Software and system architectures play a crucial role in both computing and telecommunication systems, and they have been analysed for performance, reliability, maintainability, and security. Yet, little work on analysis based on the amount of energy that the CPU/processor will consume has been reported. Since most communication systems have to run 24/7 (e.g., most server farms, servers in a cloud computing infrastructure), the energy consumption of a system based on a specific software architecture is of great importance. For example, high energy consuming always leads to higher operational cost of the system. High energy consumption also implies more heat produced, thus, more power is required for cooling-down. As the number of computers is increasing day by day, so is the amount of electricity consumed by them which in turn is increasing the carbon content in atmosphere. In this publication we also include two Optimization method for data search, known as the trapdoor mapping table module and Ranked serial binary search algorithm to quick the search time. So by using Efficient data search over mobile cloud it Decreases search time by 34% to 47% and also network traffic by 17% to 41%

    The disaster of Mumbai, July 2005 a galvanised the concerned agencies into recognising the importance of the river, which in fact flows through the heart of Mumbai Suburbs. The authorities were willing now to recognise that the Mithi was a "river" and not a "nalla". The Mithi River Development and Protection Authority was established to initiate the study to identify the causes of pollution affecting the river and to suggest remedial measures. The authority conducted and environmental survey of the Mithi River to determine the pollution level of its water. I have tried to analyse the situation and have suggested guidelines for immediate actions as well as for long term measures. I have refrained from working out specific details of any proposals and it will be done as required by the concerned public agencies keeping in view of the guidelines suggested in this paper. Ours has not been a fault finding mission, but a serious exercise to understand as to which deficiencies need to be overcome, so as to be able to face calamitous situations as on 26th and 27th July,2005 in a better prepared way. We hope that our findings will help Mumbaikar?s to move in the right direction rapidly and with confidence

The software of the application is based on detecting and measuring the circles surrounding of that object. The objective of this application is the recognition of circular shapes in an image. This paper presents efficient implementation of Image Processing technique for measurement of dimension of the object used in Turbine system. The proposed work makes use of the Matlab software for the said work..At First an segmentation or edge detection technique is used for finding the edges in the input image, then the characteristic points of circles are determined, after this process the pattern of the circles is extracted, and then with the help of other extraction parameter of the diameter of object(WPP-44).     Measurement of Body Mass Index (BMI) using PIC 18F452 Microcontroller

    The aim of the project was to design a microcontroller based automated Body Mass Index (BMI)calculator with LCD display, which calculates the body mass index using the two basic parameters that are weight and height. The hardware of the project consists of a weighing mechanism i.e. weighing machine, which is used to calculate the body weight of a person, and a height sensing mechanism i.e. LDR, which is use to calculate the height of a person. The weight of the person is calculated in Kilograms and the height in meters in accordance of the BMI standard formula [3]. The microcontroller based automated Body Mass Index calculator is a useful device when it comes to controlling your weight and maintaining a healthy life style. The calculated weight of the person through weighing machine, converts the mechanical force into electrical signals that can be easily obtain after processing through microcontroller. While the height of the person is calculated by the LDR , when dark light falls on it the resistance value decreases and we get high voltage at output. All this data is manipulated through microcontroller and then the result is displayed on the LCD display and a message is sent through GSM module to the person about his BMI and the suggestions related to it.
