    The Life Style amongst Nomadic Tribes of Ivan Kalhor, Iran

    Abstract Cooperation is one of the main factors amongst nomadic tribes that caused of their unity and growth; also, it has been determined their life style. Furthermore, the goal of the current literature review was to explain the role of cooperation amongst people of tribes in Ivan Kalhor, Iran; also, illustrated the importance of this humanity factor in views of various famous scientists in the world that determined based on qualitative method. Lack of consideration to some factors such as cooperation in this kind of societies creates the different type of problems, and it can be harmful to nomadic tribes; additionally, it can decrease this population. In another word, the existence of cooperation as one of the principle human needs can advance and support activity and relation of people in tribes and conduct their activity in the correct way.     Managers' self-efficiency and its effect on Exhaustion at the public schools, Iran

    AbstractOne of the threaten behavior among managers is exhaustion. In fact, exhaustion assumed as a state of physical and emotional tiredness that appear in interaction with employees and students during working hours at school. The existence of this irregular feeling leads to low level of presentation at school and generates in adequate outcomes. Furthermore, recognizing and applying the optimistic factors such as self-efficiency can be valuable motivator in controlling and reducing the amount of abnormal reactions such as exhaustion among managers at schools. The purpose of current study is focused on association between managers’ self-efficiency and exhaustion at public schools in Tehran, Iran. The results demonstrated that self-efficiency predicts the amount of exhaustion among managers and there is negative association between exhaustion and self–efficiency at school. Besides, the present paper supports the impact of efficiency on the amount of exhaustion among schools managers and reduction this unsatisfactory phenomenon at schools.Keywords: Managers, Self-efficacy; Exhaustion, School

    Personality Factors and Job Satisfaction: Evaluating the Mediatory Role of Emotional Intelligence

    According to the importance of academic staff job satisfaction at university and evaluating effective factors on satisfaction, the present study is to clarify the relationship between personality factors and job satisfaction by the mediatory role of emotional intelligence. The study involved 440 academic staff selected by multi-stage sampling from public research universities in Klang Valley, Malaysia. This study applied a cross-sectional design. Big Five Inventory (BFI), Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT), and Job Descriptive Index (JDI) have been used to measured variables of the study. Additionally, the Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, and mediation analysis (Sobel test) are used for data analysis. The findings released a positive correlation between emotion perception, utilization of emotion, managing own emotions, managing others’ emotions, conscientiousness, agreeableness, and openness with job satisfaction. Conversely, there is a negative correlation between neuroticism and job satisfaction, whereas no correlation is observed between extraversion and job satisfaction. Personality factors likewise showed a significant relationship with almost all emotional intelligence factors except the utilization of emotion and neuroticism. The utilization of emotion and neuroticism predicted the level of job satisfaction, and only utilization of emotion significantly mediated the relationships between agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness with job satisfaction. In fact, the agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness academic staff have a better ability to apply emotion to obtain job satisfaction than other staff. In short, the study sheds new light in the context of psychology, particularly in the job satisfaction context among academic staff at universities

    Abstract The purpose of the present study is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and self-schema amongst employees at the workplace. The results of the study revealed that self-schema derived from feelings and attitudes of employees based on their satisfaction at the workplace; and, explained that employees' schemas are various, completely. This study likewise considered on job satisfaction as a main organizational factor that increases the amount of performance and presence of employees at the workplace. Also, it focused on self-schema that pivotal role in employees believes about themselves. Moreover, lack of attention to job satisfaction that influenced on employees' scheme appeared some abnormal organizational behaviors at workplace.
