    The study is aimed to determine and analyze significant influence of the application of regional financial information system, internal control, and human resource competency simultaneously on financial performance of governmental working units in Sigi District; significant influence of the application of regional financial information system, partially on financial performance of governmental working units in Sigi District; significant influence of internal control, partially on financial performance of governmental working units in Sigi District; significant influence of human resource competency, partially on financial performance of governmental working units in Sigi District. The results of the study highlight that the application of regional financial information system, internal control, and human resource competency simultaneously have significant influence on financial performance of governmental working units in Sigi District; the application of regional financial information system significantly influence financial performance of governmental working units in Sigi District; internal control significantly influence financial performance of governmental working units in Sigi District; human resource competency significantly influence financial performance of governmental working units in Sigi District.

    This study aimed to determine the effectivity of lemongrass (Cymbopogon sp.) oil as a natural anesthetic on tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus). The method used in this study was an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) one direction with 3 treatments and each treatment consisted of 5 replications. All treatment groups (KI, KII, and KIII) were treated with lemongrass oil at the dose of 10, 20, and 30 ml/L water, respectively. Observations were carried out on the onset, sedation, and recovery.     Bukittinggi city with approximately 132 industry crackers Sanjai spend 300-500 kg ofcassava per day for each industry. Solid waste production process results Sanjai crackers thisone is skin cassava. Cassava’s peel produces 15-20% carbohydrate content of 68-85% of theweight of the bulb, so it has great potential to be converted into bioethanol.Carbohydrates in the tuber peel can be processed into ethanol by fermentation and for separatingethanol from it’s mixture used method of distillation. Distillation temperature and time used affects the quality and quantity of bioethanol produced. This study aims to determine the besttime and temperature distillation to produce bioethanol at the highest levels. Ethanol contentanalysis was conducted using the specific gravity using line arregression equation and Tablegravity of Indonesian Pharmacopoeia. The results showed that the highest levels of ethanoldistillate obtained in the distillation temperature of 71o C for 5 hours is 16.60% using regressionmethods and 14.1% according to Table Pharmacopoeia with yield ranging between 2.30%-5.80% and the efficiency of distillation 28, 94% -57.50%. Time and temperature distillationhave a real impact on the levels of ethanol produced atthe level of 5%

    The ability of teachers to implement curriculum 13 greatly influences the success of learning. The research aims to improve the ability of teachers to prepare an assessment of the K13 process through academic supervision. The research method in this study is School Action Research which consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at SDN 020 Langsat Hulu Kec. Sentajo Raya Kab. Kuantan Singingi. The research subjects were 10 teachers, consisting of 2 men and 8 women teachers. The results showed that academic supervision can improve teacher competency in compiling the assessment of the learning process with an average learning process in the first cycle of 79% which was included in the sufficient category, and experienced an increase in the second cycle to 84.5% with good categories. The conclusion is that the teacher's ability to conduct process assessments has increased with good categories

    Effect of Growth Temperature on ZnO Nanorod Properties and Dye Sensitized Solar Cell Performance

    Nanostructure of semiconductor materials zinc oxide (ZnO) is widely used in fabrication of solar cell devices. The performance of such devices is strongly depending on the nanostructures of the thin films used. In this paper reports the effect of growth temperature during synthesis of one-dimensional (1-D) anatase ZnO nanorod arrays through hydrothermal process facing their structure, morphology, and optical properties. The ZnO nanorod was first synthesized use the solution concentration and time fixed at 0.04M and 1 hour. The growth temperature were varied from 70, 80, 90 and 100 °C. The effect of growth temperature on the structural, morphology, and optical absorption of ZnO nanorod were studied by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and UV–vis spectroscopy. The regularity, diameters, heights, and surface densities of the ZnO nanorods were increased with the growth temperature.The optimum results of FESEM characterizations showed that the grown ZnO nanorods have diameters of 64.14 ± 8.3 nm, heights of 363.72 ± 34 nm and surface densities of 182 numbers/µm2 which was obtained at temperature of 90 ˚C. The optimum ZnO nanorod film was utilized as photo anode in dye sensitized solar cells. The DSSC yielded Jsc of 0.86 mA/cm2, Voc of 0.49 V, and FF of 38 %, resulting in PCE of 0.16 %.

    Graphene-Au Film Synthesized from GrO in Au-Aquaeus Solution as Counter Electrode For DSSC Application

    The study on the optical, electrical properties of multilayer graphene (MLG) obtained by thermal-reduction of graphene oxide (GrO) which was synthesized directly by mixing graphite oxide (GO) flake in 0.005, 0.01, 0.015, and 0.02 M of Au aqueous solution has been successfully performed. The resultant  GrO was subjected to an annealing temperature of 200°C, 400°C, 500°C for 1h to obtain MLG, and G-Au2x, G-Au4x, and G-Au5x (x=.0.005, 0.01, 0.015, and 0.02). The resultant samples were then characterized using FESEM, UV-VIS, four-point probe measurements to study its morphology, optical, and electrical properties. The transmission G-Au increase and its sheet resistant decrease as an increase of annealing temperature. Besides, the annealing treatment was then achieved of its microstructure which is expected may be used as a counter electrode in solar cell applications. The best DSSC devices with Quartz/FTO/ZnO Nanorods/Dye/G-Au50.01/Quartz structures have resulted in current-density, Voc, and solar cell performance of 0.1 mA/cm2, 0.42 V, and 0.01%, respectively

    Capability of Dynamic Governance Aspects of Thinking Across: Case Studies in Building and Environmental Planning in Strategic Areas

    The purpose of this study was to determine the capability of Dynamic Governance aspects of thinking across the Building and Environmental Planning in the Kutai Timur Regency Strategic Area (RTBL KSK). This research method uses qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection is done by: Interview, Observation, and Documentation. Activities in data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show aspects of thinking across the Building and Environmental Planning in the Regency Strategic Area (RTBL KSK) East Kutai show indicators that are still weak in terms of evaluation and adjustment. Adopted from the Building and Environmental Planning (RTBL) can not be separated from the concept called Urban Design (UD). Urban design is three dimensional, short term, with more emphasis on safety, aesthetics/character, and harmony with the environment. The evaluation indicators that need to be considered are land use mismatches and land-use intensity. Furthermore, the KSK RTBL is a strategic program action plan for handling the problems of settlement and infrastructure development in the field of Cipta Karya in priority areas in urban areas as an area that can contribute to minimum food security for consumption in East Kutai Regency and is directed to be developed to meet the needs of East Kutai Regency
