Analisis Pemetaan Kesukaan Konsumen terhadap Lempuk Dikalangan Mahasiswa Universitas Riau
Lempuk durian was a food processed durian fruit that has been popular among the urban community pekanbaru. The number of lempuk durianproducts circulating among the public and the market town of Pekanbaru create different characteristics of each others.This study was conducted to determine the position sensory attributes of the five types of lempuk durianproducts of consumer preferences. This research was done by using internal and external preference mapping. Samples of this study was five commercial products on the market in Pekanbaru. Sensory analysis was done using hedonic and descriptive test involving students of Riau University as a sample of respondents. Sensory attributes were color, elasticity, oily, rancidity, durian aroma, caramel aroma, durian flavor, sweetness and caramel flavor. The results of hedonic test were analysed using Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) and the result descriptive test were analysed using Principle Component Analysis (PCA). LEGISLASI HUKUM KELUARGA ISLAM DALAM PERATURAN DAERAH PROVINSI RIAU PERSPEKTIF MAQASHID AL-SYARI`AH
Di era otonomi daerah pengundangan (taqnin) hukum keluarga Islam menemukan diskursus baru dengan legislasi daerah. Namun keberadaan peraturan daerah terbatas ruang lingkupnya karena lingkup wewenang membentuk Perda pada dasarnya adalah urusan rumah tangga pemerintah daerah di bidang otonomi dan urusan rumah tangga di bidang tugas pembantuan. Untuk itu disertasi ini concern terhadap upoaya legislasi daerah dalam bentuk produk hukum daerah berupa perda dan peraturan gubernur dalam perspektif maqashid al-syari`ah memiliki norma yang berimplikasi pada hukum keluarga Islam di Propinsi Riau. Disertasi ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah peraturan perundangan, buku, jurnal dan hasil penelitian lainnya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses legislasi hukum keluarga Islam memiliki perspektif dan setting pemikiran yang luas dari berbagai disiplin ilmu hukum yang berkembang sesuai dengan sistem hukum yang ada di Indonesia. Pendekatan Maqashid al-syari`ah dalam legislasi daerah di Propinsi Riau menunjukkan bahwa positifisasi Hukum Islam dalam Peraturan Perundang-undangan sangat potensial dalam upaya positiviasi hukum keluarga Islam di Indonesi
The Effect of Liquidity, Liquid Assets, and Non-Performing Loans on Financial Performance with Cost Efficiency As A Moderation Variable Banking Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange
Objectives: This investigation aimed to ascertain the influence of Liquidity, Capital Adequacy, and Non-Performing Loans on Financial Performance while considering the moderating role of Cost Efficiency. Methodology: This study utilizes secondary data collected through purposive sampling. 100 samples were selected based on specific criteria over 5 time periods using the EViews testing tool. The data was analyzed using Panel Data Regression with Moderating Regression Analysis. Finding: Liquidity and capital adequacy positively impact financial performance, while non-performing loans have no significant effect. Cost efficiency strengthens the positive effects of liquidity and capital adequacy but not of non-performing loans.Conclusion: Enhancing financial performance is crucial for any organization, and liquidity and capital adequacy play a vital role in achieving this goal. These factors have been proven to have a favorable impact on the overall financial health of a company. Conversely, non-performing loans appear to have a negligible impact on financial performance. However, cost efficiency can further strengthen the positive effects of liquidity and capital adequacy, but it does not have the same impact on non-performing loans. Hence, focusing on maintaining high levels of liquidity and capital adequacy, along with improving cost efficiency, can greatly contribute to enhancing financial performance
Influence of Financial Performance and Fair Price of Share on Investment Decisions with Good Corporate Governance as Moderating Variables in Companies in The Indonesia Stock Exchange
Objectives: The goal of this research is to research and determine the influence of financial performance and fair share price on investment decisions with competent management for a Real Estate and Construction Property firm listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020.Methodology: This study adopts a descriptive methodology of quantitative, the collection of financial statements of 51 companies that have been registered with the IDX. The measurement model and hypothesis testing are carried out using Views 9 software.Finding: The results showed that Return on Equity, Current Ratio, and Debt Equity Ratio had no effect, but Total Asset Turnover and Price Book Ratio influenced investment decisions.Conclusion: Investment decisions are not influenced by financial performance (ROE, CR, and DER), but they are influenced by other financial performance (TATO, and PBV). While good corporate governance does not moderate (weaken) the impact of a company's financial performance on investment decisions, it does moderate (strengthen) the impact of fair price shares (PBVs)
Is Academic Procrastination Still a Problem among Junior High School? The Investigation of Academic Self-Efficacy and Parental Support as Predictor
This research is motivated by the still high incidence of academic procrastination among junior high school students. The purpose of this research is to examine whether academic self-efficacy and parental support contribute to students' academic procrastination. This research used a cross-sectional design, with a sample of 250 students selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The research instruments used included measurements of academic self-efficacy, parental support, and academic procrastination. Data were analyzed using multiple regression with the help of SPSS version 25.00. Research findings show that academic self-efficacy contributes negatively to academic procrastination (standardized beta = -.613, sig = .000), and parental support also shows a significant contribution (standardized beta = -.215, sig = .000). The implications of this research highlight the need to increase students' self-efficacy and parental support through a series of psychological interventions to reduce cases of academic procrastination among students.
