New light-times curve of eclipsing binary AM Leo

We present 72 photoelectric and CCD times of minima of eclipsing binary AM Leo obtained mainly during 1996-2017 at Kourovka Astronomical Observatory of the Ural Federal University in Russia. We obtained new values of period of 50.5 years and eccentricity of 0.28 of the orbit of the eclipsing pair around the mass center of the system AM Leo with the third body. Comparative characteristics of biochemical composition of synovial fluid of knee and elbow human joints

The purpose of this study was comparative analysis of normal biochemical composition of synovial fluid of knee and elbow human joints. Studies were performed on synovial fluid samples of 33 cadavers of suddenly dead people of both sexes (26 men and. 7 women) at the age of 23 to 79 years, without articular pathology registered by expert. We didn't reveal reliable differences of albumen-globulin coefficient, but there were differences in contents of albumen fractions, products of oxide peroxidation of albumens. At the developement of pathological process cast of albumen in synovial fluid is possibly the compensatory reaction in providing of synovia viscosity, because albumen component provides this function on level with hyaluronic acid. Knee joint is an hinge joint, that is meant to bend only in one plane. Cell Structures in Heterologous Anti-Rabies Immunoglobulin Production

This paper reviews basic modern trends in obtainment of anti-rabies immunoglobulin with enhanced properties. One of these trends is associated with the substitution of organ-tissue antigen by cultural antigen at the stage of producer immunization. Analyzed are the results of research connected with the use of the cell-cultures grown Rabies virus in production of heterologous anti-rabies immunoglobulin. The study testifies of applicability of the transferred Vero cell culture as a substrate for rabies antigen preparation. In addition to this, specified are the advantages of the rabies cultural antigen usage over the organ-tissue one at the stage of hyper-immune serum production

The ideas of the students of the dental faculty about their future profession

The study was conducted in the 2016/2017 academic years by questioning of 1st, 3rd, 5th year students of the Dental faculty of FSBEI HE SUSMU MOH Russia Chelyabinsk. More often enrollees take a decision to enter Medical high school under the influence of their parents - 60,2%. Every second student after graduation from the university intends to leave for other regions of Russia or to other countries. At the same time, the number of students who considers the possibility to return to work in the regions (at the first year 23,2, at the fifth year 32,4 per 100 respondents) has increased. 75% of first-year students and 30% of graduates (t>2) find this profession prestigious. During the period of education, the number of disappointed or doubting in their chosen profession students is increasing: from 3,0% at the first year to 29,7% at the fifth. Among graduates 5,4% do not plan to work in health service.С целью изучения представлений студентов-стоматологов о будущей профессии среди обучающихся 1,3 и 5 курсов было проведено анкетирование на базе ФГБОУ ВО ЮУГМУ Минздрава России (г. Челябинск). Установлено, что 60,2% студентов сделали выбор профессии под влиянием родителей. Каждый второй после окончания университета намерен уехать в другие субъекты России или другие страны. Увеличилось число студентов, рассматривающих возможность поехать на работу в область (на первом курсе 23,2, на пятом 32,4 на 100 опрошенных). Престижной профессию считают 75% первокурсников и 30% выпускников (t>2). Студенты всех курсов отмечают потребность в увеличении практического компонента в учебном процессе: 24,6% первокурсников и 94,6% пятикурсников. За период обучения увеличивается количество студентов, разочаровавшихся или сомневающихся в выбранной профессии: от 3,0% на первом курсе до 29,7% на пятом.
