    Sering terjadinya pemadaman listrik di wilayah banjarmasin yang dapat merugikan masyarakat dalam hal Kenyamanan. Mahalnya alat-alat pembangkit listrik emergensi di pasaran yang masih tidak terjangkau oleh masyarakat biasa seperti: Genset, inverter + charger, dan alat-alat lainnya. Sebenarnya banyak sekali peralatan murah yang ada di rumah yang bisa di manfaatkan secara maksimal seperti “UPS” yang mana bila di manfaatkan dengan baik akan sangat berguna sebagai salah satu pengganti genset. Sebuah UPS dapat memberikan listrik ke beban kritis saat sedang dalam pasokan alternatif seperti halnya standby generator sedang beroperasi. UPS mungkin hanya perlu memback up beban kritis untuk waktu yang singkat, kurang lebih 10 sampai 30 menit tergantung jumlah beban.     This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic banking-intellectual capital (ib-vaic) covered; capital employed, human capital, and structural capital, toward maqashid shariah performance in Islamic Banking in Indonesia. This study used all (44 banks) Islamic banking that listing in Bank Indonesia (Central Bank of Indonesia) and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (Financial Services Authority). Data analysis used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) with multiple regression method. The results reveal that Islamic banking-human capital have positive influence on maqashid shariah performance. However, Islamic banking-capital employed and structural capital do not have influence on maqashid shariah performance

Mereka akan merasa senang dan bangga jika kampus dilengkapi dengan perangkat yang dapat memudahkan mereka untuk mengetahui suasana lingungan kampus, paling tidak lokasi-lokasi di dalam kampus. Makalah ini berbicara tentang proses analisis, usulan sistem dan perancangan arsitektur sistem perangkat lunak aplikasi mobile layanan informasi lokasi secara otomatis. Notifikasi akan dikirm oleh perangkat bluetooth eksternal ketika pengguna tiba di suatu tempat di dalam suatu kampus.     Error estimation of bilinear Galerkin finite element method for 2D thermal problems

    This study demonstrates a two-dimensional steady state heat conduction Laplace partial differential equation solution using the bilinear Galerkin finite element method. Heat transfer analysis is of vital importance in many engineering applications and devising computationally inexpensive numerical methods while maintaining accuracy is one of the primary concerns. The method uses structured mesh grid over a two-dimensional rectangular domain and solved using a stiffness matrix for the bilinear elements, calculated using the proposed modified numerical scheme. Several numerical experiments are conducted by controlling the number of nodes and changing element sizes of the presented scheme, and comparison made between analytical solution and software generated solution

    Prediction of moment of inertia of rotating nuclei

    In this study, the mathematical expression formulated by Bohr for the moment of inertia of even-even nuclei based on the hydrodynamical model is modified. The modification pertains to the kinetic energy of the surface oscillations, including the second and third terms of the R-expansion as well as the first term, which had already been modified by Bohr. Therefore, this work can be considered a continuation and support of Bohr's hydrodynamic model. The procedure yields a Bohr formula to be multiplied by a factor that depends on the deformation parameter. Bohr's (modified) formula is examined by applying it on axially symmetric even-even nuclei with atomic masses ranging between 150 and 190 as well as on some triaxial symmetry nuclei. In this paper, the modification of Bohr's formula is discussed, including information about the stability of this modification and the second and third terms of the R-expansion in Bohr's formula. The results of the calculation are compared with the experimental data and Bohr's results recorded earlier. The results obtained are in good agreement with experimental data, with a ratio of approximately 0.7, and are better than those of the unmodified ones

    Precision measurements of A1N in the deep inelastic regime

    We have performed precision measurements of the double-spin virtual-photon asymmetry A1A1 on the neutron in the deep inelastic scattering regime, using an open-geometry, large-acceptance spectrometer and a longitudinally and transversely polarized 3He target. Our data cover a wide kinematic range 0.277≤x≤0.5480.277≤x≤0.548 at an average Q2Q2 value of 3.078 (GeV/c)2, doubling the available high-precision neutron data in this x range. We have combined our results with world data on proton targets to make a leading-order extraction of the ratio of polarized-to-unpolarized parton distribution functions for up quarks and for down quarks in the same kinematic range. Our data are consistent with a previous observation of anA1n zero crossing near x=0.5x=0.5. We find no evidence of a transition to a positive slope in(Δd+Δd¯)/(d+d¯) up to x=0.548x=0.548

    Schedule design for liner shipping networks with port time windows

    Containers are transported by global liner companies on regularly scheduled ship routes. A large variety of general cargos are containerized, such as manufactured products, food, and garment. Liner shipping services have fixed sequences of ports of call and fixed schedules, i.e., arrival and departure times at each port of call. Liner services are announced in advance to attract potential customers. Customers can arrange the delivery of their cargo based on the available date of the cargo at the origin port and the expected arrival date at the destination port. Therefore, container liner shipping is of significant importance to the global supply chain network. Different schedules mean different sailing times between ports, which dictate different sailing speeds. It is known in the shipping industry that the daily fuel consumption of ships increases approximately proportional to the sailing speed cubed. Therefore, schedule design affects the bunker fuel consumption and thereby air pollutant emission. Reducing the fuel consumption will also improve the sustainability of the global container transportation network. Container shipping lines provide weekly services for transporting containers, which means that the rotation time in terms of weeks for visiting all ports of call on a ship route is equal to the number of ships deployed. As a consequence, each port of call has a ship departure on the same day every week. When the speed of ships is higher, the rotation time is shorter, and hence fewer ships are required to maintain the weekly frequency. The objective of this thesis is to develop mathematical models and solution algorithms for designing the schedules of container liner shipping services. The aim is to minimize the sum of ship cost, fuel cost and inventory cost, while ensuring that ports are available to serve the ships on the planned days
