Di era globalisasi seperti pada saat ini, perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia telah berkembang dengan pesat ditambah semakin tingginya paham masyarakat Indonesia tentang pentingnya bermuamalah yang sesuai syariat Islam. Berdasarkan Fatwa DSN MUI No. 25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 poin empat bahwa dalam menentukan besarnya biaya jasa pinjam yang meliputi biaya penyimpanan dan pemeliharaan barang gadai tidak boleh berdasarkan pinjaman. Pada praktiknya penentuan biaya penyimpanan dan pemeliharaan barang gadai, Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Padangsidimpuan menentukannya berdasarkan besarnya jaminan yang diberikan kepada pihak Pegadaian. Pada pegadaian konvensional dan pegadaian syariah sebenarnya belum terjadi perbedaan yang sangat signifikan. Adapun pokok masalah dalam pembahasan ini adalah bagaimana mekanisme Penentuan jasa pinjam di Pegadaian Syariah Cab. Padangsidimpuan dan bagaimana analisis hukum Islam tantang Penentuan jasa pinjam di Pegadaian Syariah Cab. Padangsidimpuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme Penentuan jasa pinjam di Pegadaian Syariah Cab. Padangsidimpuan dan bagaimana analisis hukum Islam tentang mekanisme Penentuan jasa pinjam di Pegadaian SyariahCab. Padangsdimpuan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sifat penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yaitu analisa yang mewujudkan bukan dalam bentuk angka melainkan dalam bentuk data dan uraian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Penentuan jasa pinjam yaitu pemeliharan dan penyimpanan barang gadai sudah sesuai dengan hukum Islam, yaitu tidak berdasarkan pinjaman, dan meskipun ditentukan berdasarkan besar jaminan, pegadaian syariah mempunyai kebijakan diskon yang diterapkan pada saat menentukan biaya penyimpanan dan pemeliharaan barang gadai, sebagai cara untuk meminimalisir atau memperkecil resiko terdapatnya riba dalam praktik penentuan biaya penyimpanan dan pemeliharaan barang gada

EFEKTIVITAS MEDIA KULTUR YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP KUALITAS DAN KUANTITAS MAGGOT (Hermetia illucens) SEBAGAI PAKAN ALAMI

This study aims to determine the effect of using different culture media on the quality and quantity of maggot. This study used a completely randomized design consisting of four treatments and three replications. The culture media used consisted of; P0 (control) = 1000 gr of tofu pulp, P1 = 1000 gr of tofu pulp + 500 gr of bran, P2 = 1000 gr of tofu pulp + 500 gr of tofu pulp, P3 = 1000 gr of tofu pulp + 500 grams of chicken manure. The parameters observed were population, weight, body length and the results of the proximate maggot test. The results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that the use of different culture media had a significant effect on the quality and quantity of maggot. The best culture media to increase maggot growth was found in P3 with a population value of 23,000 ind, a weight of 0.74 gr, and a length of 15.8 mm. Based on the results of the proximate test, the best maggot quality was also found in P3 which contained a protein content of 32.48%

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran SQ4R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Reflect, Review) 2) hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw 3) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran SQ4R dan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw di kelas VIII MTs S Muallimin Univa Medan Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII Reguler yang terdiri dari 208 siswa dengan sampel 36 siswa pada kelas eksperimen I (VIII Kinestetik 1) dan 36 siswa pada kelas eksperimen II (VIII Kinestetik 2). Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Talk Write (TTW) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Kelarutan dan Hasil Kali Kelarutan (Ksp) di SMA Negeri 2 Madat Aceh Timur

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 2 Madat Aceh Timur tentang pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think talk write (TTW) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan (Ksp) di SMA Negeri 2 Madat Aceh Timur yang dilatarbelakangi oleh siswa yang kurang aktif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran hal ini mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa yang belum memenuhi KKM pencapaian rata-rata 40%. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TTW pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan (Ksp). Oleh sebab itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar serta respon siswa dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TTW pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan (Ksp) di SMA Negeri 2 Madat Aceh Timur. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Quasi Experimental Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil siswa kelas XI MIA1 (eksperimen) berjumlah 30 orang dan siswa kelas XI MIA2 (kontrol) berjumlah 30 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar tes tertulis yang terdiri dari pre-test, post-test dan angket yang berisi respon siswa. Teknik analisis data tes menggunakan uji t-test pada taraf α = 0,05, maka diperoleh hasil analisis data thitung > ttabel yaitu t1,78110 > t1,67155 , maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dengan siswa kelas kontrol. Sedangkan dari hasil respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write siswa sangat tertarik dengan persentase adalah 88,99%

