A partir de parâmetros teóricos a pesquisa foi realizada em duas instituições: A Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais de Carinhanha- Apae e uma instituição pública de ensino de Carinhanha, tendo por referencial a legislação atual fundada em princípios de cidadania, e com a formação de uma sociedade mais justa e igualitária. Methodology to identify and prioritise the sustainability aspects to be considered in the design of Brazilian healthcare buildings

The evidence of climate change has increased the necessity for actions to avoid severe consequences for future generations. Recognising the benefits of sustainable and energy-efficient buildings has led to the development of several methods to estimate and rate the performance of building. Healthcare buildings are functional and dynamic structures that support their occupants’ healing processes and comfort. They have a significant role in society and specific goals in merging their strategic planning requirements (cost reduction, regulatory compliance, social responsibility, and performance improvement) with Sustainable Development Goals. Therefore, this paper addresses critical issues regarding the sustainability of the Brazilian healthcare sector by analysing the suitability of the most common international healthcare building sustainability assessment methods to the specific social, economic, and environmental contexts of the Brazilian healthcare sector. The paper analyses the HBSAtool-PT, a sustainability assessment method developed for this type of building, and identifies the possibilities for adapting to the Brazilian context. As a result, this research proposes a framework to assess the sustainability of healthcare buildings in Brazil. In the framework’s definition, a survey was conducted to determine the opinion of building stakeholders regarding the importance of indicators. Deficiency in the learning process that leads to low proficiency in speaking ability in students of ninth grade evening shift at La Salle Institute in Diriamba city during the second semester of 2011

Our research is based on the deficiency in the teaching learning process in speaking ability, in students of ninth grade at Institute National La Salle. With this research we attempt to collect many of the important problems that affect the development of the speaking skill specially those factors wish have relevance to the teaching of English as a second language. We will discuss a wide range of real problems from classroom techniques to help practicing students and teachers in daily assessments. In other hand, you may be able to observe some questionnaires that we made in order to know what teacher and students opinions in this problem who have deficiency in the teaching learning process

Altoestima: o ideal educativo e a letra inscrita no quadro

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia.Essa pesquisa é fruto de minhas interrogações como psicóloga/psicanalista responsável pelo atendimento aos educadores, professores e técnicos, em uma Secretaria Municipal de Educação, da região central do país, considerados inaptos para exercerem suas funções, elevando progressivamente o índice de adoecimento e de afastamento dos trabalhadores. Tal situação apresentava-se como proveniente das tensões geradas na relação entre o professor e seus alunos, especialmente as estabelecidas na sala de aula. Uma passagem singular ocorrida durante um curso de capacitação deu materialidade ao tema, por expressar a manifestação do inconsciente na prática educacional. Ao aceitar o convite de uma palestrante para escrever algo impeditivo ao seu exercício pedagógico, uma professora vai ao quadro e escreve #alto-estima#. Esse ato falho, fio condutor das elaborações suscitadas nessa pesquisa, trouxe à tona a interferência dos enigmas da subjetividade na temática educativa. Servi-me dos conceitos de transferência, do ideal de eu, da formação de sintomas e da noção de compromisso com a dívida simbólica, conforme as formulações de Freud e Lacan, para discutir a função do professor e a posição do psicanalista na prática em extensão. Tomei por base os apontamentos e registros de entrevistas realizadas com os educadores encaminhados ao Setor Psicossocial, expressos nos pedidos de afastamento. As solicitações ocorriam a partir das demandas de terceiros, devidas a questões comportamentais, e com vistas às adequações (às readaptações), sem considerar a subjetividade e o contexto em que se originavam. Para empreender a leitura desse material, recorri a um dos dispositivos fundamentais da investigação psicanalítica: a atenção flutuante. Considerei como um recurso viável, para responder às demandas de intervenção solicitadas ao Setor Psicossocial, a circulação da palavra, uma proposição de Kupfer, para propiciar a implicação dos envolvidos nas questões que atravessam o processo educativo, a fim de possibilitar uma visão diferenciada acerca do adoecimento, presente na queixa dos trabalhadores.This research is the fruit of my questions as a psychologist / psychiatrist responsible for the care of educators, teachers and technicians in a City Department of Education, the central region, considered to be unfit to perform their functions, progressively raising the rate of illness and removal of workers. This situation was presented as coming from the tensions generated in the relationship between the teacher and his students, especially those set in the classroom. A singular passage occurred during a training course gave materiality to the subject, to express the manifestation of the unconscious in educational practice. By accepting the invitation of a speaker to write something impeding the exercise teaching, a teacher will write to the frame and "high esteem". This Freudian slip, thrust of this research raised elaborations, brought about the interference of the puzzles of subjectivity in educational theme. Serve me the concepts of transference, the ego ideal, the formation of symptoms and the notion of commitment to the symbolic debt, according to the formulations of Freud and Lacan, to discuss the teacher's role and position of the psychoanalyst in practice in extension. I took notes based on the records and interviews with teachers referred to the Service Psychosocial expressed in requests for removal. Requests occurred from the demands of others, due to behavioral issues, and with a view to adjustments (the retrofits), without considering the subjectivity and context in which they originated. To begin reading this material, using one of the key devices of psychoanalytic research: the floating attention. Considered as a viable resource to meet the demands of the sector Psychosocial intervention required, the circulation of the word, a proposition Kupfer, to facilitate the involvement of the issues involved in going through the educational process, in order to provide a different view about the disease, present in the abuse of workers

