    Los problemas de desconexión de grafos son problemas de optimización muy conocidos en la literatura y de los que existen múltiples variantes. Este TFM se centra en el estudio del problema de desconexión de grafos mediante el mínimo borrado de nodos con una restricción de capacidad de las componentes conexas obtenidas al borrar los nodos y del número de componentes conexas generadas. Los algoritmos de desconexión de grafos tienen un papel importante en el análisis y protección de comunicaciones o redes sociales frene ataques virales, así como en los problemas de aislamiento de poblaciones, como por ejemplo cuando se desea frenar la expansión de una enfermedad con una alta tasa de contagio.En este TFM se introducen nuevas formulaciones matemáticas del problema. Por un lado, se plantea una formulación como un modelo de optimización binivel y, por otro lado, se plantean tres formulaciones de un solo nivel, una basada en vecindad, otra en el cálculo de representantes y una tercera en un problema de flujo en redes multi-producto.     RESUMEN: La investigación trata sobre las consecuencias de la desigualdad que durante mucho tiempo se ha perpetuado entre hombres y mujeres, teniendo las mujeres una inferioridad con respecto al hombre, y dicho mecanismo de subordinación es constituido por una serie de ideas que, a pesar de su simplicidad, han sido fuertemente asumidas sobre las características y habilidades entre hombres y mujeres, creando así restricciones a las oportunidades de desarrollo para las mujeres. OBJETIVO: El estado es el responsable de brindar asistencia y asesoría a las mujeres en situación de violencia, por lo que dicha responsabilidad debe ser evaluada para constatar un efectivo funcionamiento en este tipo de situaciones, identificando programas implementados por las instituciones del estado como Ciudad Mujer e ISDEMU, paralelamente a ello, analizar los obstáculos que pueden enfrentar los Juzgados Especializados en brindar asistencia jurídica a las víctimas en San Miguel CONCLUSIONES: La violencia contra el sexo femenino ha estado presente por muchas décadas y desde tiempo remotos como resultado de las relaciones desiguales de poder, estando la mujer sometida frente a los hombres, colocando a este último como un ser privilegiado en diferentes ámbitos de la sociedad, gracias a estereotipos sociales que confinan a la mujer a tareas domésticas, como resultado claro de la cultura de jerarquización masculina, añadiendo además, la carencia de un respaldo jurídico que protegiera sus derechos cuando estos eran transgredidos. ABSTRACT: The research deals with the consequences of the inequality that has been perpetuated between men and women for a long time, with women having an inferiority level against men, and this subordination mechanism is constituted by a series of ideas that, despite its simplicity have been strongly assumed about the characteristics and abilities between men and women, thus creating restrictions on development opportunities for women. OBJECTIVE: The state is responsible for providing assistance and advice to women in situations of violence, so this responsibility must be evaluated to verify an effective operation in these types of situations, identifying programs implemented by state institutions such as Ciudad Mujer and ISDEMU, in parallel to this, analyze the obstacles that Specialized Courts may face in providing legal assistance to victims in San Miguel CONCLUSIONS: Violence against the female sex has been present for many decades and from ancient times as a result of unequal relationships of power, with women being subject to men, placing the latter as a privileged being in different areas of society, thanks to social stereotypes that confine women to domestic tasks, as a clear result of the culture of male hierarchy, in addition of the lack of legal backing to protects her rights when they were violated

    Abstract. Immunogenic cell death is a cell death modality that stimulates the immune system to combat cancer cells. IMMUNEPOTENT CRP (ICRP) is a mixture of substances of low molecular weight obtained from bovine spleens that exhibits in vitro cytotoxic activity on different tumor cell lines and modulates the immune response in vivo. The aim of the present study was to determine whether the cytotoxic effect of ICRP and its combination with oxaliplatin (OXP) on murine melanoma B16F10 cells was due to immunogenic cell death. The cytotoxic assay was performed using flow cytometry to detect Annexin V and propidium iodide staining, and calreticulin (CRT) exposure. Adenosine triphosphate, heat shock protein (HSP) 70, HSP90 and high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) release were identified using bioluminescence, western blot and ELISA assays, respectively. The present in vitro study demonstrated that treatments with ICRP or OXP induced cell death in a time-dependent manner, but treatment with the combination of ICRP + OXP increased the cytotoxic effect following 24 h of treatment. CRT exposure and release of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), HSP70, HSP90 and HMGB1 were induced by treatment with ICRP, and the combination of ICRP + OXP increased the exposure and release of damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), while OXP treatment only induced CRT exposure, ATP and HMGB1 release. The in vivo experiments demonstrated that administration of tumor-derived DAMP-rich cell lysates derived from B16F10 cells treated with ICRP and the combination of ICRP + OXP prevented melanoma growth; however, OXP treatment did not. These results suggested that IMMUNEPOTENT CRP may be used as an agent to increase the ability of antitumor drugs to induce immunogenic cell death and prevent the growth of melanoma

    The rs12617336 and rs17574 Dipeptidyl Peptidase-4 Polymorphisms Are Associated With Hypoalphalipoproteinemia and Dipeptidyl Peptidase-4 Serum Levels: A Case-Control Study of the Genetics of Atherosclerotic Disease (GEA) Cohort

    Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP4) can influence lipid homeostasis and atherosclerosis progression. We aimed to assess the association of DPP4 gene polymorphisms with hypoalphalipoproteinemia and DPP4 serum levels, in a cohort of Mexican individuals. Five DPP4 polymorphisms (rs12617336, rs12617656, rs1558957, and rs3788979, and rs17574) were genotyped in 748 participants with and 745 without hypoalphalipoproteinemia. The associations were evaluated using logistic regression analyses. Under inheritance models adjusted for confounding variables, the rs12617336 (OR = 0.22, Pheterozygote = 0.001) and rs17574 (OR = 0.78, Padditive = 0.022; OR = 0.73, Pdominant = 0.012; OR = 0.73, Pheterozygote = 0.017; OR = 0.72, Pcodominant1 = 0.014) minor alleles were associated with a low risk of hypoalphalipoproteinemia. After the correction for multiple comparisons, the associations were marginal except the association of the rs12617336 that remaining significant. Additionally, both DPP4 minor alleles were associated with protection for the presence of insulin resistance (IR) (OR = 0.17, Pheterozygote = 0.019 for rs12617336 and OR = 0.75, Padditive = 0.049 for rs17574). The rs12617336 minor allele was also associated with a low risk of hyperinsulinemia (OR = 0.11, Pheterozygote = 0.006). Differences in DPP4 levels were observed in individuals with rs17574 genotypes, the rs17574 GG genotype individuals had the lowest levels. Our data suggest that rs12617336 and rs17574 DPP4 minor alleles could be envisaged as protective genetic markers for hypoalphalipoproteinemia, IR, and hyperinsulinemia. The rs17574 GG genotype was associated with the lowest DPP4 levels

    The Work stress (WS) is one of the leading causes of deterioration of physical and psychological well-being within organizations. In this research the multivariate dependence of some signs and symptoms of work-related illness was analyzed and calculated. A cross-sectional and descriptive study of a base of logistic operations of fleet dedicated to the transportation of beer in the center of the state of Veracruz was carried out. The population studied was 230 operators. Only male operators, active within the company, were included and operators who at the time of the study were under medical and vacation disability were excluded. The multivariate Pearson correlation was used to validate the research questions and chi-square to calculate the dependence of variables. As a result, we obtained five variables taken from two in two that were dependent on each other. We conclude that there is a healthy relationship between the observed variables, which are listed in order of pathological impact and their physiological reexaminations in the organism.
