    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Service Quality untuk mengetahui gap antara harapan pelanggan terhadap atribut jasa dan tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan dan metode analisis Importance and Performance Analysis untuk menentukan kategori dari suatu atribut dan dapat menentukan prioritas yang harus dilakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil dari analisis data adalah terdapat 11 atribut pada maskapai penerbangan Lion Air dan 12 atribut pada maskapai penerbangan Citilink yang masih memiliki gap score yang tergolong tinggi, dan kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian adalah dari 22 atribut pelayanan pada setiap maskapai penerbangan terdapat 2 atribut Lion Air dan 5 atribut Citilink yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan karena memiliki pengaruh besar bagi kepuasan pelanggan dan tergolong dalam kategori tobe improved dalam IPA

    Unifying Parsimonious Tree Reconciliation

    Evolution is a process that is influenced by various environmental factors, e.g. the interactions between different species, genes, and biogeographical properties. Hence, it is interesting to study the combined evolutionary history of multiple species, their genes, and the environment they live in. A common approach to address this research problem is to describe each individual evolution as a phylogenetic tree and construct a tree reconciliation which is parsimonious with respect to a given event model. Unfortunately, most of the previous approaches are designed only either for host-parasite systems, for gene tree/species tree reconciliation, or biogeography. Hence, a method is desirable, which addresses the general problem of mapping phylogenetic trees and covering all varieties of coevolving systems, including e.g., predator-prey and symbiotic relationships. To overcome this gap, we introduce a generalized cophylogenetic event model considering the combinatorial complete set of local coevolutionary events. We give a dynamic programming based heuristic for solving the maximum parsimony reconciliation problem in time O(n^2), for two phylogenies each with at most n leaves. Furthermore, we present an exact branch-and-bound algorithm which uses the results from the dynamic programming heuristic for discarding partial reconciliations.     Abstract At King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSHRC), the C-30 Cyclotron (manufactured by IBA) is used to produce radioisotopes for medical purposes. Working with very expensive machine dedicated for patients needs full attention and understanding of how beam can be controlled safely inside beam transport system. Moreover, knowledge of influence of magnetic lenses on charged particles is desired. Therefore, using off-line source such as PC-based beam simulator allows an operator to immediately see the effect of various magnetic lenses attached to the beam line. Initially, the magnetic field of quadruples and steering magnet was recorded using Hall probe Teslameter.     Surface-reconstructed Icosahedral Structures for Lead Clusters

    We describe a new family of icosahedral structures for lead clusters. In general, structures in this family contain a Mackay icosahedral core with a reconstructed two-shell outer-layer. This family includes the anti-Mackay icosahedra, which have have a Mackay icosahedral core but with most of the surface atoms in hexagonal close-packed positions. Using a many-body glue potential for lead, we identify two icosahedral structures in this family which have the lowest energies of any known structure in the size range from 900 to 15000 lead atoms. We show that these structures are stabilized by a feature of the many-body glue part of the interatomic potential.Comment: 9 pages, 8 figure

    NKCC2 activity is inhibited by the Bartter's syndrome type 5 gain-of-function CaR-A843E mutant in renal cells.

    The gain-of-function A843E mutation of the calcium sensing receptor (CaR) causes Bartter syndrome type 5. Patients carrying this CaR variant show a remarkably reduced renal NaCl reabsorption in the thick ascending limb (TAL) of Henle's loop resulting in renal loss of NaCl in the absence of mutations in renal Na(+) and Cl(-) ion transporters. The molecular mechanisms underlying this clinical phenotype are incompletely understood. We investigated, in human embryonic kidney 293 (HEK 293) cells and porcine kidney epithelial (LLC-PK1) cells, the functional cross-talk of CaR-A843E with the Na(+):K(+):2Cl(-) co-transporter, NKCC2, which provides NaCl reabsorption in the TAL. RESULTS: The expression of the CaR mutant did not alter the apical localisation of NKCC2 in LLC-PK1 cells. However, the steady-state NKCC2 phosphorylation and activity were decreased in cells transfected with CaR-A843E compared with the control wild-type CaR (CaR WT)-transfected cells. Of note, low-Cl(-)-dependent NKCC2 activation was also strongly inhibited upon the expression of CaR-A843E mutant. The use of either P450 ω-hydroxylase (CYP4)- or phospholipase A2 (PLA2)-blockers suggests that this effect is likely mediated by arachidonic acid (AA) metabolites. CONCLUSIONS: The data suggested that the activated CaR affects intracellular pathways modulating NKCC2 activity rather than NKCC2 intracellular trafficking in renal cells, and throw further light on the pathological role played by active CaR mutants in Bartter syndrome type 5

    Outcome of Abdominal Massage Before Gavage Feeding on Tolerated Feeding for Low Birth Weight Infants

    Aim: To assess the effect of abdominal massage pre-gavage feeding on tolerated feeding for low birth weight (LBW) infants. Methods: An experimental research design at a government hospital at Egypt. Purposive sample composed of LBW infants was randomly divided into study and control groups each with 60 LBW infants. Results: A total of 55% of the participants in the study group grew sleepy, whereas only 15% of the studied participants in the control group grew sleepy. The abdominal circumference after feeding in the study group was 23.18 ± 2.99 cm, whereas that in the control group was 24.79 ± 2.99 cm. The gastric residual volume in the study group was 0.8 ± 0.10 ml, whereas that in the control group was 3.86 ± 1.03 ml. Conclusion: Finally, abdominal massage had a positive impact on the postfeeding state of alertness and feeding tolerance. © 2021 The Authors.     Prevalence of concealed and overt chronic renal failure in patients with COPD