Physical profile comparison between basketball and netball players in Malaysia based on performance and playing position
The aim of the research is to compare the physical profile between Malaysian women basketball players and netball players. The physical profile measures were height, body mass, and body fat. The subjects were divided into two groups based on their playing performance and positions. The playing performance consisted of elite/senior, junior, and reserve players. Meanwhile, the playing positions consisted of forward/attack, centre, and guard/defence. The percentage of body fat was determined by means of skinfold measurement at seven different locations. Results showed that there were significant differences in body fat percentage between basketball player and netball players (p < 0.01). The elite/senior basketball players were reported to have the lowest body fat percentage as compared to other basketball or netball players. While for the playing position, guard/defence position basketball players were reported to be the shortest and have the lowest body fat percentage as compared to other playing positions. In conclusion, Malaysian basketball players were found to have better physical or bodily advantaged in terms of playing contact sports as compared to the Malaysian netball players
Coaching leadership styles and athlete satisfactions among Malaysian University Basketball Team
Purposes of this study were to identify the leadership style of coaches, player satisfaction and relationship between leadership style of the coaches and player satisfaction. This study comprises of 101 basketball players in Malaysian Intervarsity Championship. This study
was conducted during the competition season. A descriptive study is used in carrying out this research. Two instruments, revised version Leadership Scale for Sport (RLSS) by Zhang, Jensen and Mann (1997) and Athlete Satisfaction Questionnaire (ASQ) by Chelladurai and Riemer (1997) were used to examined style of coaching behaviors whichuniversity football players preferred and their satisfaction in football team. The data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) The descriptive analysis of the data were analyzed using by means, frequencies, percentage, and standard deviations
for each item were found for males, females and each level of sport involvement. For the purpose of correlation, Pearson’s was used. Correlation was done with leadership style against athlete satisfaction. The level of significance was set at p < 0.05. Athletes were
more preferred training and instruction coaching behavior which the highest mean score (M = 3.01, SD = .82) and followed by positive feedback coaching behavior (M = 2.94, SD = .85), social consideration coaching behavior (M = 2.87, SD = .86), social support coaching behavior (M = 2.61, SD = .90), democratic coaching behavior (M = 2.37, SD =.92) and autocratic coaching behavior (M = 2.03, SD = .96). Team integration (M = 3.74, SD = .83) was the most important subscale influencing athlete satisfaction in universities basketball team. Analyzed of the mean scores showed that training and instruction (M = 3.65, SD =
.84) was the second highest mean scored for athlete satisfaction. The others factors were external agents (M = 2.84, SD = .92) factors most obvious of which are media and local community, the lowest rated satisfied for athlete satisfaction. The overall correlations were moderate and positive indicating a substantial relationship was democratic (r = .407, p <0.01), positive feedback (r = .442, p < 0.01), training and instruction (r = .456, p < 0.01), social consideration (r = .550, p < 0.01), social support (r = .428, p < 0.01) and autocratic (r = .413, p < .0.01)