Factors That Influence Employee Stress: A Study in a Banking Industry, Malaysia

Employee stress is one of the important issues that need to be addressed by every organization and researchers through their studies in order to understand their impact on employees and organization. Presently, employee stress is a challenge that many organizations struggle to overcome. The purpose of this study is to examine and gain a better understanding of the factors that influence employee stress in banking industry. This study attempts to uncover how financial problem, family demand and job demand influence employee stress. Data were collected through distribution of self-administered questionnaire to the employees selected by random sampling which involves a process of random selection of subjects from each bank located at Kawasan Institusi, Bandar Baru Bangi / Sungai Merab, Selangor. A total of 121 usable responses were used for the purpose of this study. Data were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 12. Based on the analysis, it was found that there is a relationship between the three independent variables namely financial problem (r=.525), family demand (r=.380) and job demand (r=.542) and employee stress. Information retrieval makes the retrieval of document or collection of data in the storage media more efficient, effective, relevant, faster and more reliable than before. Such indexing techniques may influence the effectiveness of retrieval itself. The extension component within the indexing structure may also influence the performance of the retrieval process. This research is concerns to develop a prototype for indexing algorithm considering tag weighting for the XML document and also to test the indexer with the existing document, hi order to perform efficient retrieval on documents, appropriate index structure or algorithm must be used which include the structural information. This research is used the inverted file method for the indexing techniques to develop the indexing algorithm of the FTMSK official letter. This research is all about Service Quality : A Study On Taxi Drivers At Koperasi Permodalan Melayu Negeri Johor Berhad (KPMNJ). Since the operation of 100 taxis fully started in February 2009, the outstanding of their monthly payment increasing gradually. Factors such as service quality have been identified in order to investigate whether there is a problem with the service quality of KPMNJ or the taxi driver have their own problems in settled the payment. The objective of this research is to identify the level of service quality provided by KPMNJ, to identify the factors that contributing to the service quality of KPMNJ, to identify the most factors contributing to the service quality of KPMNJ, to identify the correlation between all variable in this study and to provide suggestion/recommendation to KPMNJ to improve their service quality. The method in this research will use probability. This is because the nature of research is conclusive research. The techniques is simple random sampling because easy to implement and cost effective. Sample size of this research is 80 taxi drivers of KPMNJ. Survey method focused on personal interview is used in this research. This is because it is simple to administer, the data obtain are reliable because the response are limited to the alternative stated. The mean value for level of service quality, 3.8125 shows that most of the respondents are agree with the service quality provided by KPMNJ. There is significant and positive relationship between all the independent variables (tangible, assurance, reliability, empathy and responsiveness) and dependent variable (service quality). Aber können, sollen oder dürfen Schüler:innen im Rahmen des Deutschunterrichts auch Bücher und Geschichten schreiben oder spielen, gar in digitaler Form? Mit dem Spielen von Büchern und Geschichten ist hier gemeint, dass die Leser:innen Einfluss auf die Handlung nehmen. Abhängig vom gewählten Verzweigungspfad ist etwa auf einer bestimmten Seite des Buches weiterzulesen (siehe Beispiel-Ausschnitt oben). Je nachdem, welche Entscheidung die Rezipient:innen treffen, entwickelt sich die Geschichte unterschiedlich – ähnlich wie beim Spielen von Computerspielen mit verzweigten Erzählungen (sogenannten Branching Path Narratives oder Text Adventures). Allerdings fristet das erzählende bzw. literarische Schreiben im Vergleich zum Lesen, Analysieren und Interpretieren von (literarischen) Texten im Deutschunterricht meist ein Schattendasein (vgl.
