In the whole world the means of the indirect state regulation and self-regulation have more and more significance in the sphere of the quality. The standards and procedures of conformity by assessment are considered to be voluntary, the scales of the self-regulation organization activity, in particular, consumer protection, are increased. The article is devoted to the research of these processes development in Ukraine
Some results of cislunar plasma research
The main results of plasma cislunar investigations, carried out during Luna-19 and Luna-22 spacecraft flights by means of dual frequency dispersion interferrometry, are briefly outlined. It is shown that a thin layer of plasma, with a height of several tens of kilometers and a maximum concentration of the order 1,000 electrons/cu cm exists above the solar illuminated lunar surface. A physical model of the formation and existence of such a plasma in cislunar space is proposed, taking into account the influence of local magnetic areas on the moon
The nighttime ionosphere of Mars from Mars-4 and Mars-5 radio occultation dual-frequency measurements
Dual frequency radio sounding of the Martian nighttime ionosphere was carried out during the exits from behind the planet of the Mars-4 spacecraft on February 2, 1974 and the Mars-5 spacecraft on February 18, 1974. In these experiments, the spacecraft transmitter emitted two coherent monochromatic signals in decimeter and centimeter wavelength ranges. At the Earth receiving station, the reduced phase difference (or frequencies) of these signals was measured. The nighttime ionosphere of Mars measured in both cases had a peak electron density of approximately 5 X 1,000/cu cm at an altitude of 110 to 130 km. At the times of spacecraft exit, the solar zenith angles at the point of occultation were 127 deg and 106 deg, respectively. The height profiles of electron concentration were obtained assuming spherical symmetry of the Martian ionosphere
Total Site Integration for Coke Oven Plant
The process of benzene distillation and process of coal tar distillation being typical for East European countries is analyzed in this paper. The pinch analysis method was selected to perform a reconstruction project. According to principles of pinch analysis, new network diagrams are designed and capacity of heatexchange equipment is calculated. The using of "Total Site Profiles" showed the feasibility of heat pump integration. Heat pump integration allowed to reduce the external hot utilities usage on 368 kW and cold utilities usage on 368 kW. This project let to decrease the external hot utilities usage on 23 % and cold utilities usage on 24,13 %, and also offered the way of step-by-step retrofit of the plant

The effect of humic acids on the natural resistance of the body of broiler chickens and the quality of their meat
ArticleThe aim of the work is to study the effectiveness of the concentration of humic acids
of Reasil Humic Vet feed additive on the increase of the feed bioavailability for poultry and the
probability of its negative impact on the safety and marketable characteristics of the final product.
Studies were conducted on the basis of the Saratov State Agrarian University in two similar
groups of broiler chickens ‘Cobb 500’, 100 heads each. Poultry feeding consisted of the same
complete feed, but the drinking water for the broilers of the experimental group was enriched by
humates in the amount of 0.5 ml L
-1
. Based on the data obtained by daily weighing of the poultry
and considering the feed intake, a positive trend of the influence of the feed additive on the
average daily weight gain and feed conversion per unit of production was noted. The results of
slaughter and anatomical cutting of broiler carcasses revealed that metabolic processes were more
active in the body of an experimental poultry, reflected in the intensive growth of muscle tissue
and fat deposition, which contributed to an increase in the yield of edible parts from carcasses by
9.9%. Studies of composition of broiler blood indicate non-toxicity of the recommended
concentration of humates in the feed additive, its stimulation of non-specific resistance of the
organism, contributing to the functioning of the immune system and the development of internal
organs and, as a consequence, ensuring the safety of the products obtained from them
The LHCspin project
The LHCspin project aims to bring both unpolarized and polarized physics at the LHC through the installation of a gaseous fixed target at the upstream end of the LHCb detector. The forward geometry of the LHCb spectrometer (2 < η < 5) is perfectly suited for the reconstruction of particles produced in fixed-target collisions. The fixed-target configuration, with center-of-mass energies ranging from √sNN = 72 GeV in collisions with Pb beams to √s = 115 GeV in pp interactions, allows to cover a wide backward center-of-mass rapidity region, corresponding to the poorly explored high x-Bjorken and high x-Feynman regimes. The project has several ambitious goals regarding heavy-ion physics and new-era quantitative searches in QCD through the study of the nucleon's internal dynamics in terms of both quarks and gluons degrees of freedom. In particular, the use of transversely polarized H and D targets will allow to study the quarks TMDs in pp collisions at unique kinematic conditions. Furthermore, being LHCb specifically designed for heavy-flavor physics, final states with c- or b-quarks (e.g. inclusive quarkonia production) will be efficiently reconstructed, thus providing, among other fundamental measurememnts, access to the so-far unknown gluons TMDs. The status of the project is presented along with a selection of physics opportunities
Adsorption and two-body recombination of atomic hydrogen on He-He mixture films
We present the first systematic measurement of the binding energy of
hydrogen atoms to the surface of saturated He-He mixture films.
is found to decrease almost linearly from 1.14(1) K down to 0.39(1) K, when the
population of the ground surface state of He grows from zero to
cm, yielding the value K cm
for the mean-field parameter of H-He interaction in 2D. The experiments
were carried out with overall He concentrations ranging from 0.1 ppm to 5 %
as well as with commercial and isotopically purified He at temperatures
70...400 mK. Measuring by ESR the rate constants and for
second-order recombination of hydrogen atoms in hyperfine states and we
find the ratio to be independent of the He content and to
grow with temperature.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figures, all zipped in a sigle file. Submitted to Phys.

Tunability of Critical Casimir Interactions by Boundary Conditions
We experimentally demonstrate that critical Casimir forces in colloidal
systems can be continuously tuned by the choice of boundary conditions. The
interaction potential of a colloidal particle in a mixture of water and
2,6-lutidine has been measured above a substrate with a gradient in its
preferential adsorption properties for the mixture's components. We find that
the interaction potentials at constant temperature but different positions
relative to the gradient continuously change from attraction to repulsion. This
demonstrates that critical Casimir forces respond not only to minute
temperature changes but also to small changes in the surface properties.Comment: 4 figures;
