-eight mother-baby dyads recorded newborn feeding behaviours, the help received by mothers and birthing room practices each minute, for sixty minutes. Results Duration of naked body contact between mothers and their newborn babies varied widely from 1 to 60 minutes, as did commencement of suckling (range = 10 to 60 minutes). Naked maternal-infant body contact immediately after birth, uninterrupted for at least thirty minutes did not predict effective suckling within the first hour of birth. Newborns were four times more likely to sustain deep rhythmical suckling when their chin made contact with their mother’s breast as they approached the nipple (OR 3.8; CI 1.03 - 14) and if their mothers had given birth previously (OR 6.7; CI 1.35 - 33). Infants who had any naso-oropharyngeal suctioning administered at birth were six times less likely to suckle effectively (OR .176; CI .04 - .9). Conclusion Effective suckling within the first hour of life was associated with a collection of practices including infants positioned so their chin can instinctively nudge the underside of their mother’s breast as they approach to grasp the nipple and attach to suckle. The best type of assistance provided in the birthing room that enables newborns to sustain an effective latch was paying attention to newborn feeding behaviours and not administering naso-oropharyngeal suction routinely

    ИММУНОМЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКИЕ НАРУШЕНИЯ ПРИ ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОМ ОСТРОМ ТОКСИЧЕСКОМ ПОРАЖЕНИИ ПЕЧЕНИ: КОРРЕКЦИЯ КСЕНОГЕННЫМИ И АЛЛОГЕННЫМИ ГЕПАТОЦИТАМИ

To study the corrective effects of allogeneic and xenogeneic hepatocytes on metabolic disturbances in acute liver toxicity.Material and methods. Investigations were carried out on 75 adult male Wistar rats weighing 120–160 g, 15 rats and 25 mice on the 5–6th days after birth. Acute toxic hepatitis (ATH) was modeled by intramuscular injection of carbon tetrachloride at a dose of 3 ml / kg as a 50% solution in olive oil, five times at 24-hour intervals. Isolating xenogeneic (mouse) and allogeneic hepatocytes was performed by method of Berry M.N., Friend D.S. The cell suspension was prepared daily and administered at a concentration of 2 × 106 /kg in recipients with ATH intraperitoneally, five times at 24-hour intervals, simultaneously with the first injection of hepatotropic poison.Results. Intoxication by carbon tetrachloride causes development of the biochemical syndromes of liver damage, activation of the functional metabolic activity of peripheral blood neutrophils and free-radical oxidation, breaks intraerythrocytic metabolism. The introduction of allogeneic hepatocytes in recipients with toxic hepatopathy is more efficiently compared with xenogeneic hepatocytes, it corrects local and systemic metabolic disturbances arising due to the impact of hepatotropic poison. Conclusion. Transplantation of xenogenic hepatocytes, and, to a greater extent, of allogenic hepatocytes in ATH conditions is an effective means to restore the functional metabolic activity of hepatocytes, neutrophils and erythrocytes. Цель – изучение корригирующих эффектов аллогенных и ксеногенных гепатоцитов на метаболические нарушения в условиях острого токсического поражения печени.Материал и методы. Исследования проведены на 75 половозрелых крысах-самцах Вистар массой 120–160 г, 15 крысах и 25 мышах на 5–6-й день после рождения. Острое токсическое поражение печени (ОТПП) моделировали путем внутримышечного введения четыреххлористого углерода в дозе 3 мл/кг в виде 50% раствора в оливковом масле пятикратно с интервалом 24 ч. Выделение ксеногенных (мышиных) и аллогенных гепатоцитов от новорожденных животных производилось по методике M.N. Berry, D.S. Friend. Суспензию клеток готовили ежедневно и вводили в концентрации 2 × 106 /кг реципиентам с ОТПП внутрибрюшинно, пятикратно, через 24 ч, одновременно с первой инъекцией гепатотропного яда.Результаты. Интоксикация четыреххлористым углеродом вызывает развитие биохимических синдромов поражения печени, активацию функциональнометаболической активности нейтрофилов периферической крови и свободно-радикального окисления, нарушает внутриэритроцитарный метаболизм. Введение аллогенных гепатоцитов реципиентам с токсической гепатопатией более эффективно по сравнению с ксеногенными гепатоцитами, корригирует системные и локальные метаболические нарушения, возникающие вследствие воздействия гепатотропного яда.Заключение. Трансплантация ксеногенных гепатоцитов, в большей степени аллогенных, в условиях ОТПП является эффективным средством по восстановлению функционально-метаболической активности гепатоцитов, нейтрофилов и эритроцитов.
