    Adapun tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini yaitu : ingin mendiskripsikan penanganan pembiayaan  murabahah bermasalah di BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Arjasa Jember Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan  deskriptif, karena  itu data yang diperlukan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Arjasa Jember dalam menagani pembiayaan bermasalah masih sederhana sehingga kurang efektif, faktor penyebab dari pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu hasil analiasa dalam pemberian pembiayaan yang kurang akurat, upaya penanganan yang dilakukan BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Arjasa Jember dalam menagani pembiayaan bermasalah dengan pendekatan kekeluargaan.     The emergence of Islamic banking is based on conventional banking activities that prioritize the interests of gaining profits that are prohibited by Islam and economic aspects which are based on transferring business risks to one party. This study aims to analyze the antecedents of consumer behavior at Islamic Bank in Indonesia. This research is qualitatif, using documentation as method of data collection. Analysis data using qualitatif method. The results found that consumer behavior is influenced by several factors, namely: environmental influences, individual differences and influences, and psychological. However, the process of consumer behavior that is built with the fundamentals of Islamic sharia will provide benefits for a better life in the world and life in the hereafter becomes the ultimate goal of life

    Identifikasi Pencemaran Limbah Di Sekitar TPA Antang Makassar Menggunakan Metode Geolistrik Resistivitas

    The data presented in this paper are related to the characterization of a subsurface layer of TPA Antang, Makassar, South Sulawesi. The method used in this study is geo-electrical resistivity Wenner configuration by taking the data 3 lines in each region with lengths 150 m. Data processing used non-linear least square optimization with that of the 2D inversion software Res2Dinv. The results showed that the area was underlain by two layers of lithologic sections. The first layer with a resistivity value of 11.5 - 33.64 Ωm with a thickness ranging from 2-6 meters below the surface (original ground surface), was the sediment resulting from stockpiling dominated by silty sand sediment to sand based on field observation information. The second layer with a resistivity value of 3.02 - 11.5 Ωm with a depth ranging from 2 - 6 meters from the surface. The determination of this layer is based on information on well data and responses which indicate that this layer is swampy sediment, dominant sand ranging from sand alone to silty sand. The very small value of recessivity indicates that this layer is not compact sediment so the pore space between the grains was saturated. This layer is identified as a shallow aquifer. Based on the resistivity value, the fluid that filled this layer was divided into two types of fluids, fluids with a low resistivity value of 3.02 - 5.71 Ωm, it is assumed that the influence of leachate which is electrolytic makes it easy to flow electric current, and fluid with a resistivity value of 5.71 - 11.5 Ωm is a fluid that has not been contaminated with leachate. Keywords: Antang Landfill, geoelectric, groundwater, resistivity, waste ABSTRAKData yang disajikan dalam makalah ini terkait dengan karakterisasi lapisan bawah permukaan TPA Antang, Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode geolistrik resistivitas konfigurasi Wenner dengan mengambil data 3 jalur masing-masing daerah dengan panjang 150 m. Pemrosesan data menggunakan optimasi kuadrat terkecil non-linier dengan perangkat lunak inversi 2D Res2Dinv. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daerah tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh dua lapisan bagian litologi. Lapisan pertama dengan nilai resistivitas 11,5 - 33,64 m dengan ketebalan berkisar antara 2-6 meter di bawah permukaan (original ground surface), merupakan sedimen hasil penimbunan yang didominasi oleh sedimen pasir berlumpur hingga pasir berdasarkan informasi observasi lapangan. Lapisan kedua dengan nilai resistivitas 3,02 – 11,5 m dengan kedalaman berkisar antara 2 – 6 meter dari permukaan. Penentuan lapisan ini berdasarkan informasi data sumur dan respon yang menunjukkan bahwa lapisan ini merupakan sedimen berawa, dominan pasir mulai dari pasir saja sampai pasir berlumpur (silty sand). Nilai resesivitas yang sangat kecil menunjukkan lapisan ini merupakan sedimen yang tidak kompak sehingga ruang pori antar butir jenuh oleh air. Lapisan ini diidentifikasi sebagai akuifer dangkal. Berdasarkan nilai resistivitasnya, fluida yang mengisi lapisan ini terbagi menjadi dua jenis fluida yaitu fluida dengan nilai resistivitas rendah 3,02 – 5,71 m, diduga pengaruh lindi yang bersifat elektrolitik memudahkan aliran arus listrik dan fluida dengan nilai resistivitas 5,71 – 11,5 m merupakan fluida yang belum tercemar lindi. Kata kunci: TPA Antang, geolistrik, air tanah, resistivity, limba

    FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF PHYTOSOME LOTION FROM NOTHOPANAX SCUTELLARIUM LEAF EXTRACT FOR HAIR GROWTH

