Partial orderings for hesitant fuzzy sets

New partial orderings =o=o, =p=p and =H=H are defined, studied and compared on the set HH of finite subsets of the unit interval with special emphasis on the last one. Since comparing two sets of the same cardinality is a simple issue, the idea for comparing two sets A and B of different cardinalities n and m respectively using =H=H is repeating their elements in order to obtain two series with the same length. If lcm(n,m)lcm(n,m) is the least common multiple of n and m we can repeat every element of A lcm(n,m)/mlcm(n,m)/m times and every element of B lcm(n,m)/nlcm(n,m)/n times to obtain such series and compare them (Definition 2.2). (H,=H)(H,=H) is a bounded partially ordered set but not a lattice. Nevertheless, it will be shown that some interesting subsets of (H,=H)(H,=H) have a lattice structure. Evaluación de la sostenibilidad de proyectos con lógica borrosa

La sostenibilidad constituye un criterio esencial para evaluar la calidad de un proyecto. En este sentido este trabajo presenta el desarrollo de una metodología y un programa para la evaluación de la sostenibilidad social, económica y medio-ambiental de proyectos para llegar a conseguir una evaluación global de sostenibilidad de dichos proyectos. Tradicionalmente los estudios y evaluación de proyectos se realizan sólo desde el punto de vista económico. Se aplica la lógica borrosa a cada uno de los cálculos que se realizan en el análisis global de la sostenibilidad: valoración de indicadores, la evaluación cuantitativa y cualitativa del impacto que produce un proyecto en los diferentes factores medioambientales, sociales y económicos. Cabe destacar que dependiendo del tipo de proyecto se tendrá un peso de cada indicador y de cada factor distinto. En esta colaboración presentamos un análisis de la presencia de los Hermanos de las Escuelas Cristianas en Gipuzkoa desde 1904 a 2006. El discurso proteccionista sobre los derechos de la infancia en los Tratados Internacionales

A lo largo del Siglo XXI se observa un proceso de internacionalización de los derechos de la infancia a partir de la celebración de Congresos Internacionales y del intercambio de experiencias y políticas de protección comunes entre algunos países de Europa y América. Asimismo, y a partir de la promulgación de tres importantes tratados internacionales en 1924, 1959 y 1989, esas políticas se expanden, siendo utilizadas como modelo por parte de países que las irán implementando paulatinamente. En este artículo se recogen los elementos fundamentales de estos tres Tratados Internacionales y se subrayan las características y la continuidad del discurso proteccionista a lo largo de todo el período._____________________________During the 20th century a process of internationalisation concerning children's rights has been appreciated working, among other events, from International Congresses held to exchange experiences and common protection policies between some European and American countries. In addition, working from the promulgation of three important international treaties in 1924, 1959 and 1989, these policies have expanded and are being used as a model by countries who are implementing them progressively. In this article we expose the basics subjects of these three international treaties, highlighting the characteristics and the continuity of the protectionist discourse throughout this period
