The plasticity of differentiated adult cells could have a great therapeutic potential, but at the same time, it is characteristic of progression of serious pathological states such as cancer and fibrosis. In this study, we report on the application of a real-time noninvasive system for dynamic monitoring of cellular plasticity. Analysis of the cell impedance profile recorded as cell index using a real-time cell analyzer revealed its significant increase after the treatment of prostate epithelial cells with the transforming growth factor-β1. Changes in the cell index profile were paralleled with cytoskeleton rebuilding and induction of epithelial–mesenchymal transition and negatively correlated with cell proliferation. This novel application of such approach demonstrated a great potential of the impedance-based system for noninvasive and real-time monitoring of cellular fate

The bachelor thesis deals with netting relationships in accounting. The main goal of the thesis is the characteristic and subsequent analysis of netting relationships in selected accounting entities. The importance of the thesis lies in the fact, that all large organizations, small companies, or entrepreneurs encounter netting relationships. In the second part are the basic information, activities, and organizational structure of company Privali define. The financial analysis is performed here. Horizontal and vertical analysis indicators are calculated. There are also calculated the activity indicators. For example, the turnover time of liabilities or turnover time of receivables. In addition, the structure of receivables and liabilities is also analysed. The last part of the practical part describes accounting of specific accounting cases. Accounting schemes are prepared

Changes Of A Rural Landscape In Czech Areas Of Different Types

The paper deals with the macrostructural and microstructural landscape changes in six selected microregions in Moravia and eastern Bohemia. Changes of the landscape macrostructure were evaluated based on the statistical data from 1845, 1948, 1990 and 2013. Changes of the landscape microstructure were compared on the base of old maps, aerial images and field experiences. According to the available data the area of an arable land was the largest in 1845. Since then it has been decreasing – more in mountain areas, less in lowland ones where it was replaced by forests, grasslands and urban areas, depending on the vegetation period, physical character and vicinity of urban centres. Results show that the microstructure recorded great changes during the communist period: large expanses of fields, irrigation and drainage measures, windbreaks, non-rural buildings in the countryside. Contemporary changes are connected mostly with urbanisation of the landscape