    AbstractAimTo assess the prevalence of chronic renal failure (concealed and overt) in patients with COPD.Patients and methodsThis study was conducted on 150 patients who were classified into three groups: Group I: 67 patients with COPD, Group II: 33 COPD patients with co morbidities (diabetes mellitus, hypertension and or ischemic heart disease). Group III: (control group): 50 patients with other diseases such as diabetes mellitus, ischemic heart disease and or hypertension. All patients were subjected to: (1) Full history taking. (2) Complete clinical examination. (3) Anthropometric measurements (weight, height and body mass index). (4) Arterial oxygen saturation. (5) Radiological examination (Plain chest X-ray posterior–anterior view and Pelvi-abdominal ultrasound). (6) ECG and Echocardiography. (7) Spirometry. (8) Laboratory investigations (complete blood picture, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, Liver function tests, serum creatinine, blood urea and uric acid and GFR, total cholesterol, sodium, potassium and chloride concentration).ResultsIn group I, there were 8 patients who had CRF (11.94%), 5 patients had overt CRF (7.46%) and 3 patients had concealed CRF (4.48%). In group II, there were 11 patients with CRF (33.33%), 6 patients had overt CRF (18.18%) and 5 patients had concealed CRF (15.15%). In group III, there were 9 patients having CRF (18%), 6 patients had overt CRF (12%) and 3patients had concealed CRF (6%). In COPD (group I and II) the overall prevalence of CRF was 19%.ConclusionCRF either concealed or overt may be associated with COPD patients and should be screened, not only by serum creatinine level but also by the estimated GFR to recognize the cases of concealed CRF who have low GFR despite normal serum creatinine level

    Coalescence of nanoscale metal clusters: Molecular-dynamics study

    We study the coalescence of nanoscale metal clusters in an inert-gas atmosphere using constant-energy molecular dynamics. The coalescence proceeds via atomic diffusion with the release of surface energy raising the temperature. If the temperature exceeds the melting point of the coalesced cluster, a molten droplet forms. If the temperature falls between the melting point of the larger cluster and those of the smaller clusters, a metastable molten droplet forms and freezes.Comment: 5 figure

    Seasonal distribution of genetic types of planktonic foraminifer morphospecies in the Santa Barbara Channel and its paleoceanographic implications

    We present data on the temporal distribution of planktonic foraminifer genotypes (small subunit (SSU) ribosomal (r) RNA gene) and morphospecies (sediment traps) collected during 1999 in the Santa Barbara Channel. The sampling was undertaken with special emphasis on paleoceanographically important morphospecies, predominantly Globigerina bulloides. We found the same genotype of G. bulloides (type IId) in all the changing hydrographic regimes associated with this region throughout the annual cycle with the exception of January, when we recorded the additional presence of the high-latitude G. bulloides type IIa. We identified three new genotypes: Neogloboquadrina dutertrei type Ic, N. pachyderma dextral type II, and Turborotalita quinqueloba type IId. Our data suggest that G. bulloides type IId and possibly even the new genotypes listed above may be associated specifically with the complex hydrography or other environmental features characteristic of this area. Since G. bulloides type IId occurs throughout the year and its peak fluxes are related to different hydrographic regimes, we argue that the physical properties of the water column are not the major factor influencing the distribution and growth of this genotype. In sediment trap samples we found a skewed coiling ratio for G. bulloides (most likely representing type IId), which is related neither to sea surface temperature nor to genotypic difference. This study illustrates the necessity to map both the spatial and temporal distribution of the genetic types, especially in areas of paleoceanographic interest, where geochemical and paleontological proxies are being calibrated

    Development and formative evaluation of the e-Health implementation toolkit

    <b>Background</b> The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or e-Health is seen as essential for a modern, cost-effective health service. However, there are well documented problems with implementation of e-Health initiatives, despite the existence of a great deal of research into how best to implement e-Health (an example of the gap between research and practice). This paper reports on the development and formative evaluation of an e-Health Implementation Toolkit (e-HIT) which aims to summarise and synthesise new and existing research on implementation of e-Health initiatives, and present it to senior managers in a user-friendly format.<p></p> <b>Results</b> The content of the e-HIT was derived by combining data from a systematic review of reviews of barriers and facilitators to implementation of e-Health initiatives with qualitative data derived from interviews of "implementers", that is people who had been charged with implementing an e-Health initiative. These data were summarised, synthesised and combined with the constructs from the Normalisation Process Model. The software for the toolkit was developed by a commercial company (RocketScience). Formative evaluation was undertaken by obtaining user feedback. There are three components to the toolkit - a section on background and instructions for use aimed at novice users; the toolkit itself; and the report generated by completing the toolkit. It is available to download from http://www.ucl.ac.uk/pcph/research/ehealth/documents/e-HIT.xls<p></p> <b>Conclusions</b> The e-HIT shows potential as a tool for enhancing future e-Health implementations. Further work is needed to make it fully web-enabled, and to determine its predictive potential for future implementations
