KESALAHAN PENGGUNAAN EJAAN BAHASA INDONESIA PADA LEMBAR KERJA SISWA MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA KELAS X-XII TINGKAT MADRASAH ALIYAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan penulisan huruf, kesalahan penulisan kata, kesalahan penulisan tanda baca, dan kesalahan penulisan lambang bilangan pada Lembar Kerja Siswa Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas X-XII Tingkat Madrasah Aliyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Lembar Kerja Siswa Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas X-XII Tingkat Madrasah Aliyah. Data penelitian ini disajikan dalam bentuk tulisan berupa kesalahan penulisan huruf, kesalahan penulisan kata, kesalahan penulisan tanda baca, dan kesalahan penulisan lambang bilangan yang dianalisis sesuai dengan rumusan masalah pada objek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik baca dan catat secara repetitif dan komprehensif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya (1) Kesalahan penulisan huruf sebanyak dua puluh empat data; (2) Kesalahan penulisan kata sebanyak empat belas data; (3) Kesalahan penulisan tanda baca sebanyak dua belas data; dan (4) Kesalahan penulisan lambang bilangan sebanyak tiga data pada Lembar Kerja Siswa Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas X-XII Tingkat Madrasah Aliyah. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of effectiveness of career planning of employees in the Human Capital Service Division of PT Telkom Indonesia Graha Merah Putih, the high performance of office business services in the Human Capital Service Division of PT Telkom Indonesia Graha Merah Putih, the level of motivation for the work of employees in the Human Capital Service Division of PT Telkom Indonesia Graha Merah Putih, The influence of Career Planning on work motivation in the Human Capital Service Division of PT Telkom Indonesia Graha Merah Putih, Is the influence of Career Planning on the performance of office business services in the Human Capital Service Division of PT Telkom Indonesia Graha Merah Putih, and Is the influence of Planning. The method used in this study is a survey method and to answer the problem formulation in this study using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis techniques. The population in the study was 34 respondents from employees in the Human Capital Service Division. The techniques used in this study are simple regression and sobel tests. The results showed that career planning is in the category of enough, employee performance is in the category enough, and work motivation is in the category enough. Hypothesis test results show that career planning has a partially positive effect on employee performance through work motivation. The results of the correlation coefficient values state that the correlation in career planning to performance is in the low category, while in the employee performance variable through work motivation is in the high category. Thus employee performance can be improved by good career planning and through work motivation

This research on Manhaj Tafsir Fazlur Rahman aims to describe and describe the methods or approaches used by Fazlur Rahman in interpreting the Qur'an. This research was conducted through library research. The study is descriptive and analytical, that is, analytical in a historical and philosophical sense. Data concerning the methodological thinking of interpreting the Koran can be traced back to Rahman's writing (primary source). The research data is in the form of works by Fazlur Rahman in interpreting various Qur'an verses. Meanwhile, the data sources that will be explored in this paper are Rahman's interpretations, which are widely published in multiple books in Indonesia. The results of his research show that diversity in both the method (manhaj / tariqah), style (nau'), and approaches (alwan) used is something that cannot be avoided in a work of interpretation. Although interpretive works have appeared in modern times, their interpretation still follows classical and medieval patterns. Analisis Fungsi Narasi Model Vladimir Propp dalam Film Surat dari Praha

This study aims to determine the struggle of a young woman to hand over a mailbox and get the signature of an old man in Prague. The scene is visualized in the film Surat from Prague. Then this study also sought the meaning of the struggle contained in each scene in the film. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a narrative analysis method that uses the character of the Vladimir Propp performer's function. The focus of this research is to describe the description of 31 character functions, knowing the opposing opposition characters in the film. The data collection technique used by the writer is watching the original film Surat from Prague and conducting interviews with the film's writer, M. Irfan Ramli. Increasing the efficiency of the use of electrical energy can be done by controlling the use of lighting lamps in the PLC Laboratory of the Electrical Study Program automatically, i.e. if there is no activity, the lighting will turn off automatically as well as if there are activities the lights will turn on automatically so that the efficiency of the use of electrical energy can be increased. at the same time being a smart space when compared to manual control using the on/off switch. Vaksinasi Newcastle Disease pada Peternakan Ayam Buras di Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat

Tetelo or Newcastle disease (ND) is a strategic infectious viral disease that is endemic in Indonesia. Prevention of these diseases by vaccinating poultry as a source of infectious disease. One of the vaccines used for tetelo repeat vaccination is the active tetelo (ND) active vaccine. Active ND vaccine is a vaccine in the frozen dried form which each dose contains 108 EID50 viruses. Repeated vaccination is carried out to trigger secondary antibody responses in native chickens in order to achieve a protective antibody titer against tetelo. One of them is people's fights in Agam Regency, West Sumatera with a population of 184 village chicken. The purpose of the activity is to prevent ND disease (Newcastle disease) on community farms. Vaccination is done by making sometimes where chickens are vaccinated and making nets around the cage. Vaccination results have reached the target of 90% of the chicken population in these farmers. The impact of vaccination will be seen 2-3 days after the vaccination is carried out. The population immunity from chickens from breeders will increase. Pengujian variasi jumlah blade fiberglass kincir angin type horizontal untuk pemompa air garam

Faktor manajemen proses pembuatan garam perlu dipertimbangkan pemilihan lokasi dan musim sangat penting untuk mendukung upaya pengasinan air garam. Kincir angin yang dimiliki oleh petani masih menggunakan material kayu yang dibuat setiap tahun itu tidak efektif dilakukan dan bentuk kincir angin yang dibuat tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan tanpa mempertimbangkan kecepatan angin. Kontrol kecepatan pemompaan dipengaruhi oleh ukuran, berat dan variasi jumlah Blade serta ukuran kincir angin yang mempengaruhi produktivitas garam, untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi kincir angin pemompa air garam dengan mengubah material Blade pada kincir angin dengan menggunakan material komposit dan mengubah variasi jumlah Blade pada kincir angin dengan jumlah Blade 2,3,4 dan 6.Hasil pengujian menggunakan blower (fan) menunjukan bahwa pompa yang akan terangkat penuh hanya pada variasi jumlah Blade 3, 4 dan 6 dengan kecepatan 3,49 m/s. Sedangkan untuk hasil koefisien daya, semakin banyak jumlah Blade maka semakin besar efisiensi daya yang dihasilkan. Sehingga dari hasil simulasi dan uji lab maka penulis merekomendasikan variasi jumlah Blade 3,4 dan 6. Namun kenyataan pengujian di lab untuk variasi jumlah Blade 6 memerlukan kecepatan yang tinggi untuk awal memutarkan Blade, jadi Blade 4 yang paling direkomendasikan

Rearward visibility assessment and a proposed performance scoring for ASEAN NCAP

Asia has the highest number of registered motorcycles globally and the recent data has shown that motorcycles fatalities has been the major accident and death cases in ASEAN Region. One of the major concerns is the visibility of motorcycles to other vehicles on the road. Thus, in this project, ECE R46 and FMVSS regulations have been referred as the base guidelines to establish a novel test protocols for vehicles rearward visibility assessment. Sixteen cars have been benchmarked and analysed in term of their rear-view mirror (Class I) and external mirror (Class III) performance. Motorcycles visibility to the vehicles’ Class I and Class III mirrors also been assessed by converting the measured data into number of motorcycles based on its width. A proposed performance scoring system for ASEAN NCAP has been developed based on that to address the Motorcycle Safety pillar