Enfoque de marketing na distribuição da revista PAB, como produto de informação

It analyses the distribution process of magazine Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira, PAB, conducted by the Technological Transfer Communication Service, SCT, and by 36 information units of Brazilian Agriculture & Livestock Research Enterprise, Embrapa, in the 1998 to 1999 period. It treats of products distribution in the Economy, on distribution as a marketing component in profit organizations and in the information units. It Identifies characteristics, forms and functions of distribution in the distinct contexts. It focuses the information units distribution according to Weingand's nine decision factors. It treats the distribution according the aspects of the physical access, time of access and use of technologies. Avaliação de produtos de informação jurídica do tribunal da cidadania : um enfoque da ciência da informação

Tese (doutorado)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade de Ciência da Informação, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciência da Informação, 2016.Trata do uso e usabilidade de produto de informação jurídica da Biblioteca Ministro Oscar Saraiva do Superior Tribunal de Justiça, STJ, disponível na Web, com enfoque da Ciência da Informação considerando que a utilização de técnicas e metodologias adequadas para avaliação de produtos de informação confere visibilidade à biblioteca no universo jurídico. Aplica a Metodologia para Avaliação de Produtos e Serviços de Informação desenvolvida pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia, IBICT, com enfoque no usuário, no estudo da Biblioteca Digital Jurídica, BDJur, que disponibiliza informação doutrinária e legislativa cujo conteúdo visa subsidiar a atividade judicante do Tribunal, compreendendo três procedimentos: a) avaliação qualitativa com base na abordagem do trinômio operacional do Sense-Making, de Brenda Dervin, com entrevistas estruturadas, analisando-se os resultados com a técnica dos Incidentes Críticos de John C. Flanagan, para obter a visão contextualizada das práticas informacionais do usuário assessor de ministro e as condições de uso da BDJur; b) avaliação quantitativa com questionário eletrônico, para conhecer o grau de satisfação dos assessores e a extensão do acesso e uso da BDJur; c) aplicação das heurísticas de Jakob Nielsen para avaliação da usabilidade da BDJur ou, interação homem-máquina. A análise qualitativa trouxe a lume a vivência, no contexto do STJ, da situação, lacuna e uso da informação no trabalho do assessor de análise e fundamentação dos temas jurídicos nos processos judiciais, com doutrina, legislação e jurisprudência, além de identificar incidentes críticos positivos e negativos relativos às três etapas do trinômio operacional. A análise quantitativa mostrou que há confiabilidade dos assessores na BDJur na busca e recuperação da informação jurídica, sendo utilizada em alguns casos, como fonte principal de informação para realização do trabalho. A análise de nove heurísticas como padrões de usabilidade apresentou resultado positivo para: clareza nas informações de navegação e conteúdo; linguagem objetiva; autonomia das ações realizadas no sistema; e, padronização e identidade visual. Foram obtidos menores índices para as heurísticas referentes a mensagens de erro e, navegação autoexplicativa. Ficou evidenciado que a busca de informação na BDJur pelo assessor de ministro, concorre para subsidiar a atividade judicante no Tribunal. A combinação das três abordagens da Metodologia forneceu maior consistência e integridade dos resultados, com enfoque no assessor de ministro como usuário da BDJur, sobre a relação entre a necessidade e busca de informação jurídica e a atividade judicante desempenhada nos gabinetes de ministro no trabalho do assessor, e sobre o impacto da informação jurídica na atividade judicante do STJ.The present work addresses the use and usability of legal information resources available online at the Ministro Oscar Saraiva Library at the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). The work focuses on the field of Information Science considering that the use of adequate techniques and methodologies for assessing information products gives visibility to the library within the judicial sector. The research makes use of the Methodology for the Assessment of Information Products and Services developed by the Brazilian Institute of Information Science and Technology (IBICT) and focuses on users of the Digital Legal Library (BDJur). The library provides doctrinal and legislative information to support the Court’s judicial activities. This work is developed based on three main procedures: a) a qualitative assessment based on the three operational elements of Brenda Dervin’s sensemaking process, using structured interviews and analyzing the results with John C. Flanagan’s Critical Incident Technique in order to obtain a contextualized perspective of informational practices undertaken by a justice’s assistant (user) and about the use conditions of BDJur; b) a quantitative assessment carried out by means of an electronic questionnaire to know the assistants’ level of satisfaction and the scope of access and use of BDJur; c) use of Jakob Nielsen’s heuristics to evaluate the usability of BDJur or man-machine interaction. The qualitative analysis within the STJ context brought to light the experience regarding the situation, gap and uses of information in the work of the assistant for analysis and justification of legal issues in judicial proceedings involving doctrine, legislation and jurisprudence. It also identifies critical incidents, both positive and negative, with regard to the three operational stages. The quantitative analysis showed that assistants trust the BDJur when searching and gathering legal information, being in some cases the main source of information for carrying out their work. The analysis of the nine heuristic as usability standards showed positive results for: clarity in the browsing information and content; objective language; autonomy of actions undertaken in the system; standardization and visual identity. Lower scores were seen for the heuristics relating to error messages and self-explanatory browsing. It is clearly shown that the information search carried out by the justice’s assistants at BDJur contributes and supports the judicial activity in the Court. The combination of the three methodological approaches - with a focus on the justice’s assistant as BDJur user - provided more consistency and integrity to the results regarding the relationship between the need and search for legal information and the judicial activity performed by assistants in the justice’s office and the impact of legal information in the STJ’s judicial activities

