Réflexions critiques sur la conception d'un référentiel de compétences en éducation thérapeutique du patient

International audienceThe recent frame of references for professionals in therapeutic patient education in France is more than a list of what the practioners would have to respect; the heart of this referential of competencies is the comprehension of the professional activity in doing as required by the news standards in French public health frame of references. This article proposes to study the advances and the limits of this referential of competencies from the professional didactics point of view.La réflexion trouve son origine dans la conception récente d'un référentiel de compétences en éducation thérapeutique du patient. Après tous les autres secteurs, la santé publique se dote aujourd'hui de référentiels dans le but de professionnaliser ses acteurs et fait évoluer au passage la conception des référentiels : il ne s'agit plus seulement de lister des tâches et des exigences que les professionnels devraient respecter ; la compréhension de l'activité des professionnels en situation est maintenant au cœur de la réflexion. Les référentiels les plus récents marquent un point d'étape dans ce lent processus de rénovation de l'ingénierie de formation. Cet article analyse, du point de vue de la didactique professionnelle, les avancées et les limites du référentiel des praticiens de l'éducation thérapeutique du patient. Dilemmas of a ‘democratic peace’:World War One, the Zimmerwald Manifesto and the Russian Revolution

This article looks at the influence of the Zimmerwald Conference of 1915 on the peace policies of the Petrograd Soviet, the Socialist-Revolutionaries, the Mensheviks and the Bolsheviks after February 1917. It highlights the problems involved in simultaneously trying to defend a revolution, work for a just international peace, and maintain the front in a war which no longer makes any sense. It suggests that insisting on ‘peace without annexations and indemnities on the basis of self-determination of nations’ was not realistic given Russia’s war exhaustion and the war aims of the other belligerents. However, it also shows that no other peace aim had any political support within Russia
