  This study aims to determine the influence of negative and significant Ethical Behaviors against Sales Performance PT. Adena Misbah. To know the positive and significant influence of Value Enhancing Behavior Performance to Sales Performance PT. Adena Misbah. To know the positive and significant influence of Ethical Responsibility and Trust to Sales Performance PT. Adena Misbah.The research variables are Ethica Behavior, Value Enhancing Behavior Performance, Ethical Responsibility and Trust and Sales Performance. The population in this study is all employees who do the sale of products of PT. Adena Misbah, the number of samples of this study were 73 respondents, using the Slovig Formula. Method of taking data using questioner. The analysis technique used is Structural Analysis Modeling (SEM).The results showed the multiple regression equation as follows: SP = 0.276EB + 0.291 VEBP + 0.344ERT There is a positive and significant influence Ethica Behaviore against Sales Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of Value Enhancing Behavior Performance on Sales Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of Ethical Responsibility and Trust on Sales Performance. Sales Performance is influenced by ethical behaviors, Value Enhancing Behavior Performanc and Ethical Responsibility and Trust of 33.1%, while the rest of 66.9% is influenced by other factors

Tingkat Kompetensi Petani Agribisnis Sayuran pada Lahan Sempit di Kota Banda Aceh dan Kabupaten Aceh Besar

The research objectives are to analyze the level of agribusiness competencies of smallholders with vegetable planting, the correlated factors with agribusiness competence of smallholders with vegetable planting, and the strategies of increasing agribusiness competence of smallholders with vegetable planting. The respondents are vegetable farmers who live in the sub-district Syiah Kuala of Banda Aceh and sub-district Darussalam of Aceh Besar. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. Data collection was conducted on the 77 respondents using survey, interviews and observations technique, starting in April 2015 The descriptive analysis and correlation test (Pearson correlation) were used to analyze the data.The results showed that the level of agribusines competencies of smallholders with vegetable planting in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar including moderate category. The moderate agribusiness competence is shown by the moderate level of knowledge, attitude, and skill. There is a very real correlation between: the characteristics of the socio-demographic (age, level of formal education, non-formal education, and experience), motivation to farm, interaction and communication of farmers with agribusiness competencies of smallholders with vegetable planting. The effective strategies that can improve the agribusiness competence of smallhoders are: improve training and field school for farmers, increase the interaction and communication of farmers with extension workers, and the development of farmers groups

ANALISIS YURIDIS PERAN PEMERINTAH ACEH DALAM PELATIHAN TENAGA KERJA

Manpower development contained in the 1945 Constitution Article 27 paragraph (2),    that every citizen has the right to work and a decent living for humanity. The Aceh Government implements Article 174 paragraph (5), and Article 175 paragraph (4) of Law Number 11 Year 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh, therefore issued Qanun Number 7 of 2014 concerning Manpower and the Regulation of the Governor of Aceh Number 112 of 2016 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties, Functions and Work Procedures of the Office of Manpower and Mobility of the Aceh Population. The method used in this study is a normative juridical research method that is qualitative in nature, namely research methods that refer to legal norms contained in legislation. In this study the use is referring to legal sources, namely research that refers to legal norms contained in legal instruments. Conclusion, provisions of Article 175 of Law No. 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh, that every worker has the same right to get decent work in Aceh. So the role of the Aceh Government in improving the direction of life of its people is very important in employment for the implementation of social justice in labor life

Intellectual Capital and Good Corporate Governance Structure on Financial Performance at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia

This research article was intended to determine the significance of the influence provided by factors on the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks, which include Intellectual Capital (IC) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The subjects involved in this research were Islamic banking in Indonesia which had published its 2019 financial reports. The samples in this research were determined by purposive sampling method, which was based on the criteria that had been determined in this research. Regarding to the sample selection process, there were only 13 companies that published 2019 financial statements. This research was successfully carried out by using Component Based SEM with PLS as a data processing and analysis tool. The results of this research inferred that there was a positive influence of Intellectual Capital and Good Corporate Governance Structure on the Financial Performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This research provided positive implications for Islamic banks that have seriously managed good Intellectual Capital by implementing a Good Corporate Governance structure that is simultaneously able to increase the company’s financial performance

Pendidikan Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan pada Anak Usia Dini di Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Ponorogo

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pendidikan al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan pada anak usia dini, serta hambatan-hambatan yang dialami guru dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Partisipan terdiri dari kepala, guru, dan siswa Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Kabupaten Ponorogo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyah di Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Kabupaten Ponorogo dilakukan melalui program pembiasaan, meliputi: 1) membaca iqra; 2) mengucapkan janji Bustanul Athfal; 3) menyanyikan lagu Aisyiyah dan Kemuhammadiyah; 4) mengerjakan shalat dhuha berjamaah; 5) berdzikir bersama; dan 6) menghafal surat-surat pendek, hadits dan doa sehari-hari. Adapun hambatan-hambatan guru dalam pembelajarannya, yaitu: 1) pengucapan anak masih pelan dan kurang jelas; 2) kurang fashih bacaan; 3) suka bercanda sendiri dan sulit dikendalikan; dan 4) masih suka mainan. Singkatnya, penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa program-program pembiasaan sangat penting dan menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan pendidikan al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan pada anak usia dini

Pengaruh Konsentrasi Inokulum Bakteri Zymomonas Mobilis dan Lama Fermentasi pada Produksi Etanol dari Sampah Sayur dan Buah Pasar Wonokromo Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi inokulum bakteri Zymomonas mobilis dan lama fermentasi terhadap produksi etanol yang optimum. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2012 sampai Mei 2013 di Laboratorium Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Penelitian ini menggunakan variasi perlakuan yaitu konsentrasi inokulum (0, 5, 10 dan 15%) dan lama fermentasi (0, 2, 4, 6, dan 8 hari). Masing-masing perlakuan diulangi sebanyak 2 kali, sehingga diperoleh 40 unit percobaan dan dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA. Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar etanol. PELATIHAN PEMANFAATAN MEDIA SOSIAL DAN BLOG SEBAGAI SARANA PUBLIKASI BUSTANUL ATHFAL KABUPATEN PONROOGO

Social media becomes one of the things that must be mastered and utilized well by institutions that want to publish their activities. Social media should also be used well and wisely. The methods used in this training are mentoring and peer tutors with material expectations that can be well received. The training is intended to provide insight into the proper use of social media so that it can provide benefits for the self. The participants of this training are the representatives of Bustanul Athfal (BA) teachers in Ponorogo District. There are 15 agencies involved in this training with the results of participants who have social media accounts of the institution and blogs that can be used as a publication medium
