Inverse Spectral-Scattering Problem with Two Sets of Discrete Spectra for the Radial Schroedinger Equation
The Schroedinger equation on the half line is considered with a real-valued,
integrable potential having a finite first moment. It is shown that the
potential and the boundary conditions are uniquely determined by the data
containing the discrete eigenvalues for a boundary condition at the origin, the
continuous part of the spectral measure for that boundary condition, and a
subset of the discrete eigenvalues for a different boundary condition. This
result extends the celebrated two-spectrum uniqueness theorem of Borg and
Marchenko to the case where there is also a continuous spectru
ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ВІТЧИЗНЯНОГО КЕТОКОНАЗОЛУ ДЛЯ ДОПОЛОГОВОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ВАГІТНИХ ІЗ ГЕНІТАЛЬНИМ КАНДИДОЗОМ
The aim of the study – improvement of pregnancy perinatal consequences and decrease of quantity of obstetrical complications in the pregnants with vaginal discharges based on the ground of domestic ketoconazole (Livagyn-M, Ukraine) administration for prepartum care to the pregnants with genital candidosis and research of its influence on vaginal microbiome.
Materials and Methods The material of research was indicators of vaginal secret bacteriological research results of 32 pregnants with vaginal candidosis and 15 healthy women in 36–38 weeks of pregnancy. The methods of the research were clinical, biochemical, ultrasound examination, microbiological and medico-statistical methods.
Results and Discussion The high fungi Candida concentrations: 1×105 CFU/ml in 28.12 % pregnants, 1×106 CFU/ml – in 53.13 % pregnants, more than 1×107 CFU/ml – in 18.75 % of women were determined with important decrease of Lactobacillus spp. level – more than 1×106 CFU/ml in all patients. Clinical and bacteriological convalescence was in 93.75 % of pregnants after 10-days treatment. Trustworthy increase of Lactobacillus spp. concentration has discovered.
Conclusions. Domestic ketokonazole Livagyn-M has high clinical efficiency in preparturital care to the pregnants with genital candidosis and prophylaxis of intrauteral intranatal fetus infection.Цель исследования – улучшение перинатальных последствий беременности и уменьшение количества акушерских осложнений у беременных с болезнями влагалища на основе применения отечественного кетоконазола (ливагин-М, Украина) в дородовой подготовке беременных с генитальным кандидозом и изучение его влияния на влагалищный микробиом.
Материалы и методы. Материалом исследования были показатели результатов бактериологического исследования влагалищного секрета 32 беременных с генитальным кандидозом и 15 здоровых беременных в 36–38 недель беременности. Методы исследования: клинические, биохимические, УЗД, бактериологические и медико-статистические.
Результаты исследования и их обсуждение У беременных, больных вагинальным кандидозом, были выявлены высокие титры грибов рода Candida – 1×105 КУО/мл у 28,12 % беременных, 1×106 КУО/мл – у 53,13 % женщин, более 1×107 КУО/мл – у 18,75 % обследованных при резком уменьшении уровня лактобацилл – менее 1×106 КУО/мл у всех пациенток. После 10-дневного курса лечения у 93,75 % беременных наблюдалось клиническое и бактериологическое выздоровление. Отмечалось достоверное увеличение количества лактобацилл в концентрациях более 1×106 КУО/мл.
Выводы. Отечественный кетоконазол ливагин-М является высокоэффективным средством лечения генитального кандидоза у беременных женщин и профилактики внутриутробного интранатального инфицирования плода.Мета дослідження – поліпшення перинатальних наслідків вагітності та зменшення кількості акушерських ускладнень у вагітних із хворобами піхви на основі застосування вітчизняного кетоконазолу (лівагін-М, Україна) в допологовій підготовці вагітних із генітальним кандидозом та вивчення його впливу на піхвовий мікробіом.
Матеріали та методи. Матеріалом дослідження були показники результатів бактеріологічного дослідження піхвового секрету 32 вагітних із генітальним кандидозом та 15 здорових вагітних у 36–38 тижнів вагітності. Методи дослідження: клінічні, біохімічні, УЗД, бактеріологічні та медико-статистичні.
Результати дослідження та їх обговорення. У хворих на вагінальний кандидоз вагітних було виявлено високі титри грибів роду Candida – 1×105 КУО/мл у 28,12 % вагітних, 1×106 КУО/мл – у 53,13 % жінок, понад 1×107 КУО/мл – у 18,75 % обстежених при різкому зниженні рівня лактобацил – менше 1×106 КУО/мл у всіх пацієнток. Після 10-денного курсу лікування у 93,75 % вагітних спостерігали клінічне та бактеріологічне одужання. Відмічали достовірне збільшення кількості лактобацил у концентраціях понад 1×106 КУО/мл.
Висновки. Вітчизняний кетоконазол лівагін-М є високоефективним засобом лікування генітального кандидозу у вагітних жінок та профілактики внутрішньоутробного інтранатального інфікування плода
Explicit solutions to the Korteweg-de Vries equation on the half line
Certain explicit solutions to the Korteweg-de Vries equation in the first
quadrant of the -plane are presented. Such solutions involve algebraic
combinations of truly elementary functions, and their initial values correspond
to rational reflection coefficients in the associated Schr\"odinger equation.
In the reflectionless case such solutions reduce to pure -soliton solutions.

