Hot methane line lists for exoplanet and brown dwarf atmospheres
We present comprehensive experimental line lists of methane (CH4) at high
temperatures obtained by recording Fourier transform infrared emission spectra.
Calibrated line lists are presented for the temperatures 300 - 1400 degC at
twelve 100 degC intervals spanning the 960 - 5000 cm-1 (2.0 - 10.4 microns)
region of the infrared. This range encompasses the dyad, pentad and octad
regions, i.e., all fundamental vibrational modes along with a number of
combination, overtone and hot bands. Using our CH4 spectra, we have estimated
empirical lower state energies (Elow in cm-1) and our values have been
incorporated into the line lists along with line positions (cm-1) and
calibrated line intensities (S' in cm molecule-1). We expect our hot CH4 line
lists to find direct application in the modeling of planetary atmospheres and
brown dwarfs.Comment: Supplementary material is provided via the Astrophysical Journal

Analisa Perbandingan Logic Fuzzy Metode Tsukamoto, Sugeno, Dan Mamdani (Studi Kasus : Prediksi Jumlah Pendaftar Mahasiswa Baru Fakultas Sains Dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung)

Similarity hash based scoring of portable executable files for efficient malware detection in IoT
YesThe current rise in malicious attacks shows that existing security systems are bypassed by malicious files. Similarity hashing has been adopted for sample triaging in malware analysis and detection. File similarity is used to cluster malware into families such that their common signature can be designed. This paper explores four hash types currently used in malware analysis for portable executable (PE) files. Although each hashing technique produces interesting results, when applied independently, they have high false detection rates. This paper investigates into a central issue of how different hashing techniques can be combined to provide a quantitative malware score and to achieve better detection rates. We design and develop a novel approach for malware scoring based on the hashes results. The proposed approach is evaluated through a number of experiments. Evaluation clearly demonstrates a significant improvement (> 90%) in true detection rates of malware
C-Band All-Sky Survey: A First Look at the Galaxy
We present an analysis of the diffuse emission at 5 GHz in the first quadrant
of the Galactic plane using two months of preliminary intensity data taken with
the C-Band All Sky Survey (C-BASS) northern instrument at the Owens Valley
Radio Observatory, California. Combining C-BASS maps with ancillary data to
make temperature-temperature plots we find synchrotron spectral indices of
between 0.408 GHz and 5 GHz and between 1.420 GHz and 5 GHz for ,
. Through the subtraction of a radio recombination
line (RRL) free-free template we determine the synchrotron spectral index in
the Galactic plane () to be between
0.408 GHz and 5 GHz, with a contribution of per cent from free-free
emission at 5\,GHz. These results are consistent with previous low frequency
measurements in the Galactic plane. By including C-BASS data in spectral fits
we demonstrate the presence of anomalous microwave emission (AME) associated
with the HII complexes W43, W44 and W47 near 30 GHz, at 4.4 sigma, 3.1 sigma
and 2.5 sigma respectively. The CORNISH VLA 5 GHz source catalogue rules out
the possibility that the excess emission detected around 30\;GHz may be due to
ultra-compact HII regions. Diffuse AME was also identified at a 4 sigma level
within , between 5
GHz and 22.8 GHz.Comment: 16 pages, 9 figures, submitted to MNRAS, referee's corrections made,

Effect of Screw Diameter in Femoral Fracture Fixation Modeled by Finite Element Method
Research in the field of biomechanics related to orthopedic implants is rapidly growing in the world, especially for fixation of fractured bone. Fixation is a surgery to locate and attach a plate pressed by screws at the fractured bone. Most of the fracture bones sited in femur. This research focuses on modeling and simulation of plate and screw made of SS316L material for the fixation of the fractured femur using finite element method (FEM). SS316L is a material with good biocompatibility, cheap, and ductile enough. Modeling and simulation done using ANSYS 15.0 software. Simulation results are stress, strain, and total deformation. It is obtained that optimum diameter of screw is 4.5 mm with respect to minimum value of von Mises stress and deformation
Tafsir Konstitusional Pelanggaran Pemilukada Yang Bersifat Sistematis, Terstruktur Dan Masif
The Constitutional Court has created a legal breakthrough in handling the local head election dispute, in order to uphold the democracy and break away from habitual practice of systematic, structured, and massive (STM) violations. The Court does not simply calculate the results of vote count but also have to seek the justice and prosecute results counting rate that were disputed. As the juridical normative research, the research uses a statutory, case, historical approach and the sociology of law. The research shows that throughout 2008-2011 Court has granted the dispute for as many as thirty-two cases. Of that amount of cases, those with the STM violations are as many as 21 (twenty one) cases. Whereas the nature of TSM were divided into two kinds namely cumulative and alternative which both may cancel local head election results. There are three types of local head election violations, first, violation in the process that does not affect the results of the election. Second, the breach in the process that affect the election results, thirdly, violation of the terms of conditions to be a candidate which are principal in nature and can be measured. The systematic, structured and massive violation of the local head general election is violations committed by the structural apparatus, both government officials and election organizers, collectively; not an individual action, well-planned (by design) and the impact of such offencesis extensive rather than sporadic
