Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta melalui penerapan strategi peer lessons dengan media ular tangga. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari guru, siswa dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis secara kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian adalah model spiral yang saling berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan strategi peer lessons dengan media ular tangga dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar akuntansi. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I, walaupun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan siklus II menyebabkan ketrampilan guru dan keaktifan siswa meningkat dengan kualifikasi sangat baik dan hasil belajar siswa mencapai kualifikasi sangat tinggi. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan strategi peer lessons dengan media ular tangga dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta. The improvement happened in first cycle, eventhough it is not optimal yet. The performing of second cycle made both of teacher’s skill and students’ activeness get very good qualification and students’ learning result reach very high qualification. The research concludes that the applying of peer lesson strategy with snake and ladder media can improve the activeness and students’ learning result in accountancy for grade XI IPS 2 student of SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta.     OODA Loop Strategy for MSME Sustainability During COVID-19 Pandemic

    The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has an impact on economic instability and has an impact on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). A survival strategy is needed for the survival of MSME businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyse the Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act (OODA) Loop on MSMEs in Banyumas Regency. This research used qualitative research with a case study approach. The population in this study were 31 respondents in the handicraft sector MSMEs in Banyumas Regency. The data collection techniques usedd the method of observation, interviews, and research questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the survival strategies carried out by MSMEs using the OODA Loop include: In the Observe stage, 31 MSMEs experienced a decrease in income for 4 months from early March to June 2020 with a decline rate of between 25% to 100%; The Orient stage shows that 80% of MSMEs explained that the decline in income was due to a decline in consumer purchasing power; The Decide stage shows several decisions made by MSMEs including continuing to produce by reducing quantity but quality, reducing employees, and creating additional business. Finally, the Act stage was conducting online promotion strategies, adding links, product innovation, following trends, and doing additional business. The results of the study recommend the use of the OODA Loop as a survival strategy for MSMEs so that it can be understood and adopted on an ongoing basis. Keywords: OODA Loop; Strategy; MSME; COVID-19

    Evaluation Of The Utilization Of Canva Application By Students In The Development Of Learning Media In The Economics Education Study Program

    The use of technology in the learning process is an effort to encourage renewal so that the learning process becomes more effective. Utilization of technology in learning can be used in learning media. One of the uses of learning media that uses digital technology is the use of the Canva application. This research is evaluation research using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model to evaluate the use of the Canva application by students in developing learning media in the Economics Education Study Program, FEB Unsoed. The population in this study is all undergraduate students of Economics Education who are taking the Learning Media course in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, as many as 46 people. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely a saturated sample technique where the entire population was sampled because the population totaled less than 100. Based on the results of the research and data analysis using quantitative descriptive statistical analysis, it shows that: 1) The quality of the context (context) in In this research, namely the quality of learning media made with the Canva application, is in a good category, (2) The quality of student input in accessing learning media made with the Canva application is in a good category, (3) The quality of the learning process (process) of course Learning Media using the Canva Application is in a good category, (4) The quality of the product (product) in this study is seen from the output results of student learning achievement in the Learning Media course, especially in the Subject Learning Outcomes (CPMK) sub-category, Learning media development is in the category of Very good.     The Role of Economic Educators in Implementing Financial Literacy for Household Actors

    This research sought to examine the role of economic educators in implementing financial literacy for household actors. The role can be carried out through the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, i.e., (1) education, (2) research, and (3) community service. The implementation through education is in the form of learning activities providing financial literacy learning materials, such as economic transactions, introduction to economic resources, and the concepts of spending, saving, and sharing, which is expected to provide insight into good and correct financial management. Being equipped with this, university students as household actors are expected to have good financial literacy knowledge and skills. The results of several studies show that there is an effect of economic literacy on financial management behavior. Thus, the urgency of financial literacy can be seen in that it can have an impact on a person’s behavior in managing his/her finances. For this reason, it is necessary to know the factors that influence financial literacy, so that efforts are required to increase these factors. Household actors are expected to know how to change or improve behavior in financial management so they can improve their welfare. The results of community service activities regarding financial literacy of household actors also show an increase in knowledge and skills in managing finances. Based on the research results, awareness of the importance of financial literacy knowledge is needed for households. For this reason, economic educators are expected to continue to educate household actors on financial literacy through the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in a sustainable manner. In addition, there is a need for collaboration with various parties such as the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Religion, and the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan; OJK) in order to encourage an increase in the financial literacy index to create a better standard of living for the people and encourage the country’s economic growth. Keywords: economic educators, financial literacy, household actors, Tri Dharma of Higher Educatio

    Utilisation of Android-based Learning Media in Motivating Economics Education Student Learning

    The purpose of this study was to determine the use of Android-based learning media in learning accounting practice, the learning motivation of odd semester students for the 2021 / 2022 academic year, and the effect of using Android-based learning media on learning motivation as shown by the achievement of learning outcomes in the accounting practice course for students of the Economic Education Study Program. Through this research, it is hoped that the average test score results will be known as a reflection of the effectiveness of Android-based learning media. This is based on the results of learning motivation which are considered less than optimal and many are still incomplete because teachers are used to using conventional media in learning. The selection of Android-based learning media as a way of teaching materials for presenting data because it has better features than just ordinary conventional media images. This research was conducted on 35 students of the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University. The results of this study present the average learning motivation as shown by the achievement of learning outcomes in classes using Android-based learning media of 88.65. In other classes, the average student learning outcomes in classes using conventional media images obtained an average result of 75.59. The conclusion from these results is that classes using Android-based learning media are more effective than classes using conventional image media. Keywords: Utilisation; Android-based Learning Media; Motivation; Economics Education

    Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah melakukan perbaikan dapur agar sesuai dengan Standar Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Tujuan lainnya adalah perbaikan kemasan produk Poklahsar Valentin dengan bahan karton dan paper metal guna menjamin keamanan produk. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang digunakan yaitu memberikan pendampingan pentingnya dapur yang terstandar GMP sehingga meningkatkan kesadaran anggota Poklahsar Valentin untuk terus meningkatkan higienitas proses produksi dan pendampingan pentingnya kualitas kemasan produk untuk meningkatkan branding produk.     PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN II MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF JIGSAW

    Salah satu keberhasilan proses belajar dapat dilihat melalui hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw pada mata kuliah Akuntansi Keuangan II. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik Mata Kuliah Akuntansi Keuangan II Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang berjumlah 49 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar Akuntansi Keuangan II melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan: (1) rata-rata kelas dari awal pra siklus (68,05), siklus I (75,16) dan siklus II (88,43), serta (2) ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa dari awal pra siklus (73,47% atau 36 orang), siklus I (81,63% atau 40 orang) dan siklus II (93,88% atau 46 orang)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kejenuhan belajar, konsep diri dan dukungan sosial orang tua terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman angkatan 2018-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 mahasiswa dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 107 mahasiswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik proportional stratified random sampling dan purposive sampling. Teknik untuk mengumpulkan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner terhadap subyek penelitian sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian dan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa 1) Kejenuhan belajar berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman; 2) Konsep diri berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman; 3) Dukungan sosial orang tua berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman; 4) Kejenuhan belajar, konsep diri dan dukungan sosial orang tua secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 46,691. Kesimpulannya bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara kejenuhan belajar, konsep diri dan dukungan sosial orang tua terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa. Keywords: Kejenuhan Belajar, Konsep Diri, Dukungan Sosial Orang Tua, Motivasi Berprestasi
