The analysis of the models and paradigms of communication in all the elements of the global educational system is an edu-comunication object of study. This stems from the subject to culture and the current society, with education as the motor element of the “mediation” process. Research, approaches, and proposals in the Ibero-American environment have set relevant guidelines in the course of edu-comunication. In addition, it has given arguments and sustenance to educational innovation, particularly the ones that refers to the media, informational literacy, and the development of competences. Retobici, aplicación para la promoción del uso del servicio de bicicletas municipal

Uno de los mayores problemas a los que se enfrenta la sociedad actual es el cambio climático y cómo nos afecta como sociedad, individualmente y en su conjunto. Uno de los puntos cruciales en la lucha contra el cambio climático es la forma en que trasladamos a las personas y las mercancías. Así, se está promoviendo el uso del transporte sostenible en las ciudades. Este proyecto pretende desarrollar un sistema de alquiler o gestión de bicicletas que facilite su uso a las personas que no disponen de una propia. Puede ser integrado tanto por empresas públicas como privadas. El sistema permite gestionar la reserva, el alquiler y la utilización de las bicicletas, que se distribuyen por una ciudad en diferentes paradas. Además, se integra un sistema de gamificación, basado en la obtención de puntos al utilizar la aplicación, que luego se pueden canjear por recompensas. De este modo, se incentiva el uso de la aplicación y, en consecuencia, se fomenta la movilidad sostenible en las ciudades.One of the biggest issues that faces the society today is climate change and how it affects us, individually and as a whole. One of the crucial points in the fight against climate change is the way we move people and goods. Thus, the use of sustainable transport in cities is being promoted. This project aims to develop a bicycle rental or management system that facilitates the use of bicycles for people who do not have their own. It can be integrated by both public and private companies. The system makes it possible to manage the reservation, rental, and usage of the bicycles, which are distributed throughout a city at different stops. In addition, a gamification system is integrated, based on obtaining points when using the application, which can then be exchanged for rewards. Implementación de Sistema Integrador de Comunicaciones de Voz y Datos para el Gobierno Regional de Lima - Utilizando Plataforma Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0

Technology nowadays is evolving at rates that surpass anything imagination could perceive and it certainly affects every public or private enterprise. Well, according to this topic, I’m suggesting the improvement of the communications network of the Regional Government of Lima based on an integrated data and voice platform which includes a Cisco Centralized IP Telephony solution, called Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0, that works as a main element in order to achieve meaningful and complete management of internal and external telephone calls within MPLS Networks. Regional Government of Lima has been chosen because of its importance related to the economic activities of the population and the support that could be brought by an institution which could make success and generate productivity about rapid administrative processes . The thesis is divided into distinct chapters that make up the context of the investigation which involves network planning and design as an iterative process, encompassing topological design, network realization, IT asset sourcing and operations planning. Nivel de conocimiento sobre alimentos cariogenicos de los usuarios de la Clínica Odontológica Santa Clara, Cusco 2022

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre alimentos cariogenicos de los usuarios de la clínica odontológica Santa Clara, Cusco 2022. La metodología desarrollada fue de alcance cuantitativo prospectiva, descriptiva, de campo, cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal, descriptiva, prospectiva y de campo, en la que se consideró una muestra de 140 pacientes a quienes se aplicó el instrumento de cuestionario. Como resultado se ha obtenido que el 60% de los usuarios evidenciaron un nivel bajo de dicho conocimiento, por otro lado, el 35% de esta población evidencio un nivel medio de conocimientos, finalmente solo el 5% de esta misma muestra ha evidenciado tener un nivel de conocimiento alto sobre alimentos cariogenicos. En cuanto a las dimensiones analizadas el 50.7% tiene un nivel de conocimiento regular en el potencial cariogenicos de los alimentos y el 32.9% un nivel de conocimiento bajo. En la dimensión de Cariogenicidad propia de los alimentos el 52.1% tiene un nivel de conocimiento regular y el 47.9% tiene un nivel de conocimiento bajo. Finalmente, en la dimensión de Uso y consumo de alimentos cariogénicos el 60% de los encuestados tiene un nivel de conocimiento regular, seguido del 25% de los encuestados que tienen un nivel de conocimientos bajo. Al hacer cruce de información acerca del nivel de conocimientos según sexo, edad y grado de instrucción, los mayores porcentajes se dan en el sexo masculino con un nivel de conocimientos bajo (69.6%) y en el sexo femenino 55.3% también con el mismo nivel de conocimientos. El rango de edad que tiene mayor porcentaje se da de 18 a 25 años con un 72.6% de nivel de conocimiento bajo seguido del 56 a más años con un 71.4% con el mismo nivel de conocimientos. A la prueba de homogeneidad Xi cuadrada se estableció que si existe diferencias en la edad de acuerdo con sus niveles de conocimientos teniendo una tendencia de que a más edad el conocimiento aumenta (p>0.05). Finalmente, el mayor porcentaje se da en el nivel de instrucción secundaria con un nivel de conocimiento bajo (82.4%) seguido de 67.9% con grado de instrucción superior técnica y nivel de conocimientos bajo, el nivel de instrucción superior universitario también tiene un nivel de conocimiento bajo con un alto porcentaje de 48.6% de los encuestados con ese nivel de instrucción. Se concluye que el 60% de los usuarios de la clínica Santa Clara tienen un nivel bajo de conocimiento sobre alimentos cariogenicosThe general objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge about cariogenic foods of the users of the Santa Clara dental clinic, Cusco 2022. The methodology developed was quantitative, prospective, descriptive, descriptive, field, quantitative, non-experimental, transversal, descriptive, prospective and field, in which a sample of 140 patients was considered and to whom the questionnaire instrument was applied. Tumor glómico subungueal en el meñique y utilización de ecografía en su diagnóstico: presentación de un caso

We present the case of a 50-year-old patient who reported chronic pain under the nail of the little finger for five years, with no trauma history and which restricted his work activity. The glomus tumor is a benign neoplasm characterized by an acute and circumscribed pain in the subungual region that increases with pressure and cold, which are objective symptoms to suspect this condition. The highest incidence of glomus tumors occurs in adults; however, as it is infrequent, delayed diagnosis is common. The diagnosis must include imaging scans, especially ultrasound, which are an excellent and very accessible alternative in different populations. In our case, the tumor was clearly observed on the ultrasound images, which was crucial to choose the surgical excision as treatment. The anatomopathological evaluation revealed a glomus tumor and the subsequent relief of symptoms were confirmed after the surgery.Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 50 años que refería un dolor crónico localizado debajo de la uña del dedo meñique, sin antecedente traumático, con cinco años de evolución y que limitaba su actividad laboral. El tumor glómico es de naturaleza benigna y se caracteriza por un dolor agudo circunscrito a región subungueal que se acrecienta a la presión y al frío, síntomas objetivos para sospecharlo. La mayor incidencia se observa en los adultos, aunque aparece con poca frecuencia, por lo que su identificación suele retardarse. El diagnóstico debe incluir exámenes de imágenes, entre los que destaca la ecografía, que es una excelente alternativa y muy accesible en diferentes poblaciones. En nuestro caso, la ecografía mostró la tumoración con nitidez, lo que fue determinante para elegir la exéresis quirúrgica como tratamiento. La evaluación anatomopatológica informó la existencia de tumor glómico. Luego de la cirugía, se comprobó alivio de los síntomas
