Aggregated model of management system of commercial banks financial security is presented. Basic conceptual scheme of the bank’s financial security management is developed. The proposed modern modeling tools on the bases of multivariate, econometric, simulation methods and decision making methods make possible to do integrated complex analysis at all levels of the banking market. The results of research in particular assessment and analysis of the survival and spread of crises in the banking market, the research of the particular bank financial security level dynamics in terms of external and internal factors are the basis for the formation and selection of scenarios of financial security ensuring taking into account the features, opportunities and competitive advantages of each bank. The implementation of the proposed modeling tools of financial security makes possible to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial bank activity and its financial security level.В работе разработан комплекс экономико–математических моделей поддержки принятия решений по управлению финансовой безопасностью коммерческого банка. Changes of the body functions during long-term hypokinesia
Prolonged hypokinesis (100-170 days) studied in 2000 rats kept in cages limiting their mobility provoked considerable changes in the gaseous and energetic metabolism: an elevation of the total gaseous metabolism and of the rate of O2 requirement by the muscles (in the late periods of hypokinesis) and a change in the intensity of tissue respiration of the liver and myocardium. There also proved to be a reduction in the level of phosphorylation and separation of oxidative phosphorylation in the myocardium, liver, and partially in the skeletal muscle. Prolonged hypokinesia led to changes in tissue metabolism: a disturbance of development of the animals, a marked delay and an increase in the weight of the organism and the muscular system, and disturbances of the mineral and protein metabolism. Prolonged hypokinesis also lead to exhaustion of the hypothalamus-hypophysis-adrenal cortex system
Microscopic features of buccal epithelium in smokers students indo-dravidian race: by E. Hooton
We have studied the microscopic features of buccal epithelium in smoking students of Indo-Dravidian race. In the epithelial cells of the mucous cheek surface of smoking students we revealed the scored nuclei with tongue- and broken egg-type protrusions, micronuclei, cellular dimorphism, binuclear cells, as well as a significant decrease in nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio, as compared to the control, which may indicate the presence of local inflammation resulting from the toxic effects of smoking products on the oral mucos
Structure and electrical conductivity of cobalt-doped Bi 26Mo10O69
The existence boundaries, structures, and transport parameters of Bi 1 - x Co x [Bi12O14]Mo 5O20 ± δ and Bi[Bi12O 14]Mo5 - y Co y O20 ± δ solid solutions, which have a unique columnar structure, were studied. Electrical conductivity in these solid solutions was studied by impedance spectroscopy. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd
The Comparative Analysis of the Identification of Parasitic Fungi Races Affecting the Soil and Cultivated Vegetable and Cucurbits Crops in the Astrakhan Region
The habitat of plant pathogens does not remain constant and undergoes significant changes. Therefore, the reasons have to be revealed: the emergence of fungal infectious matter in the soil; the infection source and rate, which may have epiphytotic character under environmental factors of the disease development and consequently lead to the reduction in the yield of vegetable and cucurbits crops. As a result, it is necessary to conduct monitoring and objective diagnosis of the phytosanitary condition of the planting of vegetables and melons. In this case, the identification of parasitic fungi races of the Astrakhan region remains relevant and timely
Synthesis, structure, and conductivity of BINBVOX ceramics
The preparation and the structure and transport characteristics of Bi 4V2 - x Nb x O11 (BINBVOX) were studied. A comparative analysis of the synthesis of solid solutions was performed. The sintering of ceramics and the electrical conductivity as a function of temperature, composition and partial oxygen pressure were studied. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Volume of the quantum mechanical state space
The volume of the quantum mechanical state space over -dimensional real,
complex and quaternionic Hilbert-spaces with respect to the canonical Euclidean
measure is computed, and explicit formulas are presented for the expected value
of the determinant in the general setting too. The case when the state space is
endowed with a monotone metric or a pull-back metric is considered too, we give
formulas to compute the volume of the state space with respect to the given
Riemannian metric. We present the volume of the space of qubits with respect to
various monotone metrics. It turns out that the volume of the space of qubits
can be infinite too. We characterize those monotone metrics which generates
infinite volume.Comment: 17 page
Hyperphosphorylation of Tau Associates With Changes in Its Function Beyond Microtubule Stability
Tau is a neuronal microtubule associated protein whose main biological functions are to promote microtubule self-assembly by tubulin and to stabilize those already formed. Tau also plays an important role as an axonal microtubule protein. Tau is an amazing protein that plays a key role in cognitive processes, however, deposits of abnormal forms of tau are associated with several neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer disease (AD), the most prevalent, and Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), the most recently associated to abnormal tau. Tau post-translational modifications (PTMs) are responsible for its gain of toxic function. Alonso et al. (1996) were the first to show that the pathological tau isolated from AD brains has prion-like properties and can transfer its toxic function to the normal molecule. Furthermore, we reported that the pathological changes are associated with tau phosphorylation at Ser199 and 262 and Thr212 and 231. This pathological version of tau induces subcellular mislocalization in cultured cells and neurons, and translocates into the nucleus or accumulated in the perinuclear region of cells. We have generated a transgenic mouse model that expresses pathological human tau (PH-Tau) in neurons at two different concentrations (4% and 14% of the total endogenous tau). In this model, PH-Tau causes cognitive decline by at least two different mechanisms: one that involves the cytoskeleton with axonal disruption (at high concentration), and another in which the apparent neuronal morphology is not grossly affected, but the synaptic terminals are altered (at lower concentration). We will discuss the putative involvement of tau in proteostasis under these conditions. Understanding tau’s biological activity on and off the microtubules will help shed light to the mechanism of neurodegeneration and of normal neuronal function
Structure, thermal stability and electrical conductivity of BINBVOX
Materials based on BINBVOX compounds that are stable within wide concentration and temperature ranges have been synthesized. Refinement of the crystal structure of different BINBVOX modifications obtained at different temperatures and partial oxygen pressures has been carried out. The most promising solid solutions have been identified according to the linear dependence of the total electric conductivity on temperature and its independence on partial oxygen pressure. © 2013 Elsevier B.V
