Análisis de la problemática y del impacto en el sector turístico de la oferta y contratación de alojamientos de particulares mediante plataformas colaborativas

El vertiginoso desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación ha dado lugar a la aparición de plataformas colaborativas para la distribución de servicios turísticos, entre otros el alojamiento en habitaciones de una vivienda de un particular o en una vivienda completa. Todo ello ha motivado y justificado la realización del presente trabajo, en el que comenzaremos analizando el impacto en el sector turístico de la oferta y contratación de alojamientos mediante plataformas colaborativas. Para ello, comenzaremos presentando el estado de la cuestión en materia de economías colaborativas, haciendo especial referencia al sector de los alojamientos. Dado que nuestro objeto de estudio es el alojamiento de particulares mediante plataformas colaborativas, hemos considerado necesario para centrarnos en esta investigación presentar cómo se encuentra estructurada la oferta de alojamientos turísticos en general, para seguidamente acotar el estudio a las viviendas con fines turísticos, analizando su oferta y su demanda y comparándola con la de otros tipos de alojamientos turísticos como los hoteles. Por último, se analiza el impacto socioeconómico en destino de las viviendas con fines turísticos. Con toda esta información recopilada, nos hallamos en situación de elaborar un análisis D.A.F.O que identifique las debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades de esta actividad económica, para a partir del mismo redactar unas conclusiones del estudio y fijar una serie de objetivos o retos encaminados a potenciar y mantener las fortalezas y oportunidades de este tipo de economía colaborativa, pero también intentar paliar o al menos reducir los efectos adversos de la misma, recogidos en el apartado de las debilidades y amenazas. Neural network approach to parton distributions fitting

We will show an application of neural networks to extract information on the structure of hadrons. A Monte Carlo over experimental data is performed to correctly reproduce data errors and correlations. A neural network is then trained on each Monte Carlo replica via a genetic algorithm. Results on the proton and deuteron structure functions, and on the nonsinglet parton distribution will be shown.Comment: 4 pages, 5 eps figures. Asymptotic symmetries and memories of gauge theories in FLRW spacetimes

In this paper, we investigate the asymptotic structure of gauge theories in decelerating and spatially flat Friedmann-Lema\^itre-Robertson-Walker universes. Firstly, we thoroughly explore the asymptotic symmetries of electrodynamics in this background, which reveals a major inconsistency already present in the flat case. Taking advantage of this treatment, we derive the associated memory effects, discussing their regime of validity and differences with respect to their flat counterparts. Next, we extend our analysis to non-Abelian Yang-Mills, coupling it dynamically and simultaneously to a Dirac spinor and a complex scalar field. Within this novel setting, we examine the possibility of constructing Poisson superbrackets based on the covariant phase space formalism.Comment: 32+9 pages, 2 figure

Deviations from NLO QCD evolution in inclusive HERA data

We search for deviations from next-to-leading order QCD evolution in HERA structure function data. We compare to data predictions for structure functions in the small x region, obtained by evolving backwards to low Q^2 the results of a parton fit performed in the large Q^2 region, where fixed-order perturbative QCD is certainly reliable. We find evidence for deviations which are qualitatively consistent with the behaviour predicted by small x perturbative resummation, and possibly also by nonlinear evolution effects, but incompatible with next-to-next-to leading order corrections.Comment: Final version (to be published in PLB), new plots in fig. 5 and new column in tab. 4 added, fig. 10 added, discussion on distances on pag. 8 added, typos correcte

Boundary Heisenberg algebras and their deformations

We investigate the deformations and rigidity of boundary Heisenberg-like algebras. In particular, we focus on the Heisenberg and Heisenberg circle plus mitt algebras which arise as symmetry algebras in three-dimensional gravity theories. As a result of the deformation procedure we find a large class of algebras. While some of these algebras are new, some of them have already been obtained as asymptotic and boundary symmetry algebras, supporting the idea that symmetry algebras associated to diverse boundary conditions and spacetime loci are algebraically interconnected through deformation of algebras. The deformation/contraction relationships between the new algebras are investigated. In addition, it is also shown that the deformation procedure reaches new algebras inaccessible to the Sugawara construction. As a byproduct of our analysis, we obtain that Heisenberg circle plus mitt and the asymptotic symmetry algebra Weyl-bms(3) are not connected via single deformation but in a more subtle way

Gestión Internacional de los Recursos Humanos. El caso de la expatriación-repatriación de directivos de las empresas energéticas del IBEX-35

La presente investigación pretende presentar el marco conceptual y el estado de la cuestión en lo que a expatriación/repatriación de directivos se refiere, para continuar analizando una serie de factores a considerar en este proceso de internacionalización de empresas y simultáneamente de recursos humanos de las mismas.Se presenta un estudio de casos, tomando como muestra las empresas energéticas del IBEX 35.El presente trabajo de investigación presenta, a partir de una revisión de la literatura existente, el marco conceptual y el estado de la cuestión de la problemática de los recursos humanos en las empresas globalizadas, haciendo especial referencia a la expatriación y repatriación de directivos. En base a ello y a una base de datos recogidos en el periodo 2010-2015, se identifican los principales factores a considerar en los procesos de expatriación-repatriación, y se lleva a cabo un estudio empírico a partir del análisis de casos, tomando como muestra las empresas del petróleo y la energía del IBEX 35. Finalmente, a partir de las conclusiones obtenidas con este estudio teóricoempírico, se formulan una serie de propuestas para que la movilidad internacional de los recursos humanos constituya una ventaja competitiva para las organizaciones y para el desarrollo de cada individuoUniversidad de Málaga. HERA data and DGLAP evolution: theory and phenomenology

We examine critically the evidence for deviations from next-to-leading order perturbative DGLAP evolution in HERA data. We briefly review the status of perturbative small-x resummation and of global determinations of parton distributions. We show that the geometric scaling properties of HERA data are consistent with DGLAP evolution, which is also strongly supported by the double asymptotic scaling properties of the data. However, backward--evolution of parton distributions into the low x, low Q^2 region does show evidence of deviations between the observed behaviour and the next-to-leading order predictions. These deviations cannot be explained by missing next-to-next-to-leading order perturbative terms, and are consistent with perturbative small-x resummation.Comment: Fig. 8 corrected. Published in NP

The University must be on the one hand an educator ( not only instructing) and on the other hand human (not only professional). The education for which one pleads implies the acquisition of Ethical values contributing the University activity to the human and sustainable development. What has been done in this line up to now?
