    The development and the rate of domestic interest is influenced by many factors such as; inflation, the bank conditing and monetary authority. The development and the rate of interest is one of the important things for monetary indicator. In the other side, the development of interest have to reflect some foundamental factors. In Indonesia, the rate of interest have influenced some kinds of choice in saving and depositing. In Aceh province, the growth of deposit budget has increased in the last five years. But, it is different with PDRB. Based on the constans price in 2005, it is around Rp. 36.287,92 million, while in 2010, it is only around Rp. 33.070 million. The result of this research, based on the secondary data, PDRB, and the rate of interest for 12 months, it will have the significant influence toward depositing to the environment conventional bank in Aceh province

    The influence of one hour stimulation in children aged 12-24 monthsIntroduction: Early stimulation plays an important role to reach optimal growth and development in children, especially cognitive, affective, and psychomotor developments. Stimulation has to be done continuously because this is important to maintain the connection between brain cells (synapse). Lack of stimulation can influence loss of brain cells functions. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of one hour stimulation on the development of children aged 12-24 months.Methods: An experimental analytic study with cohort prospective was conducted on children aged 12-24 months in Gubeng district, Surabaya, from September 2008-February 2009. Seventy healthy children were randomly divided into two groups, stimulation group and control group. Denver II was used to evaluate children's developmental status, conducted before and after stimulation. Data analysis using McNemar and Chi Square test.Result: There were improvement on development in both groups, from 85.7% become to 94.3% in the stimulation group and 68.6% to 77.1% in the control group. There was a significant influence on children development, only 10% children did not have any development delay anymore in the stimulation group, but in the control group still 30% (p=0.042). After 3 months, there was an improvement of development in the stimulation group from suspect to normal in 80%, and 63.6% in the control group, but notsignificant (p=0.375 vs p=0.549).Conclusion: Early stimulation improves the development of children aged 12-24 months

    AbstractDye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is another type of solar cell that utilise the use of a Dye as to absorp more sun rays on solar cells and to direct solar irradiance in it as to circulate electron process like in a conventional diode. The components used to build a DSSC can be divided into 4 parts from making the substrate in this case the TiO2 as the anode and Carbon as the cathode, soaking it in Dye which act as absorption mechanism, adding of electrolyte and finally assembling them as a unit of solar cell. The process of solar absorption works as the photons from the sun molecular works similarly as in photosynthesis of green leaves. This paper proposed the use of Syzigium Oleina fruit as dye. Syzigium Oleina is a genus of flowering plants that belongs to the myrtle family, Myrtaceae. The genus comprises about 1100 species, and has a native range that extends from Africa and Madagascar through southern Asia east through the Pacific. The usage of Syzigium Oleina as Dye compared to blueberries shows higher solar irradiance absorption and can be used as alternative of other types of organic berries

    Communities Vulnerability Mapping of Spermonde Coral Islands

    The purpose of this research is to map the vulnerability of communities in seven islands of Spermonde. Vulnerability assessment was conducted in July 2013 using an environmental and socio-economical stand point. Identification of the vulnerability issues were grouped into indicators (climate, island morphological, marine resources and socio-economical changes), with each given a scale of 1-5.and attributes in the form of a semi-structured questioner. To check for the type and severity of a disaster, 62 respondents were asked to rank the disaster on a scale of 1-4. Results indicate that the majority of respondents find that change in climate, island morphology, marine resources and socio-economical conditions hardly affect them. The disaster that they fear the most is the danger of losing their source of income. In terms of vulnerability index,  Bone Tambu and Lumu-Lumu islands are under very high vulnerability for Island and Socio-economic change. In terms of Climate and Marine Resource change, there are no significant differences among the islands. The trends show that these two categories fall under medium to high, with marine resource dynamic change always being higher than the climate change index, except in Kapoposang Island. Overall,  there are no differences between each zonation in vulnerability indexes

    Potential of Wind Speed for Wind Power Generation In Perlis, Northern Malaysia

     This paper presents an analysis of the wind speed characteristics in Perlis, Northern Malaysia for the year of 2006. The characteristics consist of daily, monthly and annual mean wind speed. The Weibull distribution function is applied to analyze the wind speed characteristics and used to calculate the wind power generation potential. Potential of wind power generation is observed and analyzed during 24 hours (9th March 2011). The analysis result of monthly mean wind power and energy density show that the early (January to march) and the end (December) of year have a high wind power and energy potential, but the middle of year they are very low, it is necessary to develop  a special wind power generation capable of harnessing the little wind resource available in Perlis. Observation during 24 hours (9th March 2011), for a 24 V wind power generation gives 10% of its total output voltage

    AbstractEasy T-Shirt Folding Machine is an automatic motor controlled t-shirt folding machine powered by a photovoltaic system. The aim of this project is to fold t-shirts merely by pressing a button. The folding machine is fully automatic where one has to place the t-shirt on the folding tray and press the button. It will then fold the t-shirt by itself. This system uses four DC motors to control the motion of the folding part. Usually, a person uses conventional method to fold the clothes which by hand folding. Many problems usually faced by working women who is unable to manage time for house hold chores The purpose of this project is to introduce an easy and fully automatic t-shirt folding machine. In this propose system, a DC motor are attached to the folding motion and rotates according to a program which uses microcontroller. The microcontroller controls the overall motion of the folding. The overall system is powered by a photovoltaic system. Result shows that by using this system, the time for folding clothes by human can be cut down in half compared to conventional method