Clinical case of chemoresistant tuberculosis in the patient with tuberous sclerosis: difficulties of diagnosis, features of the course and treatment.
In the practical activities of a modern doctor, significant difficulties are noted in the diagnostics and proper management of patients with hereditary diseases due to the limited coverage of the population by genetic researches. For a long time, the patients with a variety of complaints are observed by doctors of various specialties, and the therapy often has little effect due to a lack of understanding of the true causes of pathological changes. The situation is complicated by case of a combined course of a hereditarily caused disease and some other disease of an infectious, non-infectious or tumor nature. The aim of the research was to study the characteristics of clinical manifestations, course of tuberculosis with resistance to anti-TB drugs in a patient with a rare hereditary disease from the group of phacomotoses - Bourneville-Pringle disease or tuberous sclerosis. This disease has a wide range of clinical manifestations, accompanied with the development of benign neoplasms in various organs and systems, damages to the skin, brain, organs of vision, lungs, kidneys, heart, as well as the musculoskeletal and endocrine system. It leads to development of various infectious and non-infectious pathologies in these organs. The article covers a 4-year period of observation of a young patient with late diagnosed tuberous sclerosis, suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculosis of urinary system, includes the initial diagnosis of a specific disease, the course, the dynamics against received treatment and the development of relapse with the formation of resistance to anti-TB drugs. The difficulties in the management of tuberculosis in this patient were in the detection of numerous neoplasms and changes in the internal organs, in particular in the kidneys and lungs, which characterized tuberous sclerosis, on the one hand this contributed to untimely diagnosis of tuberculosis, and on the other hand – worsening the course and the progression of a specific process, as well as an unfavourable prognosis for recovery
Inverse spectral problems for Sturm--Liouville operators with matrix-valued potentials
We give a complete description of the set of spectral data (eigenvalues and
specially introduced norming constants) for Sturm--Liouville operators on the
interval with matrix-valued potentials in the Sobolev space
and suggest an algorithm reconstructing the potential from the spectral data

Eigenvalue Distributions for a Class of Covariance Matrices with Applications to Bienenstock-Cooper-Munro Neurons Under Noisy Conditions
We analyze the effects of noise correlations in the input to, or among, BCM
neurons using the Wigner semicircular law to construct random,
positive-definite symmetric correlation matrices and compute their eigenvalue
distributions. In the finite dimensional case, we compare our analytic results
with numerical simulations and show the effects of correlations on the
lifetimes of synaptic strengths in various visual environments. These
correlations can be due either to correlations in the noise from the input LGN
neurons, or correlations in the variability of lateral connections in a network
of neurons. In particular, we find that for fixed dimensionality, a large noise
variance can give rise to long lifetimes of synaptic strengths. This may be of

New Constraints on the Origin of the Short-Term Cyclical Variability of the Wolf-Rayet Star WR 46
The Wolf-Rayet star WR 46 is known to exhibit a very complex variability
pattern on relatively short time scales of a few hours. Periodic but
intermittent radial velocity shifts of optical lines as well as multiple
photometric periods have been found in the past. Non-radial pulsations, rapid
rotational modulation or the presence of a putative low-mass companion have
been proposed to explain the short-term behaviour. In an effort to unveil its
true nature, we observed WR 46 with FUSE (Far Ultraviolet Spectroscopic
Explorer) over several short-term variability cycles. We found significant
variations on a time scale of ~8 hours in the far-ultraviolet (FUV) continuum,
in the blue edge of the absorption trough of the OVI {\lambda}{\lambda}1032,
1038 doublet P Cygni profile and in the SVI {\lambda}{\lambda}933, 944 P Cygni
absorption profile. We complemented these observations with X-ray and UV
light-curves and an X-ray spectrum from archival XMM-Newton (X-ray Multi-Mirror
Mission - Newton Space Telescope) data. The X-ray and UV light-curves show
variations on a time scale similar to the variability found in the FUV. We
discuss our results in the context of the different scenarios suggested to
explain the short-term variability of this object and reiterate that non-radial

Detailed analysis of shake structures in the KLL Auger spectrum of H2S
Shake processes of different origin are identified in the KLL Auger spectrum
of H2S with unprecedented detail. The KLL Auger spectrum is presented together
with the S 1s−1 photoelectron spectrum including the S 1s−1V−1nλ and S
1s−12p−1nλ shake-up satellites with V−1 and nλ indicating a hole in the
valence shell and an unoccupied molecular orbital, respectively. By using
different photon energies between 2476 and 4150 eV to record the KLL Auger
spectra two different shake-up processes responsible for the satellite lines
are identified. The first process is a shake-up during the Auger decay of the
S 1s−1 core hole and can be described by S 1s−1→2p−2V−1nλ. The second process
is the Auger decay of the shake-up satellite in the ionization process leading
to S 1s−1V−1nλ→2p−2V−1nλ transitions. By combining the results of
photoelectron and Auger spectra the involved V−1nλ levels are assigned
