The Power of the Visual on Men and Women's Perspective towards Provocative Dressing

There have been several occasions where men involved in rape cases have told enforcers, the court, and even their victims that if it wasn’t for how the woman is dressed, the crime would’ve not happened. Likewise, there have been occasions where judges and enforcers themselves called the attention of women to dress appropriately in public to avoid sexual assaults, however, this led to criticisms and campaigns involving women instilling their rights and freedom to wear whatever they like and highlighting that it is men who should be taught to respect and behave well. This study determined if man’s behavior towards women gets affected by how they dress and if so, in what way their actions are affected by it. Through a survey and interview, the authors further found out the top reasons why women wear revealing clothes in public, and their belief towards men’s response to it. Results show that men’s behavior towards women really gets affected by how they dress, and it is affected in a way that men literally gets aroused when they see women wearing revealing clothes, moreover, it was found out that sexual objectification portrayed in films, advertisements, or anything published through media is a contributor to the objectification experienced by women in society. This study also shows that women strongly believe wearing provocative clothes can get the attention of men sexually and it is man’s nature; in fact, this is what they tend to do if they would like to seduce a man or to just get their attention. These findings led to a conclusion that when women present themselves in a provocative dress in public, they are more likely to be seducing or sexually attracting men than any other reasons. In addition, though most rape victims are dressed with revealing clothes when they were raped, there are still a number of rape victims who are not dressed provocatively when the crime was committed. It is therefore concluded that rape and other related crimes can’t be solved by just educating women how to dress appropriately, but it can minimize the number of incidents, thus give them lesser risk of becoming a victim. Recommendations include the passing of a decency law to regulate how people dress in public places and to stop the creation of films, advertisements, and other media platforms that portray sexual objectification

An attempt for Indoor rearing of tasar silkworm Antheraea mylitta Drury on Terminalia catappa in the natural atmospheric conditions of Mysuru

The non mulberry silkworm’s tasar, eri and muga are grown in hilly forest regions of north eastern part of India where climatic conditions are favourable and they feed on various wild food plants and many of them grown in plane lands for ornamental purpose. An attempt made to grow tasar silkworm Antheraea mylitta in the natural atmospheric conditions of Mysuru during the rainy season (June-September) by using the secondary food plant Terminalia catappa, resulted in the larval life span of 30 days on an average and the effective rate of rearing of 27%.  The results were proved that the survivability ratio and the quantity and quality of the cocoons produced were found to be affected that may due to the new environmental conditions and secondary food plant provide

In this case, guidance and counseling services are associated with analytical studies about “Lakon Marifat Dewa Ruci”. In the play, there are several fragments of stories that can be interpreted in the guidance and counseling services during the Covid-19 pandemic. In “Lakon Marifat Dewa Ruci”, there are several discourses (advice) that can make individuals more active in seeking knowledge, behaving commendably (well) in accordance with applicable rules and norms, and virtuous character. IMPORTANCES OF STANYAPAN-IN NEWBORN (Navjat Shishu)

Stanyapanmeans breastfeeding is nectar for newborn infants as well as for mothers. Breastmilk provides nourishment to infant that is essential for optimal nutrition, cognitive performance andneurological development and immunity. Human breast milk serves as a source of nutrition which isuncontaminated by environmental pathogen. Multiple immunological factors produced by themother’s immune system are transported to infant through breast milk and are associated with aprotective role against infection in children. It reduces the incidence of infantile diarrhoea, suddenInfant Death Syndrome (SIDS), allergic/hypersensitivity diseases, and development of Type 1(insulin dependent) and Type 2 (non-insulin dependent) diabetes mellitus relative to the use of infant formula. In Ayurveda, ‘Kasyapa’ defines pure breast milk as that which the baby thrives well andboth the mother and baby remain happy, healthy, and free from any ailment. SCREENING OF DIFFERENT PARTS OF ANNONA SQUAMOSA EXTRACT FOR ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY

Annona squamosa belongs to the family Annonaceae, commonly known as custard apple. A comparative antibacterial activity of methanolic leaf and seed cotyledon extracts of Annona squamosa were evaluated against three bacterial strains namely Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus using agar well diffusion method. Maximum inhibition was found with 40 mg/ml concentration of methanolic leaf and seed cotyledon extracts against all the tested organisms under investigation. The minimum inhibitory concentrations were determined by disk diffusion method. To find the compound responsible for antibacterial activity thin layer chromatography was done.The FTIR analysis was performed represented the presence of various functional groups. The phytochemical analysis was performed. The study suggests that the leaf and seed cotyledon extracts of Annona squamosa are promising the development of phytomedicine for antimicrobial properties

Sign and symptoms or clinical features). There are many ways of diagnosis in Ayurveda but one of them is Nidan panchak . Nidan panchak is the one of themost important method to diagnose disease, its causes and prognosis. Nidan panchak is consist of five sub typeswhich are Nidan (causes), Purvroop (symptoms), Roop(signs), Upshaya (examination methods) and Samprati(pathogensis). The diagnosis of disease in Ayurveda is done by Prakriti of the patient. Prakriti of the patient dependson the Dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) Diagnosis of disease depends on Tridoshas which are Vata, Pitta, Kapha. By theimbalance of these Tridoshas disease occurs in the body. These imbalances in the body Doshas is due to lifestyle, dietand eating habits of the people. Diagnosis is the important component for the treatment of disease.
