Corporate Social Responsibility Practices in Garments sector of Bangladesh, A Study of Multinational Garments, CSR view in Dhaka EPZ

This study has been conducted to explore the real scenario of present CSR practices by multinational companies of Bangladesh. Here we have assembled information from a renowned multinational company Hop lun (BD) as well as different secondary sources. After examining literature review and Hop lun (BD)’s information we can say that, today’s CSR practices is not spread properly. Some of organization trying their best, but in the most of cases organization are not aware about that. Without proper take care of society none of the business organization can’t go through their operation for long run. That’s why Hop Lun (BD) believes in CSR. And they are trying to do something for the further development of employee as well as stakeholders. We believe that social awareness can change the situation of Bangladesh. Government initiative and corporate organizations positive thinking can brand revolution positively in CSR. Keywords: CSR, Business, Banglades

Linear Information Coupling Problems

Many network information theory problems face the similar difficulty of single letterization. We argue that this is due to the lack of a geometric structure on the space of probability distribution. In this paper, we develop such a structure by assuming that the distributions of interest are close to each other. Under this assumption, the K-L divergence is reduced to the squared Euclidean metric in an Euclidean space. Moreover, we construct the notion of coordinate and inner product, which will facilitate solving communication problems. We will also present the application of this approach to the point-to-point channel and the general broadcast channel, which demonstrates how our technique simplifies information theory problems.Comment: To appear, IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory, July, 201

Im Aufsatz "Zwei Pater noster-Vertonungen von Melchior Vulpius und die Missa V. vocum super Pater noster qui es in Coelis Melchioris Vulpii von Georg Vintz" werden Pater noster-Vertonungen aus dem OPUSCULUM NOVUM SELECTISSIMARVUM CANTIONVM SACRARVM (Erfurt 1610) und aus der PARS PRIMA CANTIONVM SACRARVM (Jena 1602) des Weimarer Kantors und Komponisten Melchior Vulpius (1570 - 1615) besprochen und miteinander verglichen. Ebenso wird untersucht, in welcher Weise der Naumburger Organist Georg Vintz (ca. 1580 - ca. 1635) eine dieser Motetten als Grundlage für die Parodiemesse "MISSA V. VOCUM,Super Pater noster [...] Melchioris Vulpii" genutzt und bearbeitet hat. Der Aufsatz beruht auf einem Vortrag bei einer Tagung über Vulpius, die 2015 in Meiningen stattfand. Der Tagungsband, den Maren Goltz herausgeben wird, erscheint vermutlich 2018. Da im Band nicht genügend Platz für ausführliche Notenbeispiele ist, werden die besprochenen Kompositionen vollständig als Noten- und Klangdateien durch diesen Permalink zur Verfügung gestellt

Zvolené téma bakalářské práce je zálohování dat a datové úložiště. Jsou analyzovány situace, problémy, které souvisejí se zálohováním dat a datovými úložišti v řízené marketingové společnosti. V práci je uvedena konfigurace diskového pole z hlediska hardwaru, které zlepší stávající stav ve společnosti. Další obsahovou částí jsou teoretická východiska, ze kterých jsou stanoveny návrhy pro danou problematiku.The chosen theme of the thesis is data backup and data storage. They analyzed the situation, the problems related to data backup and data storage in a controlled marketing company. The following are the actual implementation of hardware for improving the current situation in the company. More content part of the theoretical bases of which are set out proposals for the issue.

Fat handles and phase portraits of Non Singular Morse-Smale flows on S^3 with unknotted saddle orbits

In this paper we build Non-singular Morse-Smale flows on S^3 with unknotted and unlinked saddle orbits by identifying fat round handles along their boundaries. This way of building the flows enables to get their phase portraits. We also show that the presence of heteroclinic trajectories imposes an order in the round handle decomposition of these flows; this order is total for NMS flows composed of one repulsive, one attractive and n unknotted saddle orbits, for n >1.Comment: 15 page
