The hermeneutics conceived by Abou El-Fadhl should be one of the methods of interpretation of Islamic texts. because the process is simple, holistic and requires his hermeneutics with some conditions of significance. somewhat similar to the requirements of Mufassir in the Qur'anic commentary though not as a whole. but in the context of the interpretation of the Qur'an by using the methodology of Hermeneutics which was initiated by Abou El-Fadhl, the author is not covered in its use but chose to withdraw methodological aspects of the interpretation of the Qur'an related to the commentators that did not exist in the Qur'an contemporary hermeneutics, to be more sharp and not falling into the error of determining the meaning of the text desired by the author

PENGELOLAAN PREMI KESEHATAN SANTRI BERDASARKAN PRINSIP GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PADA POSKESTREN MIFTAHUL ULUM BETET PAMEKASAN

This study aims to determine the management of santri health premium funds based on GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE principles at the MiftahulUlumBetetPamekasan Post. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data sources needed are secondary data and primary data. The data collection method uses interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of santri health premium funds has applied the principles of good financial governance, and has a positive value on the management of poskestren funds or premiums, which starts from the principles of transparency, accountability, responsiveness, independence, and fairnes. Poskestren conducts fund management, starting from the budget and income as well as policies to all boarding school residents and surrounding areas, and is also responsible for all activities that are determined.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dana premi kesehatan santri berdasarkan prinsip GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE pada Poskestren Miftahul Ulum Betet Pamekasan.  Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang diperlukan adalah data sekunder dan data primer.  Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana premi kesehatan santri telah menerapkan prinsip tatakelola keuangan yang baik, dan memiliki nilai yang positif terhadap pengelolaan dana atau premi poskestren, yaitu mulai dari adanya prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, responbilitas, independen, dan fairnes.   Poskestren melakukan pengelolaan dana mulai dari anggaran dan pendapatan serta kebijakan kepada seluruh warga pondok pesantren dan sekitarnya, dan juga bertanggungjawab atas segala kegiatan yang di tetapkan

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengujian pengaruh negara asal, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap minat beli produk mobil wuling cabang gresik. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan konsumen mobil wuling dengan jumlah 70 sampel. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel negara asal, kualitas produk dan citra merek dapat mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen

Background. The Office of Religious Affairs is the foremost agency of the Ministry of Religion in carrying out the duties of Islamic religious affairs in  district level.  As a community guidance and service institution, of course, the KUA plays a major role in the creation of a social order under its auspices, both in the field of religion or marriage.  So things that can show benefit or benefit must be pursued.Aim. (1) To describe the marriage procedure at KUA Jogoroto Jombang Subdistrict, and (2) Urituk to find out in depth the review of maslahah on additional requirements for marriage at KUA Tembelang District, Jombang.Methods. To answer these two questions, the approach used in writing this thesis  is descriptive qualitative, namely research methods that aim to accurately describe the characteristics of an individual, situation, symptom or particular group. This qualitative descriptive method researchers use to systematically describe how the procedures used by KUA Jogoroto sub-district in organizing marriages will then be analyzed with Islamic law.Results. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Karyawan Menggunakan Metode Weighted Product (WP) Pada BMT NU Cabang Suboh

Employees are one of the company's most valuable assets. Employees are very important human resources for the company.  To obtain employees who suit the office's needs, recruitment is carried out. KSPP Syariah BMT NU is a Sharia-based Savings and Loans Cooperative financial institution. The selection process for new employees is still carried out manually using an administrative system so it takes quite a long time to determine who will be accepted. This research uses the Weighted Product (WP) method with the aim of assisting in the employee recruitment process. In the employee recruitment process six criteria are used, namely Completeness of Application Files, Recent Education, Work Experience, Age, Ability Test and Interview Test. The results of this research determined that the highest score with first rank was Alternative 6 with a score of 0.1628.  The aim of this research is to make it easier and faster to select employees who best meet office needs.Karyawan merupakan salah satu aset perusahaan yang paling berharga. Pegawai menjadi SDM yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan.  Untuk memperoleh pegawai yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kantor maka dilakukan rekrutmen. KSPP Syariah BMT NU merupakan Lembaga keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan yang berbasis Syariah. Proses seleksi pegawai baru masih dilakukan secara manual dengan sistem administrasi sehingga memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk menenrukan siapa yang akan diterima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) bertujuan untuk bisa membantu dalam proses penerimaan karyawan. Dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan digunakan enam kriteria yaitu Kelengkapan Berkas Lamaran, Pendidikan Terakhir, Pengalaman Kerja, Usia, Tes Kemampuan (Skill) dan Tes Interview. Hasil penelitian ini memutuskan bahwa nilai tertinggi dengan peringkat pertama yaitu Alternatif 6 dengan perolehan nilai 0,1628.  Adapun tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan bisa memudahkan dan mempercepat saat memilih pegawai yang paling memenuhi kebutuhan kantor. 

Exploring the Interaction of Personality, Strategy, and Learning Environment in Achieving Success in Learning Arabic Grammar

This study explored the interplay of personality, learning strategies, and learning environments in achieving success in Arabic grammar learning. A narrative inquiry approach was employed, with participants purposively selected based on their outstanding achievements in Arabic grammar competitions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, and participants’ experiences were reconstructed and interpreted for analysis. The findings indicated that, in addition to effective instructional management and well-structured curriculum design, the integration of constructive personality traits, strategic learning approaches, and supportive learning environments significantly contributed to learners’ success in mastering Arabic grammar

Mail Server Merupakan Server Yang Melayani Layanan Pengiriman Dan Pengambilan E-Mail. Mail Server Merupakan Salah Satu Fungsi Server Yang Paling Banyak Digunakan Oleh Perusahaan Mupun Instansi. Hal Ini Mengingat Fungsi Email Sendiri Yang Bisa Mengurangi Biaya Surat-Menyurat, Lebih Efisien Dibandingkan Komunikasi Manual Dan Dapat Menyertakan Attachment Yang Berguna Sebagai Pelengkap Dan Dokumen Tambahan Terkait Dengan Isi Email. Mini Komputer Yang Digunakan Adalah Raspberry Pi Model B Dan Sebagai Tampilan Antar Muka Pengguna Mail Server Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak Citadel. Hasil Yang Didapatkan Adalah Mail Server Mampu Melayani Komunikasi Email Hingga Besar Data Keseluruhan 20 MB Dengan Nilai Transfer Rate Rata – Rata 505.7 Kbps. Dalam Satu Kali Pengiriman Email Menggunakan Mail Server Embedded System, Didapatkan Nilai Integritas Data 100% Untuk Setiap Parameter Pengujian. Mail Server Ini Nantinya Diharapkan Dapat Melayani Permintaan Dari Pengguna Atau User Yang Hanya Memerlukan Komunikasi Email Pada Jaringan Lokal Sehingga Tidak Perlu Mengakses Mail Server Master Yang Ad
