Una conversación con Alfons Martinell

Tercer viernes de agosto al mediodía, con una lluvia más otoñal que veraniega en la sede de la Fundació Interarts en Barcelona, donde espero a Alfons Martinell (está llegando en transporte público desde Banyoles, lugar donde reside, y el mal tiempo le obliga a ser impuntual) para llevar a cabo este diálogo. La excusa del encuentro es que acaba de jubilarse como profesor en la Universidad de Girona, circunstancia que para los responsables de Periférica constituye no sólo una buena noticia por haber llegado a puerto sin perecer en el intento y en perfectas condiciones de salud mental y física, sino también un indicador de normalidad en un sector, el de la cultura, que por ser reciente tiene todavía muy pocos pensionistas. Mientras le espero pienso también que Alfons cuenta con una larga trayectoria de precursor (muy joven fue maestro, padre de familia, abuelo...) y que su retiro en el fondo no es sino una precocidad más. Pienso también en un montón de momentos compartidos, lo que quizás convierte esta entrevista en un falso diálogo para el que probablemente yo no sea el mejor situado...   A conversation with Alfons Martinell   Abstract:Third Friday of August at noon, with a rain more autumnal than summery at the headquarters of the Interarts Foundation in Barcelona, ​​where I am waiting for Alfons Martinell (he is arriving in public bearing from Banyoles, where he resides, and bad weather forces him to be late) to carry out this dialogue. El lèxic del Libre de caça en el DCVB

The Libre de caça is a manuscript written in Catalan probably towards the end of the 15th century. This technical text compiles hunting, ornithological and medical information, as the falconers needed to have some special knowledge in order to care for the birds. From a linguistic point of view, this text provides a significant lexical corpus mainly related to the semantic field of falconry: types of birds, anatomy of the animals, botany, symptoms and remedies for some illnesses, etc. This article analyses a lexical sub-corpus from this Libre de caça which appears in the Catalan-Valencian-Balearic Dictionary, since for this work a comprehensive selection of this historic manual had been carried out, and we offer a proposal for a classification of the studied words into: hapax legomena, new denotations and newly documented entries.Aquest treball s’ha realitzat en el marc del projecte d’investigació Edición crítica digital de textos hagiográficos de la literatura catalana de los siglos XV y XVI (Ref.