Orientações curriculares para as TIC no 1º CEB e competências digitais dos professores: um estudo exploratório

A presente dissertação é o culminar de um estudo que pretendeu compreender de que modo os professores do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, associados a um centro de formação de professores do distrito de Aveiro, estão a implementar as Orientações Curriculares para as TIC. Através de um survey qualitativo, de natureza descritiva e exploratória, e com recurso ao inquérito por questionário, identificaram-se práticas reportadas de utilização das tecnologias digitais em sala de aula e o nível autopercebido de competências digitais dos professores envolvidos no estudo. Pela análise destes dois parâmetros, caracterizou-se a forma como as Orientações Curriculares para as TIC estão a ser operacionalizadas por estes professores e identificaram-se as suas necessidades de formação em competências digitais. Os resultados sugerem que a operacionalização das Orientações Curriculares para as TIC se encontra numa fase incipiente, com os professores a promoverem a utilização esporádica das tecnologias digitais no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Esta situação é o reflexo do nível autopercebido de competência digital dos professores, que se enquadra no nível A1 – Recém-chegado do Quadro Europeu de Competência Digital dos Educadores. Os professores beneficiariam de desenvolvimento profissional contínuo que os tornasse mais proficientes na utilização de tecnologias digitais para a seleção e criação de conteúdos digitais, a promoção de aprendizagens ativas, a avaliação e capacitação dos seus alunos. Pretende-se, assim, contribuir para o desenvolvimento profissional ao longo da vida dos professores e para a inovação e qualidade do ensino com recurso às tecnologias digitais, preconizados pelas políticas educativas em vigor.This dissertation results from a study that aimed at understanding how primary teachers belonging to a teachers’ training centre located in the district of Aveiro are implementing curricular guidelines for ICT. By means of a survey of descriptive and exploratory nature, and using a questionnaire, this qualitative study led to the identification of self-reported practices of in-class digital technology usage by teachers and their self-perceived digital competence levels. The analysis of these two parameters allowed to depict the way teachers carry out the curricular guidelines for ICT and to identify their training needs as far as digital competences are concerned. Results suggest that curricular guidelines for ICT are at an early stage of implementation, with teachers promoting digital technology usage occasionally in the teaching and learning process. This reflects the teachers’ self-perceived competence level, which falls into level A1 – Newcomer of the Digital Competence Framework for Educators. Results suggest that teachers would benefit from training that could provide them with skills to use digital tools to select and create digital content proficiently, as well as to promote active learning, diversify assessment strategies and empower their students. This study contributes to support teachers’ lifelong professional development as well as the innovation and quality arising from the use of digital technologies, as advocated by current educational policies.Mestrado em Educação e Formaçã

Saúde e bem-estar na valorização da festa dos tabuleiros

Esta dissertação tem por objetivo responder a uma necessidade socialmente sentida: aumentar a qualidade de um evento marcante em Tomar. Como se poderá observar pela estruturação da dissertação, a perceção sobre o estado da questão permitiu perceber-se que a lacuna de segurança da Festa dos Tabuleiros poderá ser respondida através de um plano de saúde. Assim sendo, apresentamos esse plano, a sua aplicabilidade e a agregação de valor à cidade de Tomar, bem como as limitações no decorrer da investigação. O resultado final, como se poderá comprovar, corresponde aos objetivos traçados e revela que a metodologia utilizada se mostrou igualmente adequada

Space design quality and its importance to sustainable construction: the case of hospital buildings

The hospital project, more than any other, requires a number of concerns related with the satisfaction and well being of working teams, patient, administration and other officials. In this context it is possible to say that the healthcare spaces design are fundamental for the best work, functionality, results and to improve the best practices for a sustainable building. The volume and organization of these spaces are very important and can be decisive in environmental, economic and social development of the whole building. Therefore this study is focused in the space design quality and how its organization, flexibility and adaptability can be fundamental for the well being of people and for the best results in the sustainability of construction and will highlight how building sustainability assessment tools consider and evaluate these aspects.
