THE USE OF MOBILE TECHNOLOGY IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS

various higher educational establishments, in preparation for introduction of mobile technology into educational process. Therefore it permits to diagnose the status of the theme. Design/methodology/approaches: The applied methodology consists of the theoretical analysis of scientific literature on problems of mobile learning of students. The concept «mobile learning» was categorically characterized as a component of more general category – «educational technology». The sociological research among students of higher educational institutions was conducted and recommendations were made. Findings: During the theoretical analysis and the practical research it has been revealed that students use the mobile device to educational process insufficiently, considering the high level of its technical facilities. Nevertheless, almost all of the students are ready to introduction of mobile learning as the main form of education. The received results show that mobile learning effectively takes root into educational life of students. Originality / Value: According to the opinion of the authors, the use of smartphones and laptops in the educational process will begin to increase year by year in the nearest future and give to student an opportunity of a choice of technology of education

High purity β-Bi2O3 preparation by thermal decomposition of tartrates

The processes of oxidative thermolysis of bismuth(III) DL-tartrate BiC4H3O6 obtained by the interaction of high-purity basic bismuth(III) nitrates [Bi6O4(OH)4](NO3)6·H2O and [Bi6O5(OH)3](NO3)5·3H2O with DL-tartaric acid solution have been investigated. The products of precipitation have been studied by methods of X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis, IR and Raman spectroscopy and chemical analysis. The staging of thermal transformation processes has been determined. Morphological studies and grain size analysis of initial precursors and final products of their thermal transformations have been carried out. Selection Criterion of Stable Dendritic Growth for a Ternary (Multicomponent) Melt with a Forced Convective Flow

A stable growth mode of a single dendritic crystal solidifying in an undercooled ternary (multicomponent) melt is studied with allowance for a forced convective flow. The steady-state temperature, solute concentrations and fluid velocity components are found for two- and three-dimensional problems. The stability criterion and the total undercooling balance are derived accounting for surface tension anisotropy at the solid-melt interface. Multilevel intellectual approach to HTTP-requests legitimacy validation

In the paper a multilevel intellectual approach to HTTP-requests legitimacy validation is proposed. The approach is devised for HTTP-flood DDoS-attacks detection and prevention in telecommunication networks with a web-server as the target attack object. The analysis of HTTP-requests attributes and their signatures is provided. On the basis of the analysis the attributes are separated into several levels that allow us to design a flow analyzer in a form of the multilevel block. Fiscal Policy in a Decentralized Space of the Financial System of Ukraine

The article deals with fiscal policy in the decentralized space of the financial system of Ukraine. The methodology of complex, systematic assessment of fiscal policy in the decentralized space of the financial system of the state is grounded. It is proved that effective methodological approach to assessing fiscal policy in the decentralized space of the financial system of the state is a vector auto regression (VAR), which provides dynamic correlation of time series with simultaneous determination of each exogenous and endogenous variable in the system, in case of fiscal impulses (shocks) in economy. The production-institutional function is used which, when adapting to the relationship between GDP and tax burden with specific statistics, changes the type of trend of tax revenue. A method for evaluating the effectiveness of financing targeted programs for decentralized territory has been developed. The dynamics of direct and indirect taxes to the state and local budgets are analyzed and the fiscal significance of VAT in GDP, the state budget and tax revenues of Ukraine is determined. The amount of tax debt and the state budget deficit has been estimated and the structure of tax benefits in terms of taxes and fees in Ukraine is presented. The projected values of real tax revenues per capita are substantiated and the forecast parameters of the level of subsidization of local budgets of decentralized territories are given

Current Problems of Legal Regulation of Remote Work in the Context of the Introduction of Restrictive Measures Caused by the Spread of Covid-19 in Ukraine and the EU

The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, which has spread to all countries of the world, has posed new challenges in terms of legal, socio-economic, political, and social development. The pandemic produced a need for a mechanism of legal regulation of a special organization of the remote work, working hours, workplace, working conditions, etc. The study aims to analyze and compare the legal regulation of remote work under the introduction of restrictive measures caused by the spread of COVID-19 in Ukraine and the EU. The leading method was the method of comparative analysis. It helped to compare the specifics of the practice of EU member states in the field of legal regulation of remote work under the above conditions in Ukraine and the EU, identify how these issues are regulated in other EU countries. In Ukraine, it is necessary to improve the rules for regulating the responsibilities of the employer to compensate for the costs of a remote worker, enshrining in law the obligation of the employer to provide the employee with computer equipment, means of communication. The experience of European countries proves it is necessary to implement “right to disconnect” in Ukraine. Information and knowledge gained from the experience of different EU countries can be used as a basis for the adaptation and development of new relevant provisions in Ukraine

Preschool Children’s Speech Pedagogical Sound Culture Correction

Objective: The article aims to reveal the features of correction of the sound culture of the preschool-age children's speech, the effectiveness of which has been tested experimentally. Background: The sound culture of speech is a multicomponent formation, which covers the phonetic correctness of speech; general language skills and orthoepic correctness of speech. Pedagogical correction of the sound culture of speech is focused on the correct the errors caused by a violation of the sound articulation, sound pronunciation, orthoepic norms of pronunciation, voice strength, etc. Method: In the study, the author's method of pedagogical correction of the sound culture of children’s speech was used. Also, it was used comparative analysis and method of successive analysis of adjustment variants of the speech sound culture. Results: An individual model of pedagogical correction of the sound culture of the child's speech was developed. Training to deepen knowledge, improvement of abilities, and skills of teachers were held. The exercises in sound pronunciation and intonational speech expressiveness were developed. Conclusion: Positive dynamics of developmental levels of the sound culture of children’s speech, which has been confirmed by the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis, confirms the effectiveness of the experimental methods of pedagogical correction of the sound culture of speech

Physical and mental health of educational environment as a factor in providing the national security of the Russian Federation: An empirical research

At present, the problems in one way or another related to the risk of involving young people in illegal activities are recognized as the most pressing. In addition, the issues of well-being of various environments of an individual’s existence are recognized by the expert community and require close consideration. The educational environment is a unity of psychological and pedagogical reality, the purpose of which is to solve educational problems in the presence of specially organized conditions; tasks aimed at socializing students; as well as tasks for the formation and development of the student’s personality. The solution to the listed tasks in the educational environment, along with its psychological and pedagogical support, can act as an alternative to the aggressive social environment which results in the growth of sociogenic diseases. In this regard, this paper presents an empirical research program developed by the authors aimed at studying the psychological and pedagogical security and safety of the educational environment as a factor in providing the national security of the Russian Federation. The paper presents the results of a theoretical and methodological analysis of the main factors and risk indicators of the safety of the educational environment (school baiting (bullying), delinquent behaviour among children and youth, suicidal behaviour of children and adolescents, the problem of psychoactive substances use, the problem of Internet addictions); the research methodology has been substantiated; methodological tools (psychodiagnostics tools, sociological and pedagogical methods, methods of mathematical statistics) have been chosen. In addition, the proposed results have been identified in the framework of the research program, which are designed to contribute to the problem of ensuring the psychological and pedagogical security and safety of the educational environment in educational institutions which is being solved by the world psychological science