    Objective: The purpose of this study was to formulate a phytosome lotion from Mangkokan leaf using green solvent extraction. Methods: Ionic liquid, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, combined with microwave-assisted extraction, was used to obtain flavonoid compounds. Mangkokan leaf extract was formulated into a phytosome with three different ratios of phospholipon (1:0.5), (1:1), and (1:2). Three phytosome formulas were analyzed to identify the best formula. The analysis included morphology, particle size, and zeta potential, entrapment efficiency, and spectrum analysis using an FTIR spectrophotometer. The formula which chosen was formulated into three lotion formulas with different concentration (20%; 25%; 30%) then, evaluated for physical stability, and hair growth activity test included hair length, weight, and diameter. Minoxidil and non-phytosome lotion were used as comparison. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA. Results: The FTIR of phytosome was confirmed a complex formation of extract and phospholipon. The phytosome morphology was displayed irregular spherical vesicles. Phytosome with the ratio of phospholipon (1:0.5) was formulated into lotion because has a smaller particle size (289 nm), and higher entrapment efficiency (99.76%±0.24) than others. Phytosome lotions displayed higher activity than 2% minoxidil (p = 0.0001). Phytosome lotion (30%) thus showed the highest efficacy for hair length, weight and diameter. Conclusion: Mangkokan leaf that extracted using 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate solvent combined with microwave-assisted extraction then formulated into phytosome lotion has higher activity than 2% minoxidil. Lotion that contains 30% mangkokan leaf phytosome was showed the highest efficacy

    PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES AND NUTRITION OF MORINGA OLEIFERA LAM. LEAF EXTRACT: A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON PREPARATION PHYTOSOMES AS HERBAL SUPPLEMENT FOR CHILDREN

    Objective: The study aimed to evaluate the physicochemical properties and nutrition of Moringa leaf extract. In addition, the preliminary study for the preparation of Moringa leaf extract-loaded phytosomes for a supplement. Methods: Extraction of Moringa leaf made using microwave-assisted extraction, followed by evaluation of proximate analysis (water, total ash, acid-insoluble of ash contents, and residual n-hexane), phytochemical screening, and nutrition such as crude protein, amino acids, and minerals (iron, zinc, and calcium). The phytosomes were prepared by the anti-solvent precipitation method and assessed for the morphology, particle size, zeta potential, polydispersity index (PDI), entrapment efficiency (EE), and Fourier-transform infrared spectra. Results: The nutrition contents of crude protein, iron, zinc, and calcium were 19.61±0.07%, 3.47±0.00 mg/100g, 5.46±0.05 mg/100g, and 747.40±4.89 mg/100g, respectively. The amino acids with the highest concentrations were glutamic acid, phenylalanine, aspartic acid, alanine, and arginine in the extract. The best preparation using sonication 10 min by morphology was a spherical included particle size, PDI, zeta potential, and EE of arginine was 87.16±1.73 nm, 0.22±0.04, −23.07±0.76 mV, and 108.94±0.52%, respectively. Conclusion: These preliminary results provide evidence of the nutritional benefit of Moringa leaf extract-loaded phytosomes as a promising supplement to prevent stunting in children

    ULTRASONIC-ASSISTED EXTRACTION USING A BETAINE-BASED NATURAL DEEP EUTECTIC SOLVENT FOR RESVERATROL EXTRACTION FROM MELINJO (GNETUM GNEMON) SEEDS

    Objective: Melinjo (Gnetum gnemon L.) seeds are known to contain resveratrol, which are classified as a phenolic compound of the stilbenoid. Melinjoseeds have high water content, making them unstable to be stored for prolonged periods with open packaging at room temperature. The present studyaimed to explore the use of ultrasonic-assisted extraction with a betaine-based natural deep eutectic solvent (NADES) for resveratrol extraction fromirradiated melinjo seeds.Methods: The best betaine-based NADES component was identified among betaine-urea, betaine-lactic acid, and betaine-malic acid. Optimization ofextraction methods was performed using the best NADES and extraction variables such as time of extraction, water percentage, and sample: solventratio. The outcome of extraction was evaluated by measuring resveratrol content using high-performance liquid chromatography and the results wereanalyzed using response surface methodology.Results: The best betaine-based NADES was found to be betaine-lactic acid, yielding a resveratrol content of 0.3344 mg/g powder. The optimumextraction was achieved in 10 min with 60% water and a sample: solvent ratio of 1:10, yielding a resveratrol content of 0.227 mg/g powder.Conclusion: Betaine-based NADES can be purposed as an alternative solvent for resveratrol extraction from irradiated melinjo seeds
